I had a great experience with Northtown Automotive (Millersport location) and I wanted to share it with anyone who is searching for a top-notch dealership to do business with in the Buffalo/Niagara region. From the moment I walked in the door I was met by smiling people in a modern, relaxing environment, all of whom seemed happy to be there. At all stages of the car-buying experience, I was treated with respect and patience- not once did I feel any sort of sales pressure which is generally the biggest qualm with automobile sales. Phil, my sales rep, was a true professional and ready to answer my questions. Go see him for a great used vehicle- it s a pleasure to support those who supported me in this experience. The financing department was professional and took time to explain all of my options and I even had a gentlemen sit with me in my new car to run through all the of the vehicle s features. Before I left, I was approached by the general manager who exuded warmth and expressed his gratitude for my business.

Not only does Northtown Automotive have great vehicles at great prices but I felt like they were there for me, not the other way around. What else could you ask for? I would send anyone in my family to them and that says a lot. You should give them a try, too, and see the difference. Big thanks to the entire Northtown team for doing what you do how you do it! Professional workmanship friendly customer service!

Good experience with everyone here, Alex was great. I'm from Rochester however Northtown was only dealer in western NY that had the Subaru I was looking for. Everything they said was true and they followed through with their promises.

I would have given 5 star review however the sales floor seems cluttered, small and can be a little confusing when you first walk in.

Overall however good dealership to have dealt with.

We absolutely love our Outback we purchased through David Baritot at Northtown Subaru! David was very helpful and patient with us while my wife and I "discussed" which Subaru model to buy. He was very informative about all the paperwork and showing us the operation of the vehicle and it's options. Now, if could only get my wife out of the car!

Our experience was easy and hassle-free thanks to Alex Greno. We love our new (used) car and look forward to doing business with him and Northtown Auto again down the road.

This was my first ever experience with buying a new vehicle. I test drove a 2015 Subaru Forester at a different dealership in NY. The salesman I was in contact with from Northtown was very understanding of my situation and that I was waiting for my financial situation to improve so I could finance a vehicle. He remained in contact with me to answer any questions I had and to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He was never pushy or intimidating. For being a first time car buyer I could say I was very comfortable working with Northtown Subaru since I never went to the dealership until I picked up my vehicle. On the day I picked up my new Forester I was treated as though I had been there before and everything was explained very well. I would most definitely go to Northtown in the future for a new vehicle.

Just picked-up a new '15 Outback Limited last night. A+ experience at N'town Subaru from the minute I called to setup an appointment, through selecting the vehicle and agreeing on a great price (on a car that is tough to find available right now!). I have purchased from the Northtown Companies for years. I am always treated fairly and with respect. My latest experience with Lexus has only reinforced this as they go out of their way to assist. I have recently referred my parents and they received the same courtesy. I am happy to recommend this group of dealerships!

I recently visited the Northtown Volvo Porsche Land Rover of Buffalo store so that I could drive the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The service I received from the moment I arrived right up to my purchase was fantastic. I originally only went in to drive since I still had a couple months left on my lease but Alex Greno was able to put me in the car of my dreams and get me out of my old one. There was no pressure and this was one of the most pleasurable car deals I have ever made. Thanks Alex

it was a wonderful experience. kyle went out his way to make the purchase easy-even coming to my house to pick up the title that i forgot to bring with me. i have never leased before but he and the sales manager explained everything which made things go fast and easy. i love my new rav 4. i would definately recommend northtown to everyone.

I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Mark O Connor. My family has purchased vehicles from Northtown since 1996 and have been satisfied from the beginning. I have to say when I first went looking for cars I went in with much hesitation thinking that all sales men/women are the same. They want a sale. I won't say my mind has changed about salesmen because the truth is they need to make sales to make a paycheck, but what I will say is my outlook has changed because of my experience with Northtown Kia/Mazda and Toyota. I went first to Northtown Kia/Mazda with some idea of what I wanted but not really sure how to narrow it down. I was given a salesman by the name of John Roger aka JR. He was friendly and busy! The whole place was busy when I arrived and I could see how people get overwhelmed with buying a car. I wasn't taken back or anything I was more in shock at how many people were there. I later went to Northtown Toyata where I met a really nice man named Shawn Wozniak. He was so nice. He stayed late to let me drive the car and he talked to my father and I for awhile about Toyota and what a good name it is. We also had a few things in common which made me feel more at ease. I didn't end up going back to him and it wasn't because I didn't like the car. I love the car it was just a little more pricey than what I could afford. A day or so passed I called West Herr and went there because of an add I saw. They were not helpful and rather rude although they said they would stand by the offer. Come to find out they didn't have anymore 2014's so the offer was BS. There I was not sure what to do so I went back to Northtown Kia where I saw JR again. I test drove the Kia Sportage fell in love and got to drive my car home that night. JR was very helpful and even though he was busy because of the month end and the year end for dealerships he had a coworker help out to get my father and I on our way. I am not going to say it took 1 hour because that would be a lie. It took about 5 hours from the test drive, to the paperwork, to the paperwork, to the paperwork, to then getting my keys and leaving. When all is said and done it took 5 hours for me to drive away in a car I didn't think I could get but they worked within my means I set and they put an offer on the table I couldn't say no to. JR was great to work with and friendly. Salesmen aren't our friends but you know what neither are cashiers yet we all treat them as such. I look at buying cars differently because of my experience at Northtown. I have to say it was actually enjoyable. I mean I wouldn't mind a free car but then again that would never happen. Bottom line I would recommend this place and I give 5 stars because they really did end up helping me get what I wanted and it was within the means I set. On top of that everyone from Nothtown Toyota to Kia/Mazda were super friendly and they did call me back unlike West Herr.

