I have had a very positive experience with Norrell, beginning with Aaron, the diagnostic service technician who initially came to determine the source of my heating/air problem to Cason who sold me a new unit, to Andrew Harry and Anthony Smith who came to put in the unit. These men were professional, polite, pleasant, and accommodating. The servicemen cleaned up nicely after finishing their work. Aaron explained the problem with the old unit very well, did not pressure me to buy a new one at all. Cason provided information about new units to my satisfaction and answered my questions adequately. Andrew and Anthony provided additional information on their work installing and for use of the unit. They completed the installation in a very timely manner.
