Work here on a daily basis and the campus is great. Coffee shop is a little expensive but serves a range of cold and hot food including vegan and vegetarian options. Nice scenic walks around the park too.

On holiday site not very good in the bottom of a wood we was on campsite at side of there Southampton scenic park look very nice
I've never been one to choose or differentiate going between big names stores but genuinely I go wherever I am this visit was pleasing freindly staff found them helpful and caring and cheaper to buy your cigarettes then tescos or Sainsbury its a bonus for me
If you are about rent space at this park prepare for hard times. Their facilities are horrible, I been waiting 2 months to get showers fixed and they still not operational. Some time ago I reported contaminated water from tap (there were black particles in it) staff did not believed me, after 4th attempt they promised to take sample for testing but guess what, they conveniently lost my sample. During this time nobody closed tap and people kept drinking it !
Pop in for cake at Lates coffee shop, you will not regret it !

Nice business park. Beautiful green area all around. Car park facilities on site. When the weather is nice it is great to have lunch outside. Activities are organized during the year. Bus W1 is currently the only available during business hours to reach the park from town centre. While the staff of science park is really understanding and supportive, the only issue is to have wheelers company operating the bus, as they are unreliable.
It can be hard to find parking as a guest. Otherwise that's like most other science incubators.
Great place to work - innovative atmosphere, beautifully landscaped surroundings and fantastic people.
The facilities are ok, but 3 1/2 months to fix the showers in my building is unreasonable, especially at the rents they charge. The air conditioning is very well maintained, and any issues are quickly dealt with, but replacing consumables such as paper towels seems to take them weeks to resolve.
Commuting there if you don't have a car is difficult and the buses are infrequent and expensive.