I picked up my Volvo XC60 last night and couldn't be happier with my whole experience with Northtown Volvo. From the time I first walked in the door until I drove out last night was more than anyone could expect. Mike Hanretty, my salesman, was interested and answered all my concerns from the time I ordered my car until it arrived yesterday. He was the most patient and kept me informed through the whole process. Thanks again for a great experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with David Steggs for my new car purchase. He was completely professional and did not try to oversell me. David has not only sold me on the car but also the high level of customer service that Northtown offers. After 11 years as a West Herr customer I'm proud to say I am now a Northtown customer!

They carry several excellent brands. I have dealt with the Porsche dealership several times. I have felt that I paid the right price for the cars and have received excellent service since. If I purchase another Porsche it will be from this dealership.

What a great experience I had with Northtown Toyota. When I began searching for a new car I called multiple dealerships. When I called Northtown Toyota I talked to Ellyssa Kubicki and she was amazing!! She was very kind, polite, and very patient. I told her exactly what I was looking for and also how I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle because I didn t want anyone pressuring me to purchase right away. She said no worries, I will make sure you are with the best and have a great experience.

When I showed up for my appointment to test-drive a 2014 Rav 4, my sales consultant Eddie Cadro was waiting for me. He was upbeat and very polite. He had the Rav 4 already pulled up in the front waiting for me to test drive it. It had everything I had wanted and more. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it immediately. When I returned, Eddie was there waiting for us, and then we talked about my trade in and what kind of payment I was looking at. He was very helpful and flexible. I was very anxious about purchasing a brand new car, but being a recent grad they offered me a deal a I couldn t resist. The day of my test drive I couldn t make a final decision. I wanted to go home and check my finances and sleep on it. Eddie and his co-worker Joe were very understanding and helpful and let me take the car home over night. That also helped me with making my decision.

The next day when I came back to return the car I decided I was going to purchase it. The purchasing process was very quick and I even got to take the car home that day, which I was not expecting. I also got to work with some of Eddie s co-workers during the purchasing process. Diane had such a great personality and was so very helpful. I just wanted to thank Ellyssa, Eddie, Joe, and Diane for all of their help!! They were the best of the best and it was amazing to see how well they all worked together. It made for a very positive and fun experience. I would recommend Eddie from Northtown Toyota to all of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. My purchase at North town Dodge was far above all. The sales men, Jim Schreck and manager Mike was very courteous and professional. The met my needs and I will continue purchasing vehicles from the North Chrysler Dodge town location. Customer service was also excellent!!!!!

I went in to the Northtown Mazda/KIA dealer to casually look at Mazdas. I was not intending to buy. I ended up buying a KIA the next day. Two reasons: the car ... and the exceptional salesperson, Bryan Levan. He made the entire experience effortless and was on top of every detail. I would recommend him to anyone.

I bought my car here, I won't buy my next car here. My mother bought her car here, and everytime she visits the service department her car needs hundreds of dollars worth of work. Her car is a Toyota with less than 10k miles, it is that kind of dealership.

Our experience at Northtown was exceptional. Lou Viapiano was nothing short of gracious and informative. He got us the exact car I wanted for the price we desired. I had never driven a Subaru prior to this, and now I'm sold! I tend to keep cars for a long time, so I am happy I have a terrific vehicle that will be a keeper!

Have purchased two vehicles from Adam and Ziad at the Northtown Fiat dealership and am very impressed with the service received both times. I would never consider going anywhere else and highly recommend both Adam and Ziad. They understand what is most important to you and make sure they get it right!

The customer service is the worst? The car sale person did give his name until I asked - and was rude rude rude. I ask them to answer question about sales and was transferred to billing. There is no diversity with the staff at all .... very sad

Everything went incredibly smooth with my lease! Both Jesse and Brandon were immensely helpful to me in the process and I expressed interest in a vehicle on Monday of last week and was able to pick up the car I wanted by Friday. I absolutely will be coming here again to do business!

