Really happy with the service received from NUCO from start to finish. The booking system makes managing a group really easy and they were really understanding and quick to provide a full refund when we were forced to cancel. We will be using NUCO again once we can go away again.
Just got back from France thanks to the help from NUCO rescue service. Got stuck in Vla Thorens during the lockdown but their rescue transfers made sure we got back safe - cheers NUCO!!!
I ve travelled with NUCO a few times and they are always my first thought when booking group Ski Trips. They are incredibly helpful and professional; which particularly shone through during the pandemic. Our holiday was completely covered with their COVID policy and they kept us informed at every stage of the booking process. Unfortunately, we were unable to go on our trip but once the slopes open again, we will definitely be going with NUCO. Thanks for all your help!

Went on a University trip with NUCO and soon found out they were a bad company to use. They state their holidays to be cheap and price competitive then sting you with the add ons. Will 100% never go on one of their holidays again. No sign of damage deposit after the holiday, not happy.
Excellent tour operator for uni groups, I have been on 7 trips with my university with Nuco. Six of which I have been part of the organising committee. They are a great company to work with, they are prompt to reply to emails and go the extra mile securing promotional material and special events out on our trips! Would Recommend to anyone looking to book a ski holiday!
NUCO changed our accommodation block three days before our trip forcing our group into two different rooms away from each other. When we offered them a simple solution they refused to take any action, offered no apology and completely rejected our request for an accommodation refund. Really awful customer service would not recommend.
Been on 7 university ski trips and this was the first one organised with nuco. The organisation and everything was the best one yet. Would not go with anyone else!!!
We were told to leave Val Thorens within 48 hours and NUCO had a rescue bus in place well before that time had arrived. NUCO made a very stressful situation relatively stress free. Thanks guys.
- We arrived late to our ferry and the coach broke down, leading to three coach switches and a 30hr in-bound journey. - One coach had an oil leak from the engine bay and soaked the belongings' of passengers. - We arrived at 6am a day later than expected, which meant we had to catch up on sleep and miss a full day of skiing. - We broke down on our journey back to University, due to an empty fuel tank, so we had to wait for a recovery vehicle and take a later ferry slot.
NUCO are a company that work on volumes rather than quality. The problems above could have been much better prepared for, and responded to in a more appropriate way. While the representative on our coach was understanding of our concerns, the response from staff at HQ was neither empathetic or reassuring. It felt more like they were attempting to 'cover their backs' from any unforeseen costs.
All in all, a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anybody to partner with them.
I have being using Nuco for my ski trips for years and they always deliver, great to work with. This year, with all the travel disruptions Nuco have once again delivered and refunded our entire group for the booking we had this month that was cancelled due to COVID. No delay, no questions. I will book with them again without hesitation.
I've been using Nuco for about 6 years now. The service is good, the accommodation is good quality / value.
We tend to travel with a big group. The nuco system makes it pretty easy to manage a group booking (each individual logs in and pays their own fee so you're not chasing people).
Booked with NUCO for what was meant to be my first skiing trip, had to cancel due to the ongoing pandemic and they were nothing but responsive and professional in refunding my deposit in full. Really appreciated this given how tough it is for this sector at the moment - this gives me confidence in booking again with NUCO once able.
Everything to do with Nuco was awful. Both of my transfer buses were over an hour late, upon arrival in the alps they didn't have the key to our accommodation leaving us without a room until 2.30am, the reps were no help as they were too busy enjoying themselves at apres and their customer services is extremely rude
If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been chasing our security deposit for the last 3 weeks and have still yet to receive it. Very unprofessional and inefficient. This was also evident in my experience with their reps on my trip to Val Thorens. I won't be booking with Nuco again.
I have had an excellent experience with NUCO over the last four years having been on six amazing trips, all of which were organised perfectly and so much fun. Having been on my uni ski society committee for the last two years, I can confirm that NUCO have gone above and beyond to help our society thrive. In particular our account manager Kirsten has always fully supported us by having great ideas for making our trip events special and useful advice for designing merch and planning our club promotion. I will miss NUCO lots and can't recommend them enough!
Have been on around 6 holidays with NUCO now, cannot fault them, the resort reps are always good fun and willing to help and they operate in lots of different and exciting resorts.
Have also organised 4 holidays whilst on my university snowsports committee through NUCO, they offer the best prices and all round experience!
Super! Went to Val Thorens at Easter, transfer, accommodation, hire, lift pass, food was all great. NUCO also arranged 2 powder days in April! Will book again for sure! #gradtobeback
This company have been absolutely excellent, especially in such a hectic and unsure time. Everything has been dealt with properly and it s put me and my group at ease.
Reps are amazing. The resort support are also excellent.. but was charged from my damage deposit for damage on a completely different floor of my hotel. Be careful!
Really good value holidays, the hotels usualy arnt great but ok standard, its a ski holiday not a sleeping holiday so im usualy in the room for 6 hours max. The reps are always really sound and helpful and theres usualy someone milling about the hospital to help if you bust your self up and need to claim insurance. If your wanting to get a group to the alps you cant go far wrong with NUCO
Been on 6 different NUCO holidays and every single one of them has been exceptional. The staff and reps consistently surpass expectation and simply blow the competition out of the water. Or snow. Or Neige.
Basically, the best option for a Lit af time in the alps.

