Just popped in as I was passing not much live stock in but I think that was down to bad timing on my part .Got some very useful information regards some coral I have that needs trimming back, bought some frozen food, will call on again in the new year as want to add to my clean up crew
VB very good looked like quality fish but very expensive will visit again but purchases will be made from my usual supplier

Next to no pond fish in stock! Not the greatest selection of tropical either. Marine looked good though and good product stock. Wasted journey on the whole though.
love cascade always there to help never try to sell you something you don't need. Had 10 fish from there well over a year ago now and there still in pristine condition and helped me set up my pond from day one. Couldn't recommend enough

Im afraid I found their Maine selection quite limited and expensive, there are cheaper shops not far away with much more choice.

Hi I just want to voice my opinion about the visit to Cascade in Bury I had a couple of small fish die in the pond so I decided to take them up to Cascade when I got there they took a scrap of the fish and told me it was flukes they sold me some stuff to treat the pond and the flukes, as I've woke up in the morning 2 more fish had died so took it a local koi places and it was costia now I can't treat my fish for 3-4 days and stand loosing majority of my other fish thanks to their incompetence. Then to find out they didn't even have flukes
Don't normally do review's,but been using cascade for years(even more so if i had a problem),staff always friendly,very knowledgeable,and just going to look at the fish,will tell you how much they care.Took my poorly fish today and was fortunate to have the owner deal with my fish.it was like an emergency appointment,sorted it out straight away.(but thats what they do anyway,everytime I've been) so thankyou for so many years of great service and professionalism,long may it continue

Fantasic staff, well cared for fish. Tanks are always clean, staff always willing to help. Our go to place. In fact the one time we went else where our tank was devastated by white spot so lesson learnt Cascade all the way!

Brilliant, Very helpful staff and really competitive prices, I had ordered 2 UV sterilizers from them and they had the best price I could find, even beating online shops. Lead time on them was virtually next day, so again quicker than ordering online. Cant fault them at all, well worth my 50 mile round trip to visit.

Really helpful staff only issue I have is the flooring, being disabled and using crutches it's dangerous as it's uneven and slippery.

Brilliant. I was going to buy a new filter/pump for my fish tank and I was advised to take the one I have apart and to clean the 'spinner thing' I don't know its technical name. I did as advised and it works properly now. What amazing service from the two lovely young men. I now hope the aloe vera treatment works. Once again thank you so much for your help.
