Deceitful scam letters pretending to be related to my mortgage. They use a language indicating I have done something wrong or missed something "SECOND NOTICE" or they list potential consequences of me failing to resolve "the issue" with them (there is no issue). Nobody should ever do business with them.

I received a PINK slip in the mail indicating that it was the third attempt for them to attempt to contact me. If I had wanted their product (and I DON"T), I would have contacted them. From everything that I read, this is a scam. The BBB has so many complaints against them that they can't even show them all of their website. These folks need to STOP!

These scam artists are weasels that prey on new homeowners by sending them "WARNING" letters to scare them into buying their 3rd party "warranty" (which is not home insurance, according to their legal disclaimer).

Scammy sales tactics, sending notices in the mail pretending you already have a policy with them that is lapsing. If this company has a decent product, they shouldn't be trying to trick people into contacting them with fake financial-looking documents.

I as well got a letter from American Home Protect, LLC. Talk about deceptive marketing and scare tactics. The address on the letter headhead I got says 2024 W 15th. St. Suite F346 Plano, TX 75075 talking about how my home warranty May expire. I'm glad that others feel the same way about this company that I do. What a joke. If this letter tells me how they operate, I'd avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a big scam. The address on their letterhead is 2024 W 15th St F-346, Plano, Tx 75075 . They get information on when someone buys a house and 10 months afterwards they send a letter pretending to be the place you bought your original warranty, but it s a lie. I called them on it and they hung up.

Stay away from this company as they are a scam. They tell you the world to get the contract and then do nothing and always have an excuse.. They are not ethical nor are they a good company.. MAJOR SCAM. I am currently suing them as I was smart enough to tape the original call which proves they do not do what they sold.

I figured it was a scam when I read the name on the letter. They addressed it by my middle name and then used the first initial of my first name, with an added letter, which was weird. If you all dont leave me alone.

They send misleading letters, claiming you have a home warranty expiring. When you call, they try to scam you into purchase. When I questioned the letter, the salesman was SO rude. After being transferred to his "supervisor," I received the same rude answers... quoting directly the tricky verbiage and misleading phrases that they use. HORRIBLE customer service.

This company is garbage. They send deceptive direct mail letters warning you that your home owner's insurance is unpaid and will be cancelled if you don't send them money. How is this different than a mafia protection racket? Well, the mafiosos can actually protect you whereas American Home Protect is just a bunch of middle-aged, pot-bellied college dropouts with erectile dysfunction. They have nothing to offer anyone.

Sketchy business that is harassing us with spam letters. I recently bought a home and this company is sending us letters that appear to be bills that we owe them money for services we have never signed up for. I am reporting them to the BBB.
