A must if you are in the north of Jutland. Very, very worth seeing
Lovely place, love the seals. Nice staff. Very informative and family friendly.
This is really worth a visit. Very interesting for small and big. It is also handicapped accessible. Unfortunately, there is no evidence how a tour is possible. It would be enough luminous arrows on earth.
Absolute highlight in North Jutland. Interesting demonstrations and very educational.
It was a good place to relax quite en I learnt a lot about different sea species
Expensive compared to what you get from experiences
Found it to be very informative. Food at the cafe was alright (chips not best in the world) would recommend one of the Danish sandwiches. Plenty of places to eat your own food. Fish feeding at 13:00hrs worth a photo shot or two. Would visit again if ever in the area.
I recommend this wonderful place worth recommending, the best oceanarium
In which I was, you have to book a few hours, from 11.00 -15.00 to watch the feeding of seals and fish. It is also possible. Eat delicious and phenomenally presented snacks. I really recommend ,
Very nice aquarium with a wonderful collection of fish, seals, jellyfish, et . Can be done in roughly 3 hours. Nice playground for kids, also. Do not miss the cdab fishing experience, both for kids and adults. It was a pitty that they do not have a seal show.
Exciting place. It is very child friendly where they have the opportunity to explore.
You have to see the lumpfish.
Great cozy place, very informative, and good for families with small children.
From the outside almost inconspicuous, we are very enthusiastic about the interior of the Oceanarium. All aquariums make a well-kept impression and especially for the children there are many opportunities to spend some great hours. Feeding of fish and seals is explained in great detail.
The price is reasonable too.
A nice place to see a lot. You can spend a lot of time here and an educational experience for the children. We have been here several times.
Super cozy but probably Denmark's biggest corona trap! It is alcohol but many fail to use it and there is no control. Many things to touch that are not skipped
Large and informative multilingual Ozenarium with a centrally located large aquarium for all kinds of North Sea fish (including sharks). Is worth in bad weather, for example, a trip - also and especially with children. You can eat well and cheaply in your own canteen.
Many interesting aquariums. Very nice opened and much to discover.
A nice way to spend half a day with the family. Nice cafeteria as well.
Super nice day here. Perfect for bad and good weather
Worth seeing you get all the fish species explained in the North and Baltic Seas. The feeding of the sunfish has to be seen. The seal feeding is also not to be sniffed at. Would go twice
Am in Dortmund and that's the next attraction. Okey darling just pack the suitcases.
Very interesting marine aquarium. Sensation are the giant moonfish. A day trip for young and old
Ample parking. All other attractions are empty for feeding.
The North Sea Oceanarium offers a lot of experiences, great plans with explanations. There is a lot to explore, for both children and adults. Unfortunately, you close a little early, and it's a pity when you come from far away, and may not have even planned to stay close by. We enjoyed the visit a lot, but could have spent half an hour.
In these Corona days, I lacked guidelines on the part of the oceanarians. A lot of people were locked in, but no route to follow. As a result, people went back and forth, back and forth.
Moreover, at no time were there employees who made sure that distance was kept.
We are a family with two children and are by no means Corona hysterical, but the experience still made us somewhat expressive.
When you remember that there's just the north and east ocean in this aquarium it's perfect! You can spend alot of time there.
Been here several times. Engaged employees, lots to look at and fun for the whole family :)
It's a really fun place to be and there are a lot of different fish
The world's coolest oceanarium with lots of fish, activities and delicious food :-)
A really nice place for all the fish though but there needs to be better order for the school classes to visit so other visitors can have the fine experience there is of looking at fish.
Exciting and educational.
A book with stamps can be filled in, thus increasing the likelihood of reaching all the aquariums.
The lumpfish, the ship simulator and the big playground were three of the biggest hits for our family.
A lovely experience, but a little confusing to find your way around.
Really worth seeing, it even has a 4.5 million liter pool with sunfish!
Very nice aquarium, absolutely worth seeing. There are many activities for children to participate in. All around succeeded
Very interesting, especially for the kids. Staff very friendly and helpful.
A really good place to be for both children and adults. Here you can be well informed about all the exciting fish, birds and the sea they live in and around. Really educational for all of us. There is plenty of space for play and fun too
Here it was incredibly soft to see. Almost so one should have two days.
Good place to go. Something for kids and good service.
It was okay so far. But the price is too high. Once is enough. It wasn't worth it for a 2 1/2 hour drive.
A great place to visit for foreigners. The sunfish were fun to see.
Entertaining, informative ... educational! Children welcome ....
It is a really nice aquarium and there are many nice activities for the whole family
No guide inside you walk around but do not know exactly where you are going.
Otherwise great for a first visit in an oceanarium.
A very nice aquarium for young and old. There is a lot to see. The pools are clean and well-kept. The focus of the exhibition is the fauna of the North Sea. The highlight is the approx. 4.5 million liter seawater pool. It is very impressive. The giant sunfish living in it slowly draws its circles.
For example, very child-friendly the passport and its stamps at numerous stations, the petting pools, the storm simulator and the lovingly built outdoor playgrounds and much more. There's a lot to discover.
Duration of stay about 4 hours.
Almost forgotten .... there is a special area in the parking lot for visitors who have to leave their dog in the car. This is in the shadow of the building. But in summer on very hot days, I wouldn't do that either. Better leave your four-legged friend in the holiday home.
Incidentally, it can be combined with a trip to the northernmost tip of Denmark / Grenen Skagen
Good to be visited with kids, very interesting, but it's quite dark, so make sure your kids are visible somehow. It take max 2 hours to go through it, we thought it's bigger. It's also good if you start visiting in the afternoon. There is also an outside playground for kids, cafeteria and you can also see some documentaries...
Impressive and overwhelming, one day almost too little
Good for families with children and very educational.
Interesting place and fantastic exhibition and amazing animals. Can be recommended to visit.
Good place, the kids cost a lot, a little bit like this, where you have to buy ketchup for the french fries you bought ..
Fun for small and big. Should have 2 hours can easily use 3.
Amazing place for everyone
Kids gonna find many games by which can learn about different Sea Creations
Babies will be happy as well.
And grown up can have also a lot of fun
+ Possibility to borrow wheelchair and pram (free of charge)
+ Show for children
+ Different activities for everyone
+ Shop with many nice things
+ Delicious cold coffe with vanilla sirup (from machine in front of doors to go outside open area)
+ Many toilets. (Btw all very clean. On every level changing station for baby)
+ Outside playground
+ Restaurant / Canteen
+ Free parking space
- Pretty expensive admission price (180kr, 100kr (children), 0kr (age of 0-2)
- Delicious food in the canteen but expensive
Hold up now, the lumpfish is great, the place is amazing and with many oolevelser
Too expensive, too many people and only the large pool of interest.
Facinating and great place. Expect to spend a half day here. Best during summer for kids, as they can fish sand crabs outside.
I would only recommend the country Denmark is wonderful
Too many people. "Corona". You should hand out bandages.
Lovely family place, with lots of activities for kids and grow, great fish and good shows.
An experience where you learn something.
Great aquarium ..... The moonfish are the hammer ...
Much knowledge, even for adults, entertainment and play opportunities for children.
It was a success at the baitman Highly recommended
