Beautiful, beautiful, demanding. Easy to find something beautiful and never seen, difficult to find something you are looking for

The biggest sports and lifestyle shop in london, i love it. Just do it.

People working at the shoe department were a bit slow and unhelpful. Everyone else was excellent

Wow! Nike paradise, for "everything Nike" in a trendy buzzing environment. Even had a rap dance group on the main floor. Almost an entertainment in itself, but with an excellent range of the latest products. Great!

Customer service was absolutely shocking tonight! Would never come back here for sure!

Huge Nike store. Lots of unique features here. The "soccer" section and "create your own shoes" section as well. Been meaning to back to swoop up some stuff.

My partner wanted running shoes. Got passed to a runner who took her to a treadmill to try 3 pairs. Super knowledgeable and got me a stool to sit on so will always be special to me. Plus size dummies, sport for all was great to see. We've already had good service by phone and in the US and this was no different. Great reputation and not a complacent place at all. Inspirational. And yes I have downloaded their app. A hard sell or just enthusiastic of its benefits? I give them the benefit of the doubt.

I visited this store a few times recently. It s THE flagship store, but in terms of women s stock, it s very disappointing. 3 floors of menswear and just half floor of womenswear? A JD store has got more collections, stock and sizes than this flagship .

Its obvious that Nike town is the best Nike store in the world with the great staff and has every thing needed

Useless !!!! phoned shop and waited 20 mins and got no answer. joke company !! lets not forget this is the company who invented the sweat shop.. would give it no stars but have to give it 1. i do not wear any nike products but my son does. phoned them under duress from him..

Single-brand venue with all the news of the house and a disc jockey that animates the sales point. A must for lovers of sporting goods.

One of the places that you should visit. Great selection of sport clothes specially of you are fan of Nike.

We really liked this store. It is seperated over three floors between menswear, womanswear and kidswear with each floor set into different sections like Jordans, football wear, etc. They even have small displays showing how some of their shoes are made and how, as a company, they recycle

Store has a security guard guarding the dj! Amused to say the least....

Noticed a pair of brand new air max on the obviously had been tried on and left....

Staff dancing at the entrance.....really?

Staff always helpful whenever I go (regularly) and they always have a great selection of stuff

A really good store with good products and okay staff.

As a concept store it's incredibly hard to navigate. Bags aren't in one section but every section has a few types. Things are placed by sport but then women are at the top floor. Loads of their stuff is only available online and they didn't have the basic leggings in size L. Wont be going to the store again.

Everything you can find from Nike is here. Several floors with all kinds of sportswear. An unforgettable experience.

This was very nice shop near from home... But I have only one problem, and it is closing of this shop...

The store is far too big for the low selection of shoes. Everything is designed only for show

Busy and crowded on weekends, however worth a visit for the variety of sneakers and sizes on display

Bought leggings last February from NikeTown and the inner leg side seam is getting undone in two different places. Sent NikeTown an e-mail re my complaint and no one has answered yet.

The Women Shop was closed because of an event and nobody told us this at the front door

Pretty terrible customer service, loads of kids just stood around chatting and listening to the in house dj. Customers are a distant second.

Lovely store, definitely worth visiting. The unfortunate and a surprising thing is that they don't actually have the entire Nike range, which is something I would expect.

Lots of sports wears 2 DJs very very busy place.

Nike flagship store in London. Five floors of Nike goodness from football, to running, to kids, to women's gears. This is the place to come to get all your sporting needs courtesy of the massive American sportswear Giants. Very stylish clothes too.

The annyoing loud music blasting in the face,cloudy overcast design on entrance didnt welcome me to Nike Town.It rather looked like a drugy den to me.
If you insist on Nike,in this store you have to compromise with very limited choices on the trainee shoes.
Sorry guys I wouldn't pay another visit to this place again!

All ok, however the music, although good, was far too loud.

My wife is very happy about this and then I am happy for her again. I myself am not really in the market for overpriced T-shirts and pants. But yeah...

I don't live too far from here but wouldn't pop in to buy anything. They lack selection if I'm honest. The store is large but the space isn't used for stock but walking space. I suppose since it is in the heart of Oxford Street they may get busy at times but every time I visit they don't appear to be.

The staff are friendly and helpful though. They will typically be chatting with each other since but you just need to come up to them and they will sort you out. No need to pay at the tills either, most, if not all of them can take payment through their employee iPhones.

This is an awesome store. Very nice and neat. DJ was playing some pretty good music while shopping.
