Had a very unpleasant experience with the service team. I felt they were dishonest and incompetent. Took my work vehicle there for four wheel balance and alignment, took four days to get it back. I was promised two new wheels the following day (rims were indeed damaged by potholes) to be misled for two more days. This could have easily been avoided if they had informed me up front, I could have taken the vehicle elsewhere and gotten on the road sooner. Communication was horrendous, I had to call everyday to update myself on the status of the vehicle until the last day. Also did the early bird drop off on a Thursday night, place was a ghost-town at 530, no pens with the envelopes in the drop box. I ran into a person on the sales floor who directed me to the cashiers, with not a soul to be found, (supposed to be there till 930). Vehicle was left unlocked on site as well. Customer service doesn t seem like a priority here, I will not be back, even if they did offer to make things right, which they did not.
