Please read my review about JEESE CLARK that is attached to this one below! Matt Chapman was great at my home today. Very nice young man with lots of manners. I would recommend him for everyone. Great tech!
This is my second review for the month due to having issues with my new unit! This technician JEESE CLARK came to service my unit on December17 or 18 th. I was completely without any heat. It was approximately forty degrees and it was cold! Anyways JEESE was sent out and he told me mycircuit board was damaged and they would have to order the part and it would take two days. I have several health issues and to leave home would be impossible. JEESEKnew I had already spent one nigh in the cold without any heat so he was determined not to have me in the cold again. HE completely re figured another board to another u it and spent all day to get it to work and by six I had heat!! There is not another service man who would have done this. Most would have said well good luck and see you when the part comes in two days later! But notJEESEhe found a way for me to have heat! He is one fine service man! Norrell is very lucky to have him! Jeff his boss should do something nice for him because he went far beyond what others would not have done! Thank you JEESE CLARK you are one excellent service man I wasn't sure Iwould have gone with Norrell next time if they hadn't of done something! THis is my third unit with them and I will request Jesse from here on out to service my unit!
