Nice rooms, friendly personell and a clean and welcoming experience over all.

Very good service and facilities. Delicious breakfast. But sleeping did not go so well because of the terrible pillows.

Great hotel friendly staff, nice rooms, rich breakfast, very good service for transportation. From the hotel every hour n shuttle bus to the center or cs. Taxi service at a cheap rate for return trip let you drive. Our stay was great

Good hotel but superb fast service!! Iron board delivered within 10min..baby cot missing on arrival but sorted with a call and again delivered in 10min!

Visited hotel recently for a conference.

Nice and clean hotel just outside the active center of Maastricht.
Parking space for about 50 cars on site.
Also enough place to store bicycles.
Conference room can comfortably accommodate 100 people.


The fully catered lunch was of good quality, tasty, diverse and the friendly staff looked after all guests in a very pleasant way.

Hotel claims 4 stars, which is well worthy of it.

Friendly helpful staff , dog friendly hotel. By prepare that if you coming with ur animal u will be charge 20 per night.
They have a shuttle bus from the hotel to the centrum but it s as well a walking distance .
The rooms are clean the only minus point are is the bed. Mattress is very hard.
Breakfast has variously dishes & is tasty.

Very welcome even if you don't speak French ...
I had a top type room as I wanted with a romantic side and in the love style ...

Friendly staff, clean room. But because of the too high bath (getting in and out) difficult to shower. In the evening the food in the restaurant is good, but the breakfast is bad. No ham, ice cold hard boiled eggs, baked hard sandwiches. Thus, the day does not start well.

Very friendly staff!
Really good breakfast buffet, fair trade coffe and sugar. A really nice variety of breads and fruits as well as warm and cold options.
The room is very well maintained, very clean, spacious and quite versatile. We just had some small allergic reactions with something on the bed, probably the matress, but nothing that spoiled the stay.
The wifi works great and there is a Bluetooth speaker in the room that helps you to feel at home.
They have a late check out policy on sundays, for free until 5pm. Exactly what we needed for our lazy day =)
The channels of the tv sucks, you can find many different languages and countries, but we couldn't find any good content. It is just better to go visit the city!
The prices can be rather stip, but the stay was worryless.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. And every morning that great breakfast which was certainly a wonderful start to the day thanks to Monique.

Staff really try but this a bland and tired hotel. Bathroom is poorly kitted out. Room is a little spartan. My computer screen is bigger than their TV. It's frugal but doesn't have frugal prices. Also it's 30 minutes walk from Centrum in a business park. It's over priced and I won't be staying here again. There are much better choices in Maastricht.

A wonderful number of days to relax in a well-kept hotel. Clean, great beds and good service. Portions of the cook sometimes differ per table, which is a shame.

The hotel was remembered by very polite and friendly staff. At the reception they always smiled and were ready to help. We got a spacious bright room with a small sofa and a round table. There were fresh magazines and there was a docking station. The pool is clean, but the water is still cool in early June.

Already for the 2nd time in this wonderfully quiet hotel with good facilities, good food and an extremely friendly staff and service. Certainly suitable for repetition

Service is good, friendly helpful staff. The rooms are clean and big enough. The breakfast is sufficiently stocked with the usual large selection. The location in the immediate vicinity of the city center is very advantageous.

Here I met the best staff I have ever met in my life. They were more than helpful and kind! Just a big thank you for your hospitality and the amazing breakfast and dinner I could enjoy during my stay. Totally recommended!!!

The Novotel Maastricht team surprised us last week with an extremely nicely decorated space to receive our business network club. And the food was also perfectly taken care of!
Everyone agreed that we should do this more often, so a big compliment to the Novotel team!

Second time staying here. Nice modern room and quiet location. Wi-Fi everywhere. Very good breakfast. Free shuttle to the center is a bonus.

The temperature in the room was not adjustable. Although it was cold outside, it was very stuffy inside. The bed was also not very comfortable because the mattress topper did not stay. Fortunately there was a good and extensive breakfast table. However, I would not book this hotel again.

Stayed this year for the fourth time in November at the Novotel and again a great experience! Nice welcome and first evening delicious food from the chef. Breakfast also fine and the shuttle service super! Helpful and friendly staff Every year a party! See you next November!

