Great location! Huge store! Lots of selection, especially for any footballer fan!
Huge Nike shop with great specialist running, football etc.
If you are thinking to get fit or up for a run, this is a must to visit.Good selection of items
Cool store layout but that's where it ends - staff are just appalling. I think my jaw dropped so low it hit the floor. I actually demanded the name of one man however he turned around his staff card so I couldn't see and refused to tell me his name.
Huge Nike shop. Great selection and prices were fair. Took ages to get shoes delivered and staff we dealt with weren't great. Might have just been that person. Overall definately worth a visit.
Nothing exceptional, a simple Nick of 3 floors, like any other of a big city. Prices do not vary with other countries.
Seriously disappointed with the lack of customer service in the football department.
Staff doesn t look too happy to work there. And with my new Nike 720 I ve just received a sheet of stickers, pretty disappointing since they had even a gilet to give as a reward for 720s.
The largest range of Nike shoes and clothing you'll find in any store. Though I prefer the factory stores to save some money, head to one of those first if you can.
Consistently below average customer service in the women s shoes section.
They won t bring some of the shoes out, they won t tell you or know what size they brought you, have no value add in terms of which shoes are for what, they won t check in to see if you want to buy the shoes you tried on...
But they seem to get along as a team, look happy, and mess around with each other. So one star for good vibes and consistency.
Very big shop with everything you need to get. The best time to come is about 10ish in the morning, so you can get what you want quickly and easier
Never disappointed.Has more variety of things for every sports here!
Multi storey building which has every little thing about Nike
Nice store, the people are very servicefull, good to check some new nike stuff..just do it, i am a runner and in this store there is a lot god every sporter
Cool concept store with a cool pulse.
However, pricy as expected.
Too loud music. Big selection of clothes but why not buy online?
there are the nike's newest products , but you are difficutly get staff help
Very good shop and we can choose up to date Design for nick shore and clothe
Location in London Oxford street.
For a flagship store they never have anything in a size above 12.
One of the biggest Nike stores I think, on 3 floors. A lot of choice even if you can't find everything you want.
For such a big store, where you would think they have your size trainer, every shoe I looked at didn't have my size. I was looking for air max 97's and I picked two I like. But they didn't have them in my size (12 or even 13) so I said if they had any of the 97's in my size, just so I could try them on and find out what size I was in case I wanted to order them online or in other stores. They had no 97's in any big sizes, I even asked to see if they had size 11 to just see maybe if they were quite wide, because nowadays it depends more on the shoe but they didn't have them either. The store is good but the shoe sizes lack a lot of big sizes, so if you have big feet, don't bother you're wasting your time tbh. But if you wanna get some nice t-shirts then there good in that area.
Since I'm going to Oxford in two weeks, isn't it that someone could tell me on average how much a football shirt costs? However from the photos I think it is a very large shop
Once you get over the crowds there's some really good kit here and some gems you won't find elsewhere
I think that in every thick city the original Nike store is a guarantee for lovers of this brand! I was also in the one in New York and I don't think he has anything to envy him!
Came there to look at some clothes and shoes. Had to leave because apparently it is a dance club (where no-one is dancing) on Saturdays. DJ was having a GREAT time - the rest of us not so much.
The one in Oxford Circus has 4 floors i think. You have so many Nike products to choose.
The British flagship store I am an overseas Chinese, and I feel that discrimination is quite serious
Not recommended its a racism shop
They have good collection.. very nice music..
Staff are very friendly. Nice place to shop
Awesome place + the guy hooked me up with a sick discount to get those vapormaxes
For this stuff.....go online, unless you just have to stand in a shop with someone trying to pass them self as a DJ tries to play poor music
Best nike store i ve been too. Lots of floors, with a mixture of sports stuff and casual wear. When busy the music is loud (with DJ s) which some might not enjoy but I think creates a cool and fun atmosphere.
For a shop so large, you'd think they have a big range of shoes. But unfortunately they don't. They were more interested to show their affiliation to clubs like Barcelona or Chelsea than displaying their products. If I was 10, I'd be well impressed!
Awesome although we could not take photos inside. Their loss!!
Mega Nike showroom but after being told by the smaller Nike store to go here for wider width shoes , I was told upon arrival they are only available online. Very odd the flagship store holds limited stock and zero wider fit men s shoes. Also sizes stopped at US 13.