Recently had a pretty good experience with northtown auto. I knew what I wanted when I went in and Stuart Cooper made it happen for me. My credit was non existent, I wasn't sure if I was going to be to afford the car I wanted. Stuart and the finance department negotiated with the banks to make the car affordable for me. Stuart fought for me, which made me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend Northtown Auto to anyone looking for a new car. Go see Stuart, he's the man!

We weren't at NT Dodge very long at all! Everything was handled in a timely manner and very professionally. We knew exactly what we wanted, test drove it and took it home, all in the same day. David was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He stayed longer then his business hours to accommodate us...which was greatly appreciated!! He didn't make us feel rushed or pressed for time to make a decision. We would highly recommend David and NT Dodge!!! My husband LOVES his new NT Dodge Dart!!!!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Northtown Auto & Collision several times. I've always received exceptional customer service. Anthony from Northtown Collision is one of the greatest employees I've ever met!! After being hit by a drunk driver I bought my Subaru to their collision shop. I was blown away by how good my car looked when I picked it up. In my opinion it looked BETTER than when I bought it new. I completely recommend Northtown 100%.

Patrick was awful at communication as well as didnt know his inventory. Ran my credit 3 times moving it down 20 points. Im assuming i was a means to end his quota. Very disappointed, I was promised and reassured I would be in a car today. He lied.

The companies home page states it treats it's customers with kindness and dignity, I can't even get them to call me back after the car i bought and drove less than 500 miles lost it's rear bumper cover

This was the second vehicle I purchased from Jim Schreck and Northtown, and both times have been awesome. Jim was never too pushy, and never tried selling me something that I didn't need. I genuinely felt like Northtown wanted to sell me a car at a reasonable price, unlike other dealers I've dealt with in the past. Both experiences at Northtown have been amazing from the second I walked in, job well done!

Every experience I have had with this place has been a nightmare. From one of the customer service representatives arguing with me that my car oil was supposed to be changes every 5k when it's really 7500k. Too them putting too much oil in my car when they did an oil change. They also did not appear to be doing the oil consumption tests correctly, they do not wait long enough for the engine to cool down totally before checking oil.

My salesman was awesome but the service department is lacking in many ways. During the initial used car check they neglected to check to see if the doors even locked and unlocked properly. After I brought it back to get fixed I found out from my children that the window now doesn t open. Also my brakes are a hole different story. They squeal and squeak both foreword and backward and grind when coming to a stop. I asked if they could do something about it and they said it s normal for nonmetallic brakes and there is nothing they can do. Brakes metallic or non shouldn t squeak or squeal like that do. I m am very disappointed with the service department. I would recommend the salesman anytime but fore sure not this service department.

Mike Maniscalco helped me decide on my 2019 Kia Optima. Mike was extremely helpful and supportive when it came to making a decision. He is so warm, easy to talk to, and truly knows his stuff when it comes to cars. He laid out my options and gave me a great deal that was well within my price range. He even held onto the car for me when I couldn't take it home right away. I could not recommend Mike or Northtown enough!! One of the best sales people at one of the best dealerships. Seriously a pleasurable and positive experience for a first time car shopper like myself. Thank you, Mike!!

Northtown has possible the worst customer service I've ever heard, there service department was absolute horrible, I would tell everyone not to go to northtown ever! I would give 0 stars but that's not an option! I would tell anyone thinking of going there, to think again and go somewhere else!

My salesman Stewart did a great job I needed some touching up done he had it done free of charge wash my vehicle showed us where the lounge was for free Bagels muffins and coffee I've never had a bad experience at this dealership wish I could afford to buy another vehicle from them

We had a good experience purchasing a Forrester from this dealership. Was it spectacular? No, but that isn't the fault of my salesman, Mike, who was great. I am a designer and I think all dealers are the same, even this one. It reminds me of the other Northtown I bought my car at, the Basil I bought another car at, and the Jim Murphy I bought another car at. If a dealer wants 5 stars in my book, they really have to do something different. Think architecturally, removing awful cubicles, and green. In this day and age, when every time I swipe my credit card in an iSquare it emails me a receipt, do I have to sign 20 sheets of paper in order to buy a car? Or, why is the interior design in these places more sterile than an airport? To be spectacular, you have to update.

Revised review: I have to in all fairness say I have been impressed last couple of times I ve HAD to take my vehicle in for a recall issues. Very professional and thorough.

A great place to go to buy your car. People are friendly, listens to what you want, and go an extra mile to find something within your budget. Oh, must I say, today I just bought a KIA Sorento 2018 from Northtown KIA. If you want to see what I meant, give them an opportunity to serve you the way you would like to be served! By the way, if you're fond of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked chocolate chips cookies in the lounge, Northtown Auto is the place to go to!

