The location of the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Almaty. Near the square. Convenient to reach. This hotel has its pros and cons. It is very popular with various organizations for holding various events, including seminars and conferences. Looks presentable.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in my life so far. The staff is very freindly and helpful, they can help you with any kind of issues you have. The design of the room is a bit old fashioned for me, but it is spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing, more to choose from than you can imagine. Only place to improve is the spa, maybe a hottub would be nice. All in all I can only recommend.

Very good place for conferences. Have not stayed in the rooms.

This hotel is amazing. The whole building and all the rooms are immaculately clean. The breakfast and all the food are incredible. Many hotels are very good in one or two areas but this hotel is great in all. The lower level spa and fitness center is one of a kind and I think that is where the hotel stands out most. I highly recommend the Hammam massage. It was by far the best massage of my life.

This is a place where everyone will be for you and themselves, they will not look at you with a scythe, and most importantly they will shelter you

This place is good. It's peaceful. Staff is very helpful. There is an European restraint at the top floor and Turkish at the ground. There is a spa, Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre all complementary from the hotel. You only have to pay for the massages, yes they have those too including couples massage, and for the bar which is right next to the pool. Rates are reasonable for a hotel of such standard.

Once upon a time, when the best hotel was opened, it was the most prestigious beautiful luxury. But times are changing, and the hotel is no longer the best, but still has its own charm. And by the way, it is located very well.

This is my favorite hotel! Service, food all top notch. I want to express special thanks to Dinara Shindaulova, thank you for your attention and work!

Drinking tea in the hotel lobby. Desserts are delicious. It is frustrating that earlier in Bon Bon cafe there were 50% discounts on desserts after 20:00, now it is only 10%. The question is not the cost, but the fact that they were not taken away to the refrigerator before, so that they could be put up the next day, but sold out and you could be sure that you are buying fresh. Staff need training. They cleaned the table so noticeably that they were breaking the conversation.

Great hotel with a great history. The restaurants here are also good. The food is gorgeous. But it is still outdated. The staff is very professional, polite. In the foe a lot of interesting things. The restaurant in the Kazakh style is very tall and beautiful. Nice to be in the hotel. The air is clean and cool.

Was at the seminar, the lunch in the restaurant is excellent.

Very good breakfast especially i loooved the different sort of honeys :) Fitness center is good enough , turkish bath is nice. rooms ara avarage.

International hotel so let's say. But inside the design is dark

The best family brunch on Sundays from 12 noon to 3:30 pm. A varied menu, seafood, sushi, desserts. A separate playground for children with animators, games and a sweet table. Also for children there are meat balls, french fries, pizza, yoghurts, sweets

it's time to change the furniture in the rooms and you just need to match the name and not serve cheap soap and shampoo. and the rest is super restaurant food is very tasty

Very nice and luxury hotel with the confortable beds.The garden behind the hotel just nearby the tennis courts is very relaxing especially when spring and summer.Eat meat.

Don't know kazakh language , and little bit expensive .

Location, breakfast, rooms, spa, massage, restaurants (Asian, French, Turkish), cleanliness, hotel taxis, service attitude of the staff and hotel facilities = everything excellent and worth every penny. If you want to spend a little more for a hotel in Almaty, come here at his expense.

Service is great, food is excellent BUT 1.) it is too hot in the rooms - a/c gets the temp down to 22.5 C max and the window cannot fully be opened 2.) the air is so dry in the rooms

The staff at the reception is always not in the subject of what is happening at their hotel. Administration - train staff more often!
