Unfriendly and made me uncomfortable. I received some help with my insurance but the whole experience was offputting and made me feel like I couldn't just browse the frames. Also too many frames in locked cases. I didn't want to stick around and ask to try any. I didn't feel welcome.

Got there 1 pm on a Saturday. Bruce was alone in the shop and working in the back, he greeted us promptly and made the effort to ask our names and then use them. He took the time to help us pick out frames that our 15 yr old would feel comfortable wearing. He looked up several alternatives on line when his stock wasn't matching what our son wanted. He made us feel very comfortable, and being Medicaid eligible that is not usually the case.
His office has a tremendous selection in stock that is well organized. Let me restate, a tremendous selection, and Bruce was knowledgeable about his whole stock and the insurance restrictions.
Contrary to the other reviews this office does not smell. They have a very comfortable seating area with a nice fish tank to create some gurgling noise.
A really nice optical! They have a great selection of eyewear. The optometrist was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place.
