These people by far are the most unhelpful people in the state of Texas. You have to sit on hold for 10 minutes before you can even speak to someone who barley registers as English speaking. You then spend another 5 minutes validating all your personal info, only to hear they cannot help you once you get your question out.
I spend more than $40 a week in tolls, most of it driving at a snails pace because the roads are not equipped to handle the traffic flow. So when I transferred my tolltag to my new car, and forgot to update my license plate, I get a bill in the mail charging me double in tolls because even though the toll tag was working they could not "validate" the charges since I took a week to update the license plate. This blows, they have people who owe them hundreds of thousands of dollars in tolls and fees, who have no intention of paying, and a person who spends a large amount and maintains an account in GOOD standing is getting screwed by they unwillingness to help.
I sincerely hope the state reevaluates the company they use to manage the tollways of Texas. These people are rude, unhelpful & inconsiderate. It's time for a change!
