Again, I did not go to your Bank @ net to keep me nervous. A complicated program with thousands of data that I'm not interested in. Not to write about different balances at Banka @ net and ATM, also every 3 days! When I finally collect the will, I spend half a day editing the bills, but the server for Banka @ net KBM is not accessible. Currently. But that moment is already lasting. And a full table of papers is waiting! For more than ten years, it has been operating without problems with Banka net and Raiffeisen Bank's mobile application.

The bank is fine ok, i use 2 days to scribble the papers but now this banknote is finally working. However, I had to submit a new request via Google to change the bank's working hours, which is from 8.30 am to 4 pm
Otherwise they are clean ok.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, I ordered a new Visa prepaid card at the Europark branch office, as on Sunday, December 1, 2019 I detected a suspected abuse, contacted the duty department and canceled my previous card for security reasons.

I haven't received the card so far, so I'm interested in how the process progresses. For the sake of patience, my patience is slowly passing and I am thinking of changing the bank, which is not the first time. Even when I first ordered my Visa prepaid account (early December 2017) two years ago, I had to wait for a good month.

The inconvenience of our cooperation throughout the years does not seem to end; not to mention the difficulty in joining Bankanet, which I have been unable to resolve for a few months due to non-cooperation on your part, as well as the relationship I have had in the branches in the past (by the way, the last time I visited the branch, the relationship was at the level of no will be wrong) etc.

I believe that certain procedures can be delayed, but given the experience of the past, I no longer believe in coincidences.

Worst bank ever. My girlfriends card got "frozen" because they thought she had a loan running, which she had not. After I think 3 months they finally wanted to give her a paper so she could switch banks and go to antoher one, but the interesting and funny part is this paper still hasnt arrived today. When you try to confront them all they have is lazy excuses.No rent could be paid, nothing. How do you as bank justify such a behavior? Government should shut you down, because you are stealing from people. They are trying to make cheap excuses because they were "robbed" millions of in December 2018, which was probably the director putting this money in his own pockets.

Google says the bank will open at 8am. It actually opens at 8.30am. We wait at the front of the door ..

Poor credit conditions for riste6 they need (ie not scammers) and cheeky staff ....

A good bank, friendly staff who are trying to please and help you, but I think that since the new system and the lack of staff have been complicated on more important issues, I think it was easier and quicker in the old KBM.

Fix opening hours. I waited for an hour today in front of the bank because they forgot to mention on the website that they were closing for lunch between 12 and 13:00 ...

fix the working hours of the banks (the largest in their districts, the banks of the weight camp ..) at least the larger ones could be open from 8:00 to 20:00, and on Friday to 4:00 I work at all the banks at however, they start closing at 3:30 pm, and the central ones open only until 5:00 pm so that I caught the deaf last minute and commit a few traffic violations ...

Average bank. Staff are worth the compliments. They do their best in their capacity and make everything that the customer is satisfied.

NEW KBM BANK, THE MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS LESS ATTRIBUTABLE TO CUSTOMERS.

Nova KBM is one of the "leading Slovenian financial institutions", how a person can open a transaction account with you, but when you dismiss her every day because you have too much work or you do not exactly have that term. Obviously you do not need new customers who are regularly employed. If you have such a relationship with a client before it becomes your customer, you will be asked what you are up to already existing. When sending from one uninterested employee to another, I had time to thoroughly consider whether you are the right bank for me. Obviously not.

A few years back, I already leave the outdated and unfriendly KBM and stay at a bank that is at least kinder and more favorable if not already.
Last year, the latter was renamed twice, and I again hit the KBM system.

Disaster, I'm in the process of leaving KBM again :-)
