For lead store I would expect better range of shoe sizes

The temple of sport par excellence, sports shop where you have to go to London even if you do not buy. Huge, clean, rays too tidy, modern, welcoming and smiling staff

The place sells itself!! Great selection and the best place to buy Basketball trainers as the UK is limited for places.

I love this place, I only visit and don t buy online because the staff from entrance to security and sales very helpful and smile , especially Ema As I remember her name I asked her two models with two different size to try, she came later carried all of them and no companies, not easy to find in London such a good team , thanks Ema.

Great store of wall to wall Nike but surprisingly not the best range of Nike shoes, plenty of other Nike stuff and the ability to create your own shoe designs.

Wide variety of products and DJ when entering the ground floor and the women's floor, where there is a section of large sizes.
The staff very attentive.

Use rage on trainers and clothing. You can personalise your trainers on a computer or colours you like and get it delivered there.

Beautiful store of at least 5 floors .. very cheerful and courteous salesmen

Big Nike superstore, 2 floors, lots of items for football, tennis, fitness, small section for golf.

Clean, presentable store with attentive staff. Only downfall is that there are no customer toilets.

I went in on a Saturday, utter bedlam. Nike have some amazing products and store is massive, but the staff just can't deal with the volume of customers, they could double the staff and it still wouldn't be enough.

Don't expect to get advice, good service or even served - its just too busy.

Better off going to a good local shop to get service.

I hope the management reads this!! - the store concept is awesome, but most of your staff is really not interested in helping the customers. You can stand there for 1 hour before someone will help you find your size or simply the right product. Not sure where the problem is and this has been consistent over the last year or so. Just walk into the Asics down the street and see how their employees will go above and beyond to help you find the right item.

So cool, love coming here, usually spend too much but oh well!!

It's a great store, there's even a deejay that plays to cheer up buyers and sellers. Unbelievable!

Super wide product selection, knowledgeable staff, and an all around awesome store. They were also printing customizable shirts and selling several exclusive styles.

It's a huge shop. Really good variety of clothing and sports equipment. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Koran was a brilliant assistant and sold me just the right Nike running shoes. He went out of his way to help.

Good location with a great selection of products. However staff often rude and not very helpful. Usually holds cool events inside as well.

No clothes for toddlers, low stock and loads of wasted space, limited number or air force one options

Terrible customer service - probably my worst shopping experience on Oxford Street:
1) I was lacing up my shoe I was rudely told by a member of staff "can we move along this isn't a waiting area." I assumed she didn't notice I was tying a shoe but when I told her she didn't change her tone...
2) no member of staff could answer a single basic question about their returns policy

Unfortunately for some NFL teams more choice and for others little or nothing therefore a * deduction.

If you are a nike lover, you must visit here. It would be Ok you just have a look this huge nike store.

The DJ's are good there is a lot to see but I think there is mor selection of trainers online but truly that's just my opinion, I always say goo look for yourself.

Just huge, on four large floors, all nike for the brand's fans. Customization of shoes and clothing. As often in London impeccable service.

It's very large, so it's recommended to drop in when you have time. I don't know my shoes, but some apparel is not sold in Japan, so it's worth a look. The price is high.

Great shop, however the assistant said they had a lot more on their website which was disappointing for the flagship store.

Loud. Advertised a nfl pop up store was in town, had a limited amount of Merch available not all the teams available really limited for what they did have. Very poor. If I could give it minus stars then I would.

I was expecting more on this shop! The local deserves more from Nike.

What can one say about this place? The best sporting store possibly i have ever visited. The prices are great. The music in this store is amazing

NFL selection is great when NFL is on Regents Street

Four floors of sports clothes and accessories. Definitely more men's clothing than women's. Good place to get your trainers - they will advise you and have them fitted depending on what you need them for.

I didn't have the greatest interaction with the staff here. Very sarcastic and rude, and after requesting a pair of trainers, 3 of the staff walked off and never returned with them. We had to ask yet another person to eventually get the trainers. I do not recommend.

Didn t have my size in any trainers (a uk 12) also didn t have xxxl clothing. Not impressed

Very large shop with a large selection of products. Nevertheless, clearly structured.

Massive shop spread out over multiple floors but stock of products always rubbish when we visit all popular sizes taken and for the most part only 'odd ball' sizes on the shelves
