We booked a University ski trip via NUCO.

- We arrived late to our ferry and the coach broke down, leading to three coach switches and a 30hr in-bound journey.
- One coach had an oil leak from the engine bay and soaked the belongings' of passengers.
- We arrived at 6am a day later than expected, which meant we had to catch up on sleep and miss a full day of skiing.
- We broke down on our journey back to University, due to an empty fuel tank, so we had to wait for a recovery vehicle and take a later ferry slot.



NUCO are a company that work on volumes rather than quality. The problems above could have been much better prepared for, and responded to in a more appropriate way. While the representative on our coach was understanding of our concerns, the response from staff at HQ was neither empathetic or reassuring. It felt more like they were attempting to 'cover their backs' from any unforeseen costs.

All in all, a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anybody to partner with them.
