Very disappointing visit. Got there 20 min early and after 2 hour 30 mins I have Been still waiting... just for 10k service...supposed to be under an hour... what they told me... staff are not responsive... nobody knows what is going on ... no name on the status monitor... 40 mins ago I finally got the status and said car was going to car wash... just checked and still the same... what a waste of time...
