I have been going to Apex Dental Group for almost 4 years and That will never change! I moved about 30 minutes away and I decided to stay with them because of how amazing they are. I love Dr. Kitzmiller & the whole front office staff. They are easy to talk to and always explain everything. I would recommend, and have recommended them highly.

I have been going to Apex Dental Group and Dr. Kitzmiller since the 5th grade so about 18 years. First class experience they treat you right and your teeth are very important to them. Outstanding staff. Highly recommend to those looking for a dental practice in the area.

I have been coming to Dr. Kitzmiller office since he first opened. Needless to say I moved over the years. That being said I still drive over an hour and a half just to go to his office. He is attentive and cares about his patients. I am not fond of going to the dentist however he makes it pleasurable. Highly recommend his services and his staff.

The best recommendation you can receive from a doctor is for them to tell you that's who performed "their" procedure, or better yet, "their" mother's procedure. It's nice to have a doctor's doctor. Not exactly the same, but close... I had a conversation with a dental hygienist who asked me where I go. When I responded, she said that's where she goes too, and began to sing their praises and explain that she is very familiar with other groups as well, but would not go elsewhere. My family has been going to Apex Dental Group since 2004. I am very happy with them, from the friendly greetings to the professionalism and knowledge. They are current on new technologies and procedures, and always recommend the treatment that is best for the patient.

I have been a patient at Apex Dental Group for about 9yrs and have always experience courteous and professional service from all the staff members. My loyalty was confirmed when Dr. Kitzmiller saw my daughter on an emergency basis one day and she wasn't an established pt in the group. Wonderful to support a fellow Veteran. Hooah!

The entire staff at Dr. Kitzmiller's office is outstanding. That make it a point to learn their patients names and really focus on making your visit as comfortable as possible. I have had awful experiences with dentists in the past and have always avoided going as much as possible. This is the first time that I've been willing to keep up with my bi-annual appointments. I won't go anywhere else.

Dentist does first-class work and all the staff is very professional and friendly.

Dr. Kitzmiller and I had a misunderstanding of my treatment plan. Dr. Kitzmiller called me personally and emailed me to find a solution and explain my treatment and why he chose it. I have much respect for him going above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Dr. Kitzmiller and his team are FABULOUS!!!! I ve been receiving my dental care from Apex Dental Group since we moved to Apex in 04. Before I became a part of this family, I HATED going to the dentist. Alas, no more! New, modern, sanitary office, knowledgeable and caring hygienists, state-of-the-art equipment, extremely polite and cheery office staff, electronic appointment reminder system... you name it, they ve got it! Everything you ve ever wanted in a dental office you will find at Apex Dental Group.

From the moment you walk into the door, you feel the caring professionalism of the front office staff. They know you - you know, they remember who you and your family members are from visit to visit. They have you fill out a quick computer survey to update your medical information and once that s done a friendly hygienist escorts you to the back into a private cleaning room. I will say that I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time for any of my services, and that s reason enough to be impressed! Your teeth are cleaned and polished and then Dr. Kitzmiller stops in to check on things like X-rays and your hygiene report. He s so easy to talk to - very friendly and you can tell - very thorough. An action plan is discussed and then you re off to check out, where you schedule your next visit and pay what your insurance doesn t cover for this visit. Dr. Kitzmiller s fees are very reasonable, and the office staff will work with you to figure out pay plans and so forth if needed. Your visit ends with a cheerful wave and Goodbye - See you next time! And you re-enter the real world with the bright and cheerful smile you were hiding when you came in.

Just seeing all of Dr. Kitzmillers degrees and certifications hanging on the wall in the waiting room is enough to validate his advanced training, skill, experience, and ability to handle the toughest cases. In addition to regular hygiene visits my family also receives advanced care from Dr. Kitzmiller, such as tooth extractions, fillings, caps and crowns. I won't trust any other dentist with my teeth! I've been going to Dr. Kitzmiller for many years and am always impressed with his attention to detail. Besides regular cleanings, I've had to have a few dental procedures done and each time they have gone seamlessly. Recently, I had to get a veneer for my front tooth and the amount of time he took to make sure my veneer looked like my real tooth really blew me away. He could have easily said "it was close enough", but instead he he made sure every little detail looked realistic.

The staff is beyond friendly. I feel like they take the time to remember details about my life, send cards for big moments, and are genuinely positive people. It's little things like that, that make a difference to me. I highly recommend Apex Dental Group if you are looking for a new dentist!

We moved out of Apex (to Raleigh), and come back to Apex to stay with Dr. Kitzmiller. We went this past week (kids too) and I showed him a kiddo tooth that was coming in crazy because the baby tooth refused to move. He had the baby tooth out in a flash (no need for another appointment), and my kiddo who is usually anxious about anything medical was all smiles and this is no big deal. He is a whiz with kids! The permanent tooth is now coming in straight (and fast!)

For 13+ years my family has enjoyed the artistry that is Dr Kitzmiller s work. Highly recommend his practice for a pain free/stress free dental experience.