All the stuffs. Has a good basketball, football, golf, gym, tennis and lifestyle selection.
Enjoyed the experience, product range has improved but so has the price's rocketed.... I understand the technology behind the products but there was old products so called retro products over priced. Still a must visit for all the savy sports clientele.
Thank you for the experience NikeTown London.
Maybe I'm getting too old or maybe it's because I had a migraine on the day, but the DJ banging out the loud music as I entered and the way the store is spread out so much got on my nerves. Obviously it's the best place to go for your Nike gear as you'll know it has everything.
The store is just gigantic, it's hard to leave without buying something.
The amount of article is mind-blowing, and there are plenty of customization options.
Situated right next to Oxford Circus tube station, this is 4 or 5 floors of Nike product on display. If you love Nike and have lots of money to spend; this is an ideal place to shop.
The worst ever Costumer service I've ever enjoyed.
Went there to buy a present for my sister. Haven't got a clue about Zumba shoes for girls!!! Spoken at a busy time to an looking interested Staff Member. She offered me the newest model of nike tr4 - after she guaranteed that this is an excellent shoe for damcing and training i decided to go for it.
She came back with an box and we checked the inside. It was been that shoe. I also bought the softsole insoles from footlocker - cause Nike isnt offering any ^^ absolutely ridiculous! So i came home and found out by putting the insoles in that one of this shoes has been for a long time on the displays! i dont wanna write what i felt at this moment..##@@/^&*!
So i went there for another time after work on the next day an hoped to getting treated really carefully - eeeeh zonk! The Manager on the 3 floor said to me - sry for wasting my time but if they had noticed it before i would have received an discount! :D WTF who is buying shoes which has been fitted 1000of times as an Birthday present? And then in one of the FLAGSHIPSTORES???
So yeah basically:
Never go there if you want to getting served of Staff which is only smiling but dont feel any kind of sense for costumers.
Never go there if u arent able to wait as much as possible to receive any kind of help.
Never go there if u are going into the third floor. Its absolutely chaos there.
On each other floor is less costumer fluency and the same amount of staff members.
Never go there if u can buy all products with better service than there - the best solution for this is - Shop everywhere else.
I go here for the actually atmosphere because they rarely have what you go in for in stock.
They usually have a DJ or some type of entertainment on the ground floor and you
can use their Nike ID service which is good.
The staff are usually talking to each other and are just awkward to approach.
Not much to be honest.
There is abit difference in staff's attitude some really helpful and knowledgeable others slow to help and appear to know very little whilst others just playing chatting to each other
Helpful stuff, designer corner where you can design your own shoes with advice of stuff. If you are runner, football player, basketball player, tenis player, rugby player, golf plyer, swimmer you can be sure you will find what you need here. Shop is just right beside Oxford circus tube.
Best places in London to see the latest line of Nike sneaks. Generally busy but the staff are helpful. Worth a visit for the displays.
Nike City of London, complete. Has everything from Nike
Absolutely one in a million of a shop first time user and I'll definitely be back. The staff really friendly and loved the live DJ banging tunes.
Great value, some shoes are a little pricier but basic day wear for casual strolling is around average price in comparison. Very spacious inside with latest of the range Nike gear. Great stuff for men and ladies.
The store is awesome !! Huge selection and if you are lucky, you will find real bargains. In addition, the service is very fast and friendly!
The service was good, people were patient with pickyness.
Was looking specifically for a pair of shorts I saw on their online store. Couldn't find it after looking around for 10 minutes. No one asked if I needed help at any given time when I saw staff just standing around. When I asked a guy he looked at me blankly and pointed to an obvious wall of running shorts. I've already looked here of course. I asked him if that was their whole selection of shorts and he said yes. I ended up finding the shorts scattered in various small areas, no thanks to him! I also asked for a size for trainers. This took 10 minutes and the person who was delivering it chose to speak to someone in the door for an extra 5 minutes. Workers shop at lunch too not just tourists. I got an apology from the lady who "served" me but its still not good enough. To top that off, I received lazy and slow service from the guy at the till who looked like he did not want to be there. Will shop online in the future.
Pretty average store, it's showing it's age and could do with an overhaul. By comparison to it's NYC counterpart, it's outdated, confusing and cluttered. Can usually find what you want but it doesn't feel as technically 'agile' as the other stores I've been to.
