There was one case of bedbugs, but it got rectified right away. The staff is very nice and compassionate.
The staff is friendly, helpful and caring, and the residents are mostly competent and friendly. The medical staff is awesome! My only gripe is that the facility could be more soundproof, or some residents could be better at controlling the volume of their TV s or radios.
Mom is happy because of all of the friends she's made. Another resident we met while visiting isn't too fond of the food. The place seems a bit dated.
