Horrible experience, Paige doesn't know what customer service is. They close nearest entrance and make guests suffer by making them walk regardless of them with crutches...

I liked all the rides here, all of them are fun. The lines for the rides moved pretty good. Don't make the colossal mistake I did, learn from my stupid stupidly. I spent the whole day at the park barefoot and in my swim trunks only. No shirt, no sunblock. By days end, my feet were raw and I was completely sunburnt. Needless to say, my day wasn't that fun. That's on me, not Noah. What was I thinking ?? Rookie move by a Expert Local Tour Guide.
We have been coming here every year for the last 15 years. It is a great park and lots of fun for both young kids and adults. Over the last 5 or 6 six years it has become very overpriced. I was there yesterday and general parking was $15! It used to be free and even last year was only $5! Lockers were also very overpriced for what you got. Food was outrageously priced and disgusting...definitely plan on packing your own lunch and eating in the parking lot or the shelter by the entrance gate. A burger ran about $7, and drinks were the same. Water attractions were all open and lots of fun!
Great rides for adults and kids. Decent prices. Some rides were closed for maintenance or covid, so that was a bummer. And they close at 6p for deep cleaning. But we still had a good time.
One of the best resort/water park great service great prices if your rich. Great experience loved it I suggest it to anyone that doesn't mind big water slides the price is totally worth it.
What can I say...it's a waterpark that we love!! We like to get here early when it opens and get in line for the Black Anaconda which is normally the longest line...never had a bad experience here!! I could not tell you how much tickets cost as we normally stay in a hotel that offers wristbands with our stay.
Awesome rides and super fun wave pool. Can't wait to go back. Each water ride has something unique. Definitely recommend as a fun day for the family or just me and the Mrs.
Worst 2 hour experience of my 4 day trip. We pulled into the parking lot at 12:30 after 30 minutes of traveling at 1 mph we were finally led not to an open parking place, but out of the park! We drove back to the entrance and finally were led to a parking place after pulling over and complaining that the lot was completely filled. We got into the park around 1:10 to discover every pool filled to capacity and 40 plus minute wait times for slides... even the lazy river had a 20 minute wait. Waiting 20 mins to speak to the manager didn t do much. We were rudely told that there were no refunds, which is understandable except our main concern was regarding the safety of our child being in the over-populated pool with way too few lifeguards. We understand wait times and lines, but the safety of our child is non-negotiable. We went to Kalahari and Mt.Olympus and both were amazing experiences.
Got free passes when staying at the shamrock hotel. My 5 and 7 year old had a blast. Was plenty to do.
Great water park. Popular rides are a bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Wide variety for all ages
The website says they are open till 8pm but is only open till 7pm
My favorite. Better than Mount Olympus. I remember the days when parking was free.
Awesome but be prepared to stand in very long lines for the most popular rides .
Yes llast summer had pases for whole summer and i had the time of my life
Nice water park, but prices on things like parking and lockers are over the top.
What a joke. $17.00 for a towel. $10.00 for a tiny locker. Half of the rides were closed. They are only open until 4pm instead of the 10pm that I was told on the phone. They said it was due to the weather. It was cold and rainy until 3pm, then they closed. I will not waste my time or money here ever again. Chula vista or Kalahari next time.
Great waterpark with plenty of rides/features for all ages.
I've brought my niece and nephew to Noah's ark for the past 2 summers. They love it! It's perfect for older kids who love big water slides!
America's LARGEST water park! They're ALWAYS adding something! I've went here every year for 23 years now. WORTH IT!
A little pricey, but still a fabulous place to visit. Wait times are acceptable and plenty of different slides for everyone.
Nice water park, clean and safe, yet limited engagement for younger children.
NEVER AGAIN! We visited in July and we were extremely excited to visit the Tadpole Bay area for our infant. Just as we walked up, Tadpole Bay was being shut down. We tried to walk into the water, but the lifeguard on duty said it was being closed. Had this been written on the board at the entry gate, we wouldn't have entered and would have gone elsewhere as this was the only reason we came to Noah's Ark. We asked when it would be reopened, but were unable to get an answer, even after speaking to three guest service agents. To our disappointment, we left the waterpark and continued on about our day. I have been in contact with the staff since our visit to request a refund, but they have been dragging their feet for over a month, telling me "someone will contact you soon". I would have been excited to give it another try next year, but because of the lack of customer service, we will not be returning.
