This is only our second time to have our 2015 Lexu...

This is only our second time to have our 2015 Lexus serviced at Northside. We have had a great experience both times, as it relates to the promptness and thoroughness of service, and the very nice atmosphere of the waiting area. My wife likes to wait for the service to be completed, because they are so prompt and our distance from the facility precludes our using their vehicle pick-up service.

My only negative is that they mis-entered the mileage on the work order, by quite a lot, and I didn't discover this until we got home. I had to call twice over a three day period to get this corrected. The error was so large that I believe it would indicate negligence on our part in performing required maintenance, if we had a warranty claim in the future. The error shouldn't have happened at all, but it should not have required two phone calls to get it corrected.

The visit was great. I worked with Liz and John. I was given a loaner car to use while my car was serviced. I was well informed and serviced quickly. I appreciated the politeness of everyone who talked to me or smiled as they passed by. My favorite convenience was the coffee/water bar.

9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I do have to say the coffee was great and the staff was courteous and professional but It should not take this long nor cost so much. My Mobil 1 was replaced with regular oil also.

Welp....they did it once again!! Tyler Stephens, used car sales manager, has yet to disappoint me! The commitment, dedication, passion and desire he has to ensure EVERY customer leaves happy is unbelievable!! Tyler, and this dealership in general, truly does make me feel like I am a part of the family! Tyler s diligence to ensure a win/win scenario is second to none! I have purchased 3 cars in less than a year under his guidance and I will continue to drive the 1 1/2 hours to purchase vehicles from this dealership! If you want the GREATEST car experience with complete transparency; do yourself a favor and visit Northside Lexus! My personal preference is Tyler but you honestly can t go wrong with anyone here!! Make the time to visit this dealership and thank me later!!
Now let me give the man himself, Herb Mills, a huge shout out! He sold me 2 of the cars mentioned above and is one of the best! He truly cares about each and every customer providing honest opinions every question asked! I have never met a salesman as kind, passionate and knowledgeable as Herb! He removes any and all stress normally associated with purchasing a car and keeps you smiling and laughing throughout the entire process! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied even if it means personal sacrifices! He will not disappoint! The Tyler/Herb team is the BEST!!

Andy in the service dept. was outstanding. I came in for just a recall on my 2005 recently, and although I did not get any other service, he treated me no different than any other paying customer. Only the best at Northside Lexus. Thanks Andy

These guys may be decent in their normal operation...

These guys may be decent in their normal operations but I'd HIGHLY recommend thinking twice before coming in from out of town. Came in to buy a 2011 GX460 which was apparently a new arrival. Had the color, miles and options that we wanted so I called to purchase. Was told, Just came back from interior as it had some upholstery work done. So I thought, GREAT! Lets do this! The salesman Larry Kidd cautioned that I may need to wait a few hours as the paint was going to get a little touch-up work. So, my wife and I arranged financing before I headed out and all was well.. Or so we thought. Interior repair work was done. Car was not detailed, not even washed. Paint guy had barely started (I drug my feet and got there late at 11am to accommodate for this) The car was in much worse state than told. Scratches and dings all over that were purposely left out of the photo's and that it is going to take much longer than stated to get this done. My point being, I was on a schedule being from out of town and had the salesman just been Honest with me, I would have worked something else out. To cap it all off, their finance department is in the 19th century electronically. I wanted the car to be in me wife's name because I carry all of our debt and it weighs on my credit. We filled out a power of atty. and everything. At the last minute, we are told that CAPITOL ONE, who we are financing through.. Doesn't accept electronic docs and must have the originals. Hmm.. Not what Capitol One originally said and we called again to verify. Then, after an hour of chasing people at Cap One, the truth comes out.. Hamilton Dawes of Northside Lexus informs me that Northside Lexus doesn't want to accept the e-docs. This forces me to change financing at the last minute and now we have to come out of pocket on the sale because we are not dealing with our preferred finance company. Just a terrible experience with them. I would never go back and I would never recommend them. To top it all off, I get halfway home and stop to eat. As I'm walking back to the car, I notice that one of the parking sensors that was removed for paint, was not put back in. I text my salesman and he replies with a part number and a website of where I can buy them. Very disappointing!

Great place to come for your Warranty work. Call for appointment and they will get you in and out in no time. Enjoy coffee, drinks and even cookies while you wait.
Be sure and ask for Brian Su. He won't disappoint you!! Great guy! You'll love him, we did!!

John Hankins and Wes White took excellent care of me when I drove all the way from Austin to purchase a 2019 l-certified GX 460. Driving from Austin to Houston (and back!) in one Saturday afternoon really meant it was important to be taken care of quickly and professionally. In about two hours, we were able to accomplish a trade in and the purchase the exact GX that I made the drive for. Thank you both!

Our overall experience at Northside Lexus was pleasant. Our salesperson, Mr. Shotwell was nice, knowledgeable and helpful in selecting our vehicle. The ONLY issue I had with our experience is that we asked if they would tint our 2 front windows for free, which they declined, and offered a "discounted" price of $295, which in my opinion is ridiculously high. They wouldn't come down from that price, so we eventually paid that price to have it done.

