Niketown London Review

Very impressive shop. It's spread out over a few floors - but is easy to navigate. There are always lots of people working on the shop floor. Great selection of all the latest Nike gear and a good, lively atmosphere.

Simply an amazing place that's hard to describe in words. You can find something for everyone's taste and tjere is so much variety. If i was rich i would buy endless ammount of stuff there. Hehe I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY if u want REAL QUALITY

The advisors and salesmen are at the top! And the place really plunges us into the world of Nike. However, I find that the level of quality of Nike shoes is down; indeed the pair of Nike air force 1 buy the low one to a big default of manufacture to note while wearing the shoe a few hours.

Great big store, shame that what s online is not actually in store, but I guess their choices are big.

Love this shop right in the middle of of Oxford Circus. I love travelling inside the shop. It's very well distributed through 5 ou 6 floors.

Bought a pair of shoes for my boyfriend (he's birthday was this past August). I thought it would be fun and romantic to get them while on my Holiday in London. It was not.
When I got home and gave the box to him on his birthday weekend he opened the box and tried the shoes on. There was a bit of a problem. the box had two right foot shoes.

I don't have any official Nike stores in my country so I can't just walk in to a store and ask for help.

That wasn't even the biggest problem. The issue I have with this is that I've now tried to contact the store for THREE WEEKS (and two days). Been calling several numbers and emailing. Not once has there been an answer from them. I'm at the end of my patience and seriously pissed off that my boyfriend does not have a useable pair of shoes and I have a huge phone bill. The other day I waited in line to get to talk with someone for 47 minutes. That phone call alone cost me about 30 euros, and I didn't even get through to talk with an actual person.

I could not recommed anyone bying Nike products again.

What the hell is up with this. All I wanted was the effing left shoe to complete the pair.

Prepare to be overwhelmed. Everything you need, Nike.

Would give a zero rating if i could. Terrible customer service- wouldn't take back a shoe for return within a day of purchase- didnt adhere to their own printed policies and made me shunt around to call centre etc. Also apparently they have equipment to test shoes on within the store but the employees were too busy chatting to let the customer know about this. Boycotting Nike for ever thanks to this terrible experience. Good thing there's Asics Brooks and plenty of other good brands. service at discount stores like Sports Direct is way better

Multiple floors with everything you could need, more staff to help you find things

Very large store with the best quality you will find so many kind of sports goods but they lack of good service there service is very slow and the music is very loud . The staff they will not give attention to the customers

While waiting to pay for my items I was bothered several times by a security gaurd who felt he had the need to constantly remind me that I must pay for my items and leave since the shop is closed (this was at 9pm). If I attempted to stray away from the queue in order to check out the other items on display I would be confronted by him again. I was merely waiting for the customer in front to finish his purchase. Terrible shopping experience. I actually felt regret after I made the purchase because I was so annoyed at being treated like a child/thief. I would actually return the goods if it wasn't such an inconvenience.

Nike town have a very silly policy when it comes to obtaining a exchange or refund if you have bought a product via a staff discount, this needs to revised and rethought immediately as it a massive inconvenience if you travel to the store to do either or!

This place was amazing, the staff member who helped me was very very helpful, made it feel like a special trip

Lacking in NFL, even though its the London game weekends
