Amazing peices of history. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Whiskers serves great for. My only complaint was the Wifi sucked horribly and there is zero cell reception.

A State College staple! Clean, elegant rooms with top-notch amenities. Spacious conference rooms as well for presentations.

Five star says it all from the time we hit the doorway we were treated like royalty everything was excellent. Excellent service great accomodations.

Went for a social function, the specific reception room was a little hard to find but had generally a nice experience.

Happy hours at Whiskers are convenient, and they seemed to have recently ezpnaded their craft beer selection. The free popcorn is always a crowd pleaser

Beautiful night, professional staff, incredibly friendly. I felt welcomed, even with the slightly fancy atmosphere, I never felt like it was too rich or 'hoighty-toighty' as it were. I would definitely return, the buffet on the patio was a great experience!

It's a very nice place and great for conferences. Rooms are sightly outdated.

Professional staff; comfortable rooms and beds; clean bathroom; TV, microwave, fridge, iron, and coffee (K cups) in the room; frequent complementary airport shuttle with reservation; access to Penn State University; walking distance to downtown; the apple basket by the entrance is fantastic!

I had a clean room with a large bathroom and plenty of heat. Not to mention everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous.

Here for a professional event, as well as an overnight guest. Staff are friendly and helpful, common areas are beautiful. Rooms could use some updating.

It's a tradition in town and has a ton of clout. But I've only found their ambiance to be sort of okay. It's great, but doesn't live up to the hype as much as I thought.

It was quiet, but I couldn't figure out how to turn the AC off. It had been unusually cold the day I stayed, which is why it was on, but that meant the room was pretty chilly

The Nittany Lion Inn is located conveniently right on the edge of campus and close to downtown. The room was clean and kept well stocked. The beds were comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant and bar on premises has quality food and good drink selection and prices. The only negative was the climate control, which never quite got the room down to the desired temperature. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again.

I was only there for a brief time, but it was a good location and the staff did a good job or keeping the location clean

Overpriced for what it was worth. The food was ok but $38 for some crab cakes that weren't $38 quality.

A nice, clean space for events with great access to campus

I have not stayed the night at the NLI, though, I've eaten various meals there from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner. All were excellent.

I went for a buffet, however the weekday buffets are not worth the 15$ (plus tax) they cost you. Go for the Sunday brunch instead, has many more options.

Great place with superb customer service. The shuttle service was a huge plus.

I attended Nittany Lion Inn for a recruiting event for CS students. Many large employers attended (Google, Verizon). Overall really nice to meet with employers.

Such a wonderful experience for the annual SHM alumni in the classroom.

I stayed here for a night for a dinner at the same hotel. The buffet was quite normal but the rooms were good.

Stayed for conference. Nice rooms. .clean.. quiet...staff was friendly. Disappointed with food. Whiskers is a nice bar slash restaurant but food was not the best. Female Bartender was sweet and friendly. I would probably stay at another place next visit. The grounds are the best feature of hotel. Beautiful!

Although it is a maze to get around in the halls, the room was roomy, clean and the bathroom large.

Nice authentic hotel. Staff go above and beyond in service to make every small detail enjoyable. The Penn State students i spoke to who were employed there are majoring in the hotel management. This is one of the best hotel experience I've had. Don't forget to pick up a fresh apple in the lobby.

Came for the Thanksgiving dinner and the food was great although they ran out of pumpkin pie.

Best sweet potato fries! Great hotel on PSU campus. Stayed here several times and love it.

I recently visited the inn representing my company at a career fair. The inn is a great place for this event: the atmosphere is cozy, the building is well maintained, and the food is excellent. The staff are friendly and quite helpful with whatever needs their guests may have.

Amazing trip, service, room, and the shuttle drivers were great!!