Our service assistant, Jonathan, gave us an excellent customer service. The services on our car were executed in a timely manner and we have no complains.

The only unfortunate incident was that my wife, Angelina, left her sun glasses in the loaner when she returned the loaner. She called a couple of hours later and was told the loaner had been given to another customer. Fellow up calls did not yield any positive results. So my wife lost her sun glasses of over $200.00 as she has not yet heard anything about it.

My experience with Northside Lexus was outstanding - everyone from the valet who met me to the driver to returned my car to pick up the loaner car were very professional. We recently located from Cincinnati to Houston and had exceptional service there. Lexus has a tradition and, as a result, I was not surprised with the services provided here in Houston. They understand the consumer.

I purchased a 2004 Lexus SC 430 from Lexus Albuquerque - it arrived with a dead battery, dirty, torn windshield wipers and peeling window tinting. Northside Lexus took care of everything, working with Lexus Albuquerque, to fix up the car for me. They were friendly, caring and professional. I felt I was in good hands and I'm glad to call them my dealership.

Nick Makrakis was awesome. Ask for him if you are anxious or need someone that can walk you through everything at your pace. The dealership is brand new so everything is clean and laid out really well. The location is easy to get to and everyone was great. I went to several dealerships and all were good but Northside had the inventory and the price I needed. I will definitely recommend Northside to friends.

This Lexus dealership is amazing. I can't say enough good things about Mark Green. He truly cares about his customers and looks out for them. We've also had a great experience at the collision center and have been so impressed with Chad Smith and his team. We have had a much better experience at this dealership than other Lexus dealerships we've worked with in the past. Not to mention, this dealership is brand new and gorgeous!

I just bought my 2011 Lexus RX 350 from David Thompson and couldn't be more please with him and the experience of buying a car from this dealership. I called to inquire about a used RX listed on their website and David responded quickly and notified me that the vehicle had sold but that he had another option for me. He quickly texted me with another used RX which was an even better deal than the car I called about. I then set up an appointment to look at the vehicle the following day. When I arrived, David was waiting for me up front. He is very polite and professional and knows these vehicles inside and out. He answered every question I had and was very patient. The negotiation process was very smooth and I never felt pressured. The financing was simple and the Finance Manager was not pushy at all like at other dealerships. The facilities here are the best, you don't feel like you're in an auto dealership at all. I highly recommend buying a car from Northside Lexus and David Thompson!

My Lexus ES350 is the second Lexus I have owned and serviced at Northside Lexus. Just completed a 50.000 mile service on this car. The dealership provided a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Some issues arose in the service department requiring a delay in completing my vehicle until the next day. Received a call from my service manager, Mark Hunter, telling me of the delay and to keep the loaner car until it was convenient to return, after he called and notified me my car was ready. Mark kept me informed and was very courteous explaining all issues involved. Excellent service!

I have to say my experience with Northside lexus has not been good one.and after 2 years of servicing my vehicle with them i will no longer use them are recommend anyone to them. I took my Lexus for service after making an appointment and it seemed that i could not get any response back. After my service was taken care i notice grease smudges all over my car as if the mechanic cleaned his dirty hands with the headline of my car.I contacted management and still have not revived a response back i guess i was just a number to them after all.

From the beginning to the end of the experience it was perfect! I was originally referred to to West Side Lexus and they pointed my wife and I to the North side location due to their current inventory.

We were treated very hospitably when we walked in; made us feel like w were walking into our own home. Jason was an amazing salesman who helped us with get the perfect price for our budget. All in all, they hit a home run, or because of the time of year, a game winning touchdown! Thank you guys. We will be back and definitely tell our friends!

My service advisor Chanel was amazing! I brought my RX350 in for service and she gave me exactly the type of service I expect from a Luxury Dealer. I truly felt like royalty and got all of my services taken care of. They even gave me a loaner car so I could run my errands. She even kept me in the loop as to when my car would be ready for pick up, she made this process as smooth as possible and I can t thank her enough for making my first Lexus experience so great!

I m actually super excited for the new location in a couple of weeks, and am looking forward to bringing my baby in for her first oil change. Rest assure I will be contacting Chanel Montgomery to get me set up! If you want great service contact Chanel!

Outstanding facility, friendly and courteous staff, and very efficient. Price negotiation is same as all car dealers but once we agreed on the price there were no efforts by the dealer to sneak in additional charges, something which I have experienced with other dealers. Recommended.

For the last past four years I have done business with Northside Lexus and Mr. Donald Ansley is the best sales person at Northside Lexus on staff. This man has gone above and beyond for me. I have driven almost every car Lexus has and some. If you want a good patient sales person please call Northside and ask Mr. Ansley.

