Shoulder reconstruction surgery was set for Tuesday. As of Monday, no preparations were made for a cryo machine or any form of cold therapy. I was going to cancel surgery and reschedule but was told that NuLife Med would come through for me. I went ahead and had my surgery after speaking with Mr, Phil the evening before. He assured me that he would come to my house the same day as my surgery to supply, set up and go over everything. Phil did just that!!! He drove from DC to close to Baltimore at the end of a busy day for me. He called ahead and arrived as promised. He set everything up, showed myself and my wife how to run and make any necessary adjustments for comfort. It was such a great experience and a great tool that is still helping me recover from surgery. Phil is an absolute kind and caring professional who took care of me. I am eternally thankful to Phil for his caring! Say what you do and do what you say! Thank you!!!