My son was yelling for help from a lifeguard who looked right at him and looked the other way. Had I not been there, seen it for myself, and recognized his distress who knows what would have happened. Why take a position as a guard if you aren't able to recognize water safety issues or aide someone who's yelling to you for help! we won't be back anytime soon!
Crazy fun! Expect big crowds, lots of walking, and amazing water slides. Limited areas of shade but private cabanas avail. Best for children over 6 but areas for toddlers too. Food, drink, and alcohol avail. Typical Dell's pricing
Lots of family fun. Very clean and safe with many helpful lifeguards around.
Total rip off for year 2020, 75% of waterslides, restaurants, bars, and pools are closed. Very disappointed and paid full price too
Great waterpark. They don't heat their water if it's cooler out.
The best rides that you'll find at the dell's. Tons of water slides, some unique and some classics. Multiple wave pools and other attractions. The real killer here is the lines. The lines will make or break your trip here. If you come when the lines are long it's probably not worth it. If you come on the right day you'll have a great time. The staff is usually rude and everything is overpriced but it's all about rides in the end. Every ride here is a blast.
Long lines. Food options are mediocre and pricey for what they are. The pizza looked like yesterday's pizza and tasted worse, the funnel cake upset my guts of steel. To bring your own lunch or snacks means a LONG trip back to the parking lot to get it & then taking your cooler BACK out to your car after eating, THEN walking all the way back in, to HOPEFULLY find an open chair to set your towels and sandals by, so you can stand in a LONG line and wait & wait for a ride.. Lockers are stupid expensive. And always on the opposite side of the park when you need something. The bathroom near the entrance was a petri dish of dangerousness. Kids love it though so we'll probably do it all over again.
Love the water slides but the fact that you cant bring your own food or water??? Outrageous. Also too much people, there should be a limit. People at front even forgot to check my temp because they were too focused on the bag. Half of the deep end was blocked too which was a huge disappointment.
I ve been going to Noah s Ark ever since I was a little kid! I love it there and even being an adult I still have just as much fun as I did being a kid. The few things that do suck about this place: *EVERYTHING* is overpriced in my option. It s so unnecessary. I understand waterparks need to make money but it doesn t seem very fair. Regular admission is around $35-$40 range. All day parking is $15. And everyone needs a locker to put their money/clothes/items in... so for the teeny-tiniest locker you can get is $15 or largest is $25. Just be prepared for planning your trip here that it will not be cheap, even when we found some ticket deals. Food and drinks do cost a lot as well. A regular, no refill soda, costs around $4. Souvenir cup is $10 with 99c refills or $20 souvenir cup for free refills. There are specials online to look out for that include a meal but it s up to you to determine if that s fair or not. Overall, I think the parking/locker fee need to go down in pricing - that seemed the most unfair to me.
Those are honestly the only reasons I knocked off only one star. I do love it here and plan on visiting again because it s always so much fun and brings back such good memories! I got a walking taco for lunch and have to say it was VERY worth it! Black Anaconda is probably my favorite ride out of all!
My visit was on July 25, 2020. My only issue was the fact that they had closed many rides. If it's because of coronavirus it makes no sense because when you're closing rides you're making people congregate which defeats the purpose. For example, the kid area with the large bucket. They didn't allow anyone on it. Only the 1ft pool area so you had so many people next to each other which defeats the purpose. Also they had the wave pool blocked off to a single entry/ exit point. Again defeats the purpose of "social distancing". There were many floating masks in the water which is disgusting. They make you put a mask on to get in then you can take it off once you're through the gate? I understand it's a weird time in the world but I felt like the park wasn't up to what it should be. Like you have two sting ray slides but only one was open? It only makes for longer lines, making congregation more prevalent. It wasn't a bad experience overall just could have been so much better. Probably not going back because Mt Olympus had all there slides open (seen it first hand driving by to go to Noah's ark).
We really enjoyed this place. Kids had a blast. Food is super pricey, but otherwise great experience.
