I'm a first time Lexus owner after having owned an Acura and an Infiniti. Coming from that level of experience I did not expect the level of customer service that Northside Lexus has demonstrated.

My sales rep Ed Washington was so pleasant to speak with and did not exhibit the heavy sales tactics and banter that normally makes car buying akin to a poke in the eye. He explained how the in-house car buying process worked but my wife chimed in and said "this is the way I want to do it" and Ed just followed suit and said "well then let's do it your way." He listened to us and respected our opinions which culminated with the purchase of the vehicle. Ed has also called several times after the purchase to check if all was well with the car which was a nice gesture also.

Allan Adcock in the service department has been very responsive and informative during some unexpected maintenance work. Although the work was not covered by warranty Allan took the time to contact Lexus factory and in-house personnel to work the issue to the mutual benefit of all parties. The waiting area/lobby and all it's amenities makes the whole service/maintenance experience actually pleasant (all that's needed is a wine bar).

Kudos all the way around for Northside Lexus and their employees because it truly is a team effort.
