Goid food nice place for conferences, wedding receptions.

Service was great, plus the place was clean and clearly well kept.

We stayed for my son's wedding weekend. Staff and rooms were excellent. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

Way over rated and over priced for selections provided. Was hoping the cuisine would be better than restaurants, but it just isn't all that special... Onlynthing that makes the time special is that it was with my friends... However, we can have that anywhere...

I visited for the Easter brunch. It was fantastic. All of the food was great and the staff was very friendly.

This the local boutique hotel for State College, PA, right off the Penn State campus. Prices go through the roof on Penn State football weekends, and it's the place where all the wealthiest and most influential alumni stay when they're in town for the games. Love the buffet breakfasts. Would give it a 5-star except that the decor can be a little dated; It's a great hotel, but I feel like they get away with a little bit because the location and service are so good.

Next door to Rec Hall - a great place to stay if you are competing or watching an event on campus.

I attended several scientific meetings and buffets here: The food was always good and somewhat comparable to the Atherton hotel (maybe a tick worse, but I might be biased because their vegetarian options were always a bit limited). The building is really nice and it's nice to be on Penn State Campus. I heard it's the only place on campus where you can drink legally...

I worked here for a few years and this place is invested with roaches. Ive seen all kinds of mice run around. I would avoid this place at all cost.

From the outside you might think it is a small place... Oh I say, this is not so!

Breakfast buffet fairly priced.... Did not spend the night so I must tell you I would not know the room rates..... Yet, i might think for what i saw pricing can just be as fine as the decor.

I went for the PAMS convention. The Inn was a hive of activity but well organized. It's a beautiful building that is well groomed and kept polished. Our brief stay was nothing but pleasant.

Very good buffet breakfast! Every type of breakfast food imaginable and great coffee. Definitely reccomend going!

Wonderful hotel located on campus with a shuttle service. Beautiful interior, with live piano music. Also parking is included with your stay

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here before Christmas for my sons graduation. The facility was beautiful and the food was delicious.

Went for graduation dinner buffet. The food was amazing, and they let me keep the center piece on our table (a Penn State teddy bear).

We attended one of the winemaker's dinners and it was awesome. The food was excellent and the wines were outstanding. Afterward we started the night at the hotel. The room was above it expectations. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and free WiFi. Highly recommend.

I attended for the Schreyer Event. The staff were friendly, the place was gorgeous, and the food was delicious.

It is very historic and classic. The complimentary shuttle for the airport was very convenient. It is definitely one of the memorables that I have ever stayed.

This place is iconic. I've stayed here for one trip and been there for many events. It's a much larger building on the inside than the outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is often the price.

The breakfast and lunch was excellent. They offer a full breakfast buffet for a great price. My team was surprised at how great of a deal it was. I at there on three occasions and found that all of the food tasted fresh and pleasant. I recommend it any one visiting state college.

The interior looks nice. I was here for a blood drive and didn't really spend much time in the hotel but the decor looks pleasant.

Had dinner in the Nittany Lion Inn dinner room. Prices were as expected, service was okay. Food was generally very good, but rib eye was overcooked. Was very convenient to be close to everything.

The staff is friendly, bar and conference center are fine. The hotel rooms are really dated and need some TLC. Old furniture, fixtures and wall decor...all from the 80s...not appealing.

Classic comfort. Great service. Rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Quiet atmosphere during our stay. Hotel restaurant is convenient and has delicious food. Well maintained. Convenient location. Accommodations are appropriately priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and had a good amount of room. Beds were comfortable. However, the walls were rather thin so hall noise filtered in.

The Nittany is always a wonderful place to stay when visiting Penn State. The professional inn staff is great. The hospitality students there are great. The facility is spotless. And the food is excellent. Suffice it to say, it's a nice place to spend a few nights.

The air conditioning system seems to be limited in its ability to provide cold air on hot days. The house keeping staff and bell hops are very helpful. Front of house can be very good or fair depending on who you interact with. No secured internet. Nice location.

I was there for a buffet for the Penn State graduating class. A lot of the food is very good but then a few things don't fit like the old bay shrimp is not shelled, cleaned or deveined which is a total bummer, because they put hundreds of them out on a nice tried to be served. It's definitely a an easy fix. Still gets a 4 because the prime rib was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The crew who were working the Omelette bar were great. Overall great selection and I will return.

I get tired of people saying the hotel is dated. It's a historic hotel, take it all in. Wonderful hotel with great amenities and good service located right on Penn State's campus.

An awful hotel. The front desk staff is rude. The hotel is not clean.

Guestrooms are fabulous. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Complimentary valet. Dining Room dinner menu was excellent and the wine list is extensive.

When my daughter, a Penn State student, ended up in the ICU at Mount Nittany Medical Center they found us a room, took care of us, and every night when we returned from the hospital asked how she was doing. The inn isn't just a great place to stay, they care about their guests. We stay at the inn whenever we are in the area.