This place is amazing the staff the managers just everything and I say managers cause we had a incident that happened and it was handled immediately We bought a 2017 Jeep Compass Limited 4x4 we were treated so nice they even meet you at the door our salesmen was Juan Fuentes he was pretty good I think just excited and move real fast I wanted to give 5 stars but I gave four for deception cause we paid cash for the Jeep and was told more than once that he would give us a Lil discount and why not especially when you giving cash for a vehicle why not show good customer service it didn t have to be huge which I understand but when I get home look at paper work calculate and what I payed but where was the discount? Did he forget or just lie? I m satisfied with my vehicle and I will definitely send anyone who needs a car to Northside Lexus because of great customer service and being treated like royalty not to mention the place is nice the bathroom is nice and super clean but I will say just look at your paperwork before leaving cause I don t like feeling deceived..

First let me say that EVERYONE at Lexus Northside has always been extremely helpful, courteous and the sales guy Dave remembers my name and makes a point to come and say hello. My reason for 3 instead of 5 stars is because of the amount of time it takes for an oil change. I've been there two times and both times requested the first appt of the day. I'm told it will be 45min to an hour and BOTH times it has taken over 2 hours. As a waiting customer, this is a long time and I just can't do that any more. I realize they are busy but why an oil change takes almost 3 hours is beyond me. I do like everythign else about Northside Lexus, but I'll just need to figure out a way to drop my car off for a few hours if I continue to get my oil changed there. Let me end by saying, the customer service is definitely 5 stars.

Excellent service. We went there to buy a used car, not even a Lexus and it still felt like we got the VIP treatment. We showed up late in the day, it was miserably hot but the staff did everything possible to accommodate us. I might go back again to get rid of my Land Rover and get myself a Lexus.

I typically dread going into a car dealership to consider a purchase of a new vehicle. Northside Lexus was a completely different experience, a good one. Our sales epresentative, Don Ensley, was friendly, social, and showed us anything and everything about Lexus. Our first visit was months ago and due to COVID, we only recently returned. He not only remembered us, but took extensive time to listen to our requests and help us find the car that we wanted. We did NOT feel pressured. We did feel appreciated.

Everything that could be done to ensure our safety and that of others, including employees, during the COVID pandemic was in place. We felt safe and very comfortable.

We also left with a brand new Lexus with a big red bow on top of it. Very impressive dealership.

Bought an LC500 here used with 4K miles and they didn t disclose the entire underneath of the front bumper is scratched up. Unreal. I took delivery at night so I didn t notice and it s at least a 1k repair. Completely dishonest for a basically brand new car. Salesman Donnie holcomb do not do business with him.

I m replying to their dishonest GMs reply. The scratch is under the ENTIRE FRONT of the vehicle not the edge. The photo posted is of the center left but it s over the whole car. This man won t even pick up the phone (to me or Lexus NA both of us called) yet expects me to drive all the way from Austin just so his dealer chop shop can repair damage that should never have been there and was never disclosed to me? And this is supposed to make it right? The guy couldn t give a single flip about making it right and is obviously trying to do the bare minimum.

Car was not detailed properly. Most of the problems I pointed out to Rex were fixed. I felt that when I pointed out surface scratches on the lower front bumper, I was blown off. It's no big deal. I have my cars detailed every year and my detail person will take care of it since it is certainly an easy fix. That said, I was just disappointed that it was not detailed properly before I came in to pick it up.

Northside provides service that reflects the reliable integrity of the Lexus brand. Even on the used LS we purchased, it was the most transparent, pain-free car buying experience I've ever seen.

They immediately remedied a small issue that we didn't catch on test drive, with loaner provided. Knowledgeable (Chris) technician explained issue and repair well. Salesman (Donnie) was professional, followed up communications promptly, and made our family feel welcome. Brent in finance was willing to work various scenarios on terms to make sure we were happy with the deal.

Buying a car should be enjoyable, and with Northside Lexus it is.

I needed to get an extra key, arrived at Service Dept and was promptly greeted by Allen Adcock, I was informed I may have to wait for up to 1 hr,
which was to be expected. I was greeted by Svc Mgr, Dean Kyllo, and walked to the pts dept. where Ramone handled the repair. I waited for less than 30 mins and was told the repair was final.. great experience, great facility and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer. Thanks, guys!! I would absolutely return and recommend Northside Lexus!

Came in to have a valet key made for my car. Parts attendant was very short and un accommodating to inquiries about process and cost. Talked to the manager Ramon who was the epitome of customer service. Overall the experience ended good with Ramon but could have done without the Saturday, Sep 26 11 am attendant at the parts counter experience.

Good luck getting a call back regarding the warranty enhancement notification. I've been trying to get my dashboard repaired since February of this year. I've placed several phone calls and I have not received one call as of this date. I'll never purchase a car from this dealership again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Carla and Terri for your lack of attention!

I love Northside Lexus. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this location, but I do not mind. Everyone is helpful. My service consultant was awesome and the waiting areas are quiet and clean. They were very up front about how long the wait would be for my 10,000 mile service so there is the option of a loaner car for the day but I ended up waiting there and it was all pretty quick.

I was disappointed that a car I just bought would have to have a battery replaced within 2 months of purchase. Having your car have trouble starting this soon does not give great confidence in your service of a previously owned car.