Very nice place to stay,quiet location with a lot of public areas incl outdoor pool and big relax garden

Very good hotel with a very friendly staff. Good for kids, with a playground and open swimming pool. Convenient car parking. Relatively close to city centre.

We stayed for one night with a 3-course dinner and breakfast buffet in the house. Ambience, reception, room all good. The missing toilet brush was a bit strange.
Less good: menus only available in Dutch and English. In the 3-country corner I expect at least something in German. Staff at dinner quite inattentive and rather relaxed on the way.
All in all a nice stay.

It was a bit too much hassle for me when booking by email. For the rest, everything was okay. Friendly staff, clean room, great bed. It is outrageous that we had to pay 7.5 eur per night as hotel guest parking .. (never had to pay at other Novotels).

Nice, very tidy house with friendly staff.
The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and had a separate bathroom and toilet.
Disadvantages: A large blanket in the double bed for two did not impress us very much and the pool is currently being renovated and is therefore currently not usable.
Advantages: The free shuttle service to Maastricht city center is nice. Alternatively, you can borrow bikes from the hotel (for a small fee) for half or full days. The house has a good and quick complaint management (was a minor issue during our otherwise very nice stay). There is a separate play area in the lobby for younger guests.
The breakfast buffet is extensive and the quality is completely okay, but at 19, - per person it is quite expensive for what is on offer.

Classic Home a Novotel, easy access with parking, an asset to the Netherlands. Clean, both in public and in the bedroom. identical and sufficient space. Breakfast was pretty full but again in the standards of the chain. At 10 minutes from the center and also the village of Valkenburg with these Christmas markets in land

Parking 8 eur pool not open, however, was on until the end of September.

It is decidedly "meh". The shower was broken, the sink would not work. At breakfast it was required to wear gloves, after which the chaos was so great people moving though each other... Definitely not 1.5 m distance.

The gloves did not help. And to top it off: a drab gloomy hall where you could finish your breakfast.

Not worth the money. At all...

Our little stay was perfect. The rules of distancing were well enforced. Room with all comforts. Friendly staff. And nice breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of town, so it's very easy to get there.

Clean and spacious rooms. Lots of choice at breakfast and friendly staff. A shuttle bus went to the city every hour. Full is full. The center was also easily accessible by public transport

Too much noise during the night, people have no respect let the kids mail in the halls at 1am in the morning .. pt normal lunch not too many varieties. On the other hand super friendly staff but those of the bar must hurry a little more because 30 min for a coffee is strong .... of all the novotel we have already attended is blah

Cozy, clean, calm. Excellent and unobtrusive service, there is an inexpensive parking at the hotel. Given the fact that the city is small, you can easily leave the car at the hotel and walk.

A bit isolated from the city by the highway, but service and room quality really excellent.

Shame about the paying parking, the wrong cuisson of the steak and the clogged sink in the bathroom.
Keeping the toilet roll or towel on the holder is also a challenge. Still an earned 8!

Generaly I will not rate it as 4 star hotel. Generaly average , pleasent service. Not so good food . I have stayed 2 times

Slept well and our 3-course menu in the evening was also excellent. Only thing that was slightly less, was the chosen ice cream in our dessert. Lemon ice cream is not my favorite. Would be nice if that is stated and if you had a choice. Furthermore, had a perfect overnight stay.

The Novotel indicates that hygiene is high. I don't find this. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. I don't think hygienic. At breakfast you as a guest have to wear a pair of weird plastic gloves, but the staff touches the bread etc. without gloves or something like that. Had dinner at the hotel for 1 evening. Fish had no taste and was still moist. Just read that it was still free parking 3 weeks ago. We had to pay 8 euros per night?

Nice hotel, good rooms, clean, nice and helpful staff, shuttle bus into the city. Normally I would not book it. Way too overpriced. Have come through Groupon and there was the price, of course, unbeatable. Breakfast class! Restaurant food grade 4. Nothing dolles and room like in the restaurant gas station, where you look the cook on the finger. Not nice to look at, was the back and forth of the individual food with your hands! Without gloves. No go. But, you do not have to eat there. Conclusion: 3-4 star seminar hotel