What a great day ! I leased a Subaru CrossTrek XV and couldn't be happier ! Dave Baritot is a true professional. Subaru is very lucky to have such a nice well mannered professional salesman. Dave was very informative. Listened and understood what we could afford and worked with us to achieve that goal. I would recommend Dave to any one who wants to buy a Subaru. When we are ready again to lease or buy I'm hoping Dave is still there to work with. Thank You again for all your help Dave Baritot !!

I fell in love with a new Tucson because of the safety features.

Service Department was Excellent, sales reps, if they sold as many car's as they smoked cigarettes the place would be booming. Make no mistake, I smoke too. Keep someone at a desk at all times. They would have had a sale that day if they ALL didn't go out at once

My experience was wonderful from the start. Jim was fantastic. From the time we walked in to the time we left; Jim greeted. us with a big smile and welcomed us. He was very professional in appearance and demeanor. He was over the top when talking about the the cars he sells and very knowledgeable. Bought a used car from them. It was a good price and was in great condition. Alex helped me find the right car within my budget and got the car delivered in only 1 day (Looked on Saturday, drove away Monday)

I went to Northtown Mazda to see if they could get me out of my current lease that was nowhere near being up yet. Kirk Richael was my salesman, and he was awesome. He worked with my budget and I ended up with a better car with a less expensive payment. He was never pushy and presented all the options to me, and made it work for me. He's great! Go see Kirk. Best car buying experience yet.

I made a call this morning to Northtown for service (I purchase their cars). They said it is okay that they will help and let me come. I come to their place on time, but the service staff is not friendly and refuse the service. WHY THEY do not tell me earlier when I call them? Also let me park the car here, there, here in their facility with no one helps... I do not want to buy any cars there and their service is not considering the custmers..

I cant give this place more then one star. I've tried and tried to make a deal with them. The cars would not start not at the correct location or sold when I got there!!! Trust me go to west herr better cars and warranties and cappiello good cars and values... TRUST ME!!!!

We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Dave Baritot (and every single person we dealt with) was extremely friendly and helpful, and we got an amazing deal on both cars we leased with them. By far the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience we've ever had.

Pretty good dealership for the most part. They did a msitake in the car cost calculations which gave us a bit of a heart attack. Friendly dealership in all.

I've purchased many vehicles in my life and my experience with Northtown was just wonderful!

I take my time when I shop for a car. I take in all that is going on at the dealership. First impressions can make or break it with me. I live in the Rochester area and I have been treated with mediocrity at the two dealers here in this area. I am a serious buyer and I've been treated pretty poorly in my area.

This was NOT the case at Northtown. I'd like to call out Shawn Wozniak and William Zylinski for their professionalism, product knowledge and customer care they showed my wife and I.

I had started working with Shawn and the day my wife and I came in he was unavailable. Not his fault so no harm no foul. The staff at Northtown didn't miss a beat. We were handed off to William Zylinski who handled the rest of the Test Drive, Purchase and the Delivery of our new 2015 Golf GTI with performance package. We got an incredible car at a great price and were treated with the respect that I feel should be in any purchase. As a Store Manager for a large Auto Parts company, Customer Service makes or breaks a Store or a Company.

I am sure that William will agree, this was not an average purchase. Two trade ins, for one new vehicle. But it was handled well and it was handled efficiently.

Joe Hurley was wonderful in helping me purchase a new car. He also answered many questions we had about transferring my old vehicle (also purchased from Northtown) to another family member. I also worked with Jeff Kreuz who made purchasing the new car easy. He answered all my questions and took care of things in an efficient and friendly manner. I take my cars to Northtown when work needs to be done and have always had excellent, friendly service. I love my new vehicle.

I never visited the facility at all. My car broke down was tolled to them. I spoke to over the phone, they were very pleasant. My car was covered under warranty and then they took the car to Ohio ( original facility who fixed my car).

Purchased a vehicle from Northtown from out of state. Smoth transaction from star tto end. Would definitly purchase another vehicle from Northtown automotive and reccommend to others.

My vehicle is still under warranty so I will go there. Customer service is top notch. Waiting room amenities are good. The better of the two Mazda shops in the area.

Excellent experience working with salesperson Matt Clark. He was very knowledgable about the products and very enthusiastic to ensure that my family and I were purchasing the correct vehicle that would satisfy both wants and needs. Northtown was willing to work with us to make a deal that was satisfactory for all parties and I believe that if possible any future vehicle purchase will be made there instead of other dealerships that I've dealt with in the past... especially that "huge" one on the Island where I had a very bad experience.

I was in need of a New Truck and WOW Ray was Amazing!!! In a Snow Storm he did a amazing Job!!!! Thank you Ray for making this happen for my family!!! I think going forward I will only buy my cars from Ray Brown!!!!!
