I work in this building... 23 floors of work space & 8 floors of parking ( 5 upper & 3 basement ).. Getting a lift on time can be bit tight from 8.15am to 8.45am... So be 15 min early for the meeting.. :) cheers!...
This building is not providing any visitor's parking! So prepare yourself in searching a parking space somewhere around the area. The Building Admin is not so polite and helpful.
It is an office building, location is good but it has bit complicated elevator system.

A commercial property that houses DAMAC head office on the 6th floor. The bulding is designed nicly, attended a meeting there, visitors parking system is not efficient. The DAMAC representative was not on time for our meeting, even though we booked an appointment in advance before heading there,thought he was polite, freindly and well informed.

The lift on service is very slow... Almost 15 minutes waiting time..
Was called for an interview .. Reached and there was no one at the reception to attend to me and later after waiting for nearly 20mins or so ..a lady walks in, not even interested to ask me why i am here or who am i waiting for.. She just went n sat on her seat at the reception. I walked up n said i have an interview scheduled today, which she didnt pay attention to, and asked me to repeat, i did n then she says who asked you to come ? Evryone has left for the day !!! The hr who scheduled my interview didnt even have the courtesy to inform me that people are not available and or apologise for wasting my time.

It is a commercial property, i had my client in this building. Job seekers can visit this building with proper entry. It is in Internet City. Many offices are there.

A big name in construction but looks like you have to invest billions to get the attention of customer service.
I spend a total of about 40 minutes each day waiting for lifts. Total joke system - the worst by a very large margin. Building management are pretty lazy.

Not professional at all , delay in everything. I don t advise to buy in off plan projects, because you will buy something but you will get something else . I bought 2 hotel apartments for 1 million Dirhams each which is high price just because it s hotel apartment, but I got shocked when I found that it s not as described in the sales and purchase agreement, it s furnished apartment. In addition to that the space area we found is 8% less than what was agreed , but they compensate me for only 3% as per the law . So why you buy from this company and why you buy off plan units under construction?
They make people galley for everything. And from the moment you put your money in their projects, the big galley and expectations begin. The staff is very well briefed for the lie. I strongly advise against
How come a luxury building like Damac has no visitors parking?! It is located in Tecom, and no visitors parking lol.. So funny no? Deira where there is no parkings has a few buildings made only for the car park.. How ridiculous Damac is?
