Thought the branch in Edmonton was much better than Lakeside branch. They closed Edmonton branch

My entire perception of the store has changed due to this one staff member in the Jersey Shop! My friend was planning his jersey on the main table and this one guy who was already speaking to us with no courtesy what so ever tells him to go to a table at the back to do so.
As soon as the next customer came to plan it there he helped him out and even let him own it there.
It felt really demeaning and chatted with other staff whilst we waited for 30 min to be helped. We were paying 70 pounds for a jersey and he was behaving like an entitled prick as if he was doing us a favour.
We re Indian and the others customers were locals and it felt like a discriminating act.
All the other staff is brilliant except this guy who doesn t care at all.
Nike I promise this is can can alone ruin your business. I am a hardcore Nike athlete but I am thouroghly disappointed.

Overall energy levels of the team are very un nike .. and its too much space to be selling a fee racks of sport shoes from. Not yet caught up with the post covid world

Horrible service, Staff to busy playing football on the middle of the shopfloor to even acknowledge any customers! What a disgrace of a shop !!! Never buying anything in this shop.

Had all the latest releases for shoes and the NFL section was huge. It would be nice if they could get the same for NBA.

Never waited that long to pay at a Nike store... the cashier was super slow... she keeps leaving the cashier... it's like they're understaffed

Popped into Niketown on Monday, staff were very helpful. A member of staff called Melissa stood out for me, as she went the extra mile.

Its OK. All Nike things in 1 place. Nothing stands out. Prepare to swim through a sea of tourists

If I can only have all the shoes and all those apparel in my wardrobe. Amazing place 4 storey shops and each level is so spacious ... A very nice shop

Really Helpful staff even on a Busy Friday afternoon! Got the shoes I was looking for in the right size and was walking out the door within minutes! Super efficient and excellent service!

Even though it'd the bug Nike store it still doesn't have all the exclusive Nike stuff which I find weird. It's also hard to find things with the layout.

For a flagship store I expected a bit more. Yes there's a half basketball court and desks to get football shirts customised but doesn't really feel like they're pushing the boundaries as much as they could. Like a lot of Nike stores it feels a little half hearted - for example I expected more edgy clothing/trainers. A lot of it is standard stuff...

Can t believe they have a live DJ in the store amazing place

Fast friendly store, lots to see and buy.
Also easy to get to from all area of London, by underground or buses.
However the waiting time to pay take a little longer than expected.
Over all the experience was good.

I approached a member of staff who was busy having conversations with other member of staff and they gave me one word answer and walked away. Its not the first time ive experienced this at nike town specially around closing hours when store is less busy the staff seems to be less helpful. All i was asking was about some new jordans coming out and the member of staff said i dunno and walked away.

Has literally everything you could want from a Nike store. Layout is amazing and customer interaction is on point. Must visit for any Nike apparel

Huge shop with good prices compared to other places

They closed the floor and at 6pm on Friday evening. C'mon.

Probably because this store is sooooo big and they never stopped having customers, the staff are just so not helping. I stood there for 20 mins and nobody came and help me. More awful was that I asked for tax free receipt, however the guy at the counter tricked me. It was my first time to shop on Oxford street and do tax free stuff and I trusted the staff, thus I forgot to check if he really gave me the tax free receipt or not. The fact was he didn't gave me the tax free receipt. Instead he just stapled the original receipt and the card payment receipt together and made them look like a tax free receipt. I really don't understand why he did it.... I didn't have time to go back and ask for tax free receipt, I'm sure I will not come to that store again.

For a long time I always wanted to vist the store, but unfortunately I felt that it didn't live up to what I expected, poor shoe selection, and I feel they could of used the space more efficiently. I will just use my local store and buy online.

Mixed experiences, generally the staff are helpful but they re obviously very busy and sometimes don t really help you with your purchases. No flexibility in terms of helping a situation, I came in to ask for a box to return my Nikes to Nike but they made it very difficult for me, until they eventually provided me one. Staff can be dismissive. Very very busy and touristy.

I am a regular buyer of the brand but I do not like this store, it is worth a lot of material, but it is only new season and at very expensive prices. Also in some sections the attention is very loose, it seems that the salesmen are sold before the product.