Reps are fantastic, head office completely let the company down. Complications over damage deposits from our Christmas trip led to the cancellation of our Easter trip, which wasn't an easy decision to make. Would not recommend to any other university club. Notice a lot of the recent reviews here are from staff themselves that have been asked "to help raise their google rating as it as at 1.7* at the moment that would be great".
They promised good service and looked after us despite the uncertainty of the pandemic. We were kept informed and given a full refund when the trip had to be cancelled. I would highly recommend their service.
I went on a ski trip with NUCO in 2019 and it was amazing, very well organised. I wanted go in 2020 as well, unfortunately it was cancelled due to the restrictions. They returned money very fast, deposited included. Great customer service, I didn t even have to write emails, everything was done in their website chat which is very easy to use and you receive a response immediately.
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Really great for organizing all our holiday and were understanding when we had to cancel, will be back to book with them next year!
I didn't end up booking with NUCO because the group decided they wanted to stay elsewhere. But I'd like to say the travel consultant (James T) was very helpful and the deals seemed really good. I will definitely consider going back to NUCO in the future to find a great deal on a snowboarding holiday.
Been on two holidays with NUCO through uni, both absolutely amazing experiences made by the ski area and of course the reps. They helped so much in the organisation and with any queries, but also delivered on always having a good time!
NUCO helped us book our trip, and provided a personal professional service. It was easy to book and we were well informed about everything. When there was uncertainty with COVID and our trip, NUCO gave us plenty of options for our trip. Unfortunately we had to cancel, but we definitely will be using NUCO again, would highly recommend!!!
This company forgot we existed. We booked alongside a work trip (as that was full) for 11 people with nuco. The work trip group had perks - 6 bottles of free red wine, croissants on the last morning, and an events section on the app which has bars with discounted entry and free alcohol. Also, they paid for the tourist tax. What did we get? Absolutely none of this. We were left with a bill of nearly 200 euros when everyone else who paid less than us to book did not. We had no interaction with nuco during the trip.
Additionally, when booking the holiday a few months before going, we were told our transfers were in the afternoon. Therefore we booked evening flights to avoid them getting too expensive. The transfer times then changed to 3.30am, and then the actual transfer time was 1.30am, leaving 2 coaches full of people in Geneva Airport at 4.30am. Nothing was open, everyone was tired and people who booked evening flights paid extra to get an earlier one. On their terms and conditions they say they tell you the transfer times when you book - this is did not happen with us, hence a hefty fee to change flight. When requesting a later transfer, we were told they will not refund us, despite only telling us the actual time 2 weeks before we left.
Overall, they were the worst company I have ever booked with. Even getting the first transfer to the alps was difficult as the bus was late and the sign postage terrible. The place we stayed even had us strip the bed upon leaving? Not what you expect at the end of a holiday.
Would not recommend, there are many companies who offer the same service who will treat everyone who uses them equally. Would give 0 stars if possible.
The best in the business. From logistics to event production, behind the scenes Nuco Travel really are top of the list. I have seen no other company with the means or the knowledge to operate in foreign countries and their unique environments. The local assets and relationships the company and staff have built over the last decade is credit to those that work for them. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended to any individual or group wanting bespoke travel.
The only company I would ever book a ski trip with. 10/10 customer service before during and after many trips not to mention the events NUCO are able to put together in resorts particularly for University or any other group bookings. Had to cancel Tignes Jan21 due to work and Corona and a complete refund issued quickly. 100% will be booking a trip with you next season and getting as many along as possible. NUCO always fight their customers corner in the case of damage deposits and any charges I and others in my groups have received were justified. Customers should understand there is only so much NUCO can do in regards to what the accommodation operators think and if you're not willing to lose a 'damage deposit' then why are you booking in the first place.
This company left my son and friends stranded in their ski resort when France announced all resorts were closed. Eventually they reluctantly provided a bus to Geneva. This was a package deal and they washed their hands of any responsibility for getting these youngsters home. Other UK companies organised coaches to places like Newcastle to get their customers home. We used NUCO for our university ski trip because they are unmatched in experience, everything from logistics to friendly and approachable reps was fantastic.
Last year in Val D`Isere was great - accommodation and Hotel were perfect, NUCO made the meeting, transfer and organisation easy and reliable. Booked this year but refunded no problem and informed all along the way. Will book for next year in February and support them as well as having something to look forward to,Regards, Rupert
I've travelled on many holidays with NUCO, both at university and after and they have all been run smoothly and efficiently. The reps and head office staff are very knowledgable and ensure you have a great time while you are there.
I was on a trip this week that had to be cut short due to the current pandemic and NUCO couldn't have been more helpful. They ensured a transfer was arranged at the earliest opportunity and made sure that we got out of France and returned home before the borders were closed. Everything was communicated very efficiently and quickly through our rep and on the app.
Well done NUCO for handling the situation very professionally. I will definitely be booking a trip for next season!
Arrived at resort with no accommodation booked by the company, had to move to a completely different resort within the ski pass zone after a 4 hour wait. Luckily we had cars to move everyone. "Compensation" consisted of two evening taxis to the main resort.
One month on, no deposits have been paid back after leaving the accommodation
Would not recommend and certainly will not be booking again. Having been on many ski trips with a number of different tour operators, this is by far the least professional experience I have had.

There were a number of errors with my booking meaning that my girlfriend and I were put in separate rooms with strangers and there wasn't space on the bus for my girlfriend. Thankfully they are doing their best to sort this out quickly and professionally.
I have been on numerous trips with NUCO. They offer excellent value and customer service. Their fantastic customer service has shone through the pandemic through their constant communication with our group for our January booking. We sadly couldn t go ahead with our trip with we re refunded our full amount within 7 days of the forced cancellation. Will be booking again with NUCO once the world opens up. Thanks team!
Excellent company, excellent service. I've been on several NUCO holidays and am always impressed with them. Reps are fantastic, very informative and always up for a good laugh. Absolutely comes out on top for uni snow sports
I have been using NUCO as a trip provider since 2012, both as a student and as part of adult groups. I was supposed to be going on two holidays in the next 5 weeks with NUCO, unfortunately both have been prevented by the current global situation.
