The only company I would ever book a ski trip with. 10/10 customer service before during and after many trips not to mention the events NUCO are able to put together in resorts particularly for University or any other group bookings. Had to cancel Tignes Jan21 due to work and Corona and a complete refund issued quickly. 100% will be booking a trip with you next season and getting as many along as possible. NUCO always fight their customers corner in the case of damage deposits and any charges I and others in my groups have received were justified. Customers should understand there is only so much NUCO can do in regards to what the accommodation operators think and if you're not willing to lose a 'damage deposit' then why are you booking in the first place.