Best Outside Water Park in the dells :) I love everything about it theres so much to do you don't even know where to start I been coming here ever since I can remember .....I always leave noahs ark satisfied that 2 hr drive from milwaukee is well worth it
The wavepool is all it's mentioned to be. Surprised by the huge waves . Fast food for the family !
Covid-19 is causing some of the rides to be shut down daily but it was still a good experience.
Food and drinks are way overpriced, costs a min of $15.00 to park but you can't drive to get lunch or ya got to pay to park again, so bring a fat wallet to play in the water.
Good times. It looks like the park got a new paint job this year, looks fresh.
I am breastfeeding, so I needed to pump while at the park. I spent over an hour trying to figure out where to pump. I went through about ten people to finally figure it out. Three different managers did not even know. FYI for any other breastfeeding mothers out there: the EMT green building by surfing ride/area has a private room with outlet to pump in.
Absolutely amazing waterpark. Really lives up to the title. My favorite slide was the point of no return. But it is not for the faint of heart
Cold water!!!!! Biggest complaint for sure! It ruined the whole experience. The temperature of the water made it super unenjoyable. Another issue is the park needs to be updated. The park seems like it's still living in the 1980s. Just something about going there today just wasn't pleasant. The lines were ridiculous, the water was so cold that to stand in a hour line I felt like I was shivering and getting sick. We also had problems renting lockers. To rent the lockers for reason all there computers weren't accepting my credit card. we walked around to 4 different machines until one worked. It needs serious renovations and some faster alternatives to making lines so less packed. One line was taking forever we found out because it was only taking groups of three and no one mentioned this to me and my boyfriend before getting into the line so we waited almost 45 minutes before word got to us that we needed another member to our group. I even was completely disgusted by the bathroom. Not sure how much they clean them but every time I went into the women's if was filthy. Most of the toilets had pee on the seats or were clogged. Super unsatisfied that a park I use to love is dwindling down on there appearance and keeping it modern. ill probably only return if a new rides comes otherwise I like the kalahari or Chula Vista instead
Do not purchase tickets during covid! They fail to tell you most of the rides are closed, yet still charge full admission. What is the point of limiting capacity just to close half the park and keep everyone crammed together on the few slides that are open. I am not against masks, but its pointless to require you to wear one to enter the park, then you can immediately take it off. Then will have to pay $15 to store it in a locker. Also still charged $20 for parking. Our visit cost $235 for a wave pool and maybe 5 rides. Lines still took 45 minutes to get thru. Major disappointment.
Tons of slides, two wave pools, pricey though. That's amusement parks for you
Always nice to go to Noah's Ark. If you get there early enough you can grab a picnic table and set your food for eating later. Grilling is allowed in specified area. Love the waterpark and the many food options such as Pink's but expect to wait forever especially for slushies
Amazing slides by far ky favourite was black anachonda
Water park is family friendly with many water themes.
This place is full of things to do! Two wave pools, food was tasty as well. Fun for the whole family
fun, amazing and excellent but try to bring your own towel ; )
Rename this to "Pay Place"! Even charged us a dollar each to buy one of their masks and take our temperatures, when 30 feet later all masks were off everyone.$20 parking! Lazy river? CLOSED FOR SEASON. Kids play area? Slides and structures CLOSED FOR SEASON. On their website? NO PUBLUC NOTICE OF THIS INFORMATION.
WILL NOT RETURN.
Pretty disappointed. I understand covid-19 is going on but I paid $63 to find out the wave pool and only 4 water slides were operating. On top of parking and locker rental I wasted $100. If only 4 of your 47 slides are going to be running the. The ticket prices should reflect that. And if they were shut down due to covid the wave pool shouldn t be open either. Was cramped full of people so there is no way covid can be your excuse.
It's very good. It gets extremely crowded though. I stayed there all day long and I was able to go to only four slides.
a really fun water-park , one of the best in the world
Lots of rides lots of things to do. Get there early and beta the crowds though. Once it tuned 1:00pm the lines got to long to enjoyed.
Pretty fun water-park. Excellent place to bring family and friends to have a good time.
Great experience for the whole family....staff very helpful.
cool rides, good deal, lifeguards can be trained better
Had fun but we had to leave early due to a thunderstorm.
The water was cold but it was fun and we got dip and dots lower the price but it was so good
