Big, three story nike store that s located pretty close to the tube. They have good variety of soccer jerseys if you needed to pick one up, and have some really nice products that I think may be regionally available. Have a men s and women s section as well if you wanted to do some shopping for a significant other.

I knew what I needed and was easy to find. Surprised it was so quiet and lots of staff around. Was also looking for running socks and as options were limited it was suggested I go to sports direct down the street for more options.

Good store with good content and overall clean
Staff is unqualified, unprofessional and wear their PPE under the chin?! And take their masks of when talking to clients? They're incapable of bringing shoes to you and keep forgetting about your existence. Seems to be a pattern

Purchased a pair of football boots 2 months ago from the store. Great recommendation made by staff as the boots are still going strong and comfortable. Felt the need to drop a review as our team won a five a side tourn yesterday. Owe it to the boots.

I've been to this store so many times, but never bought anything and here is why. The store is unbelievably huge and looks amazing at first sight, you go around looking at all the products they have, but then you try to find something particular and it is almost impossible. Most of the simple work-out clothes are all over the place on different levels of the store. And here you would need some assistance from the staff, right? HOWEVER there is no one around, and seems like customers are going in round in circles and cannot find anything. Finally you find an assistant and ask about particular size - and they don't have it (and they don't want to look for it)! Plus, there almost no fitting rooms for the amount of customers at any point of the day.

Visit it only as an exhibition of Nike products, don't expect to finds something, try something on and to buy anything at all.

So much to choose from...which is a good thing. Staff dressed like the general public...I found it difficult to know whom to approach.
Overall average experience, to much hype around NIKE products.

Useless - For a flagship store this is a disgrace. Blaring music from the DJ on the ground floor to the point of deafening. I tried, three times, to get a member of staff to help me. Surly and uninterested, but chatting to their friends. Security staff standing around trying to be intimidating. I won't be back.

If you're not a tourist, just go to other store! The customer service in this store is very bad!!! I don't care if they serve 5 customers a day or 200, I just want a good service! Not just someone that is clearly doing me a huge favour to get me this number or that number.. They don't great you, don't smile... I've waited more then 20 min for a pair of shoes!
Off course you have exceptions, and you can find some employees very funny and welcoming.. but in general.. very bad customer service!!

Worst customer service ever on the running section...

Worst customer service ever on the running section, went 3 times and 3 times the same bad service!!!! I go when it opens and quiet so there is no excuse for being unhelpful and uninterested in customers around 10 am. It seems they are more interested in talking about their life than taking care of customers.
The problem I encountered this time was lack of knowledge on the product and being passed on to different people in the store for help (Great brand awareness Nike!!)
Once we established which running shoes I needed, I was just left there...i.e. no interaction with staff of how comfotable the trainers were or if the size was ok. Do you really train your staff to walk off?!!

The range of shoes in the store is limited.
I specifically come to Nike Town to buy a pair of pegasus 36 for my girlfriends birthday which I did regardless of the colour not being my perfect all black. When she opened the box on here birthday before our planned run in there new trainers we discovered 2 different shoes. This was a pretty big let down but when I returned them ofter having to order online after the mess up and delay there was no offer for a discount or something to make you feel as if they cared.

Nice large store, showcasing all of the latest releases and more but terrible customer service. Don't expect any acknowledgment from the staff and don't expect the friendliest of services either.

You think you are not "that much into kicks" until you go into Nike Town. You'll come out either with a new pair of shorts a Tshirt and some epic new training shoes or thinking how you are going to afford those pairs that you just saw.

The customer service at this store is appalling. The majority of the staff I encountered were disinterested, unhelpful and poorly trained. The staff seemed more interested intalking to each other then serving customers. I got runners from one team member which were the wrong size; he disappeared and never returned. After 10 minutes I found another member of staff on the 3rd floor; he got the correct size (no apology) but simply handed the box to me. Never seen this before in a shoe or sports store. He then disappeared and I had to find another team member. The next person got me two other styles, again handed the box to me but offered no advice even when asked questions. I purchased a pair of free flyknits and the person serving me highlighted the feedback link on the receipt and wrote his name on itas he is "on probation" and it would help him if I gave feedback! Well here's my feedback - I have never had a worse shopping experience in London, the customer service is non-existent (the above is a snippet of my experience)

Great shop. Got all the latest and greatest Nike products. Our children loved to see all special trainers they have there is in all different colour combinations, normally shops would carry only one colour if have them at all. My son checked out football shoes and wanted to test them so they gave him 15 min one on one training in the cage with the astro turf floor. He loved that.

Sure you can find almost anything Nike makes here, but good luck getting someone to help you when it's crowded. I asked a sales assistant for a shoe in a specific size and sat down and waited for their little shoe dumbwaiter to bring it up. A few minutes go by when I realise other people coming later than me getting their shoes. I ask the same sales assistant what happened to my shoes and she acts like it was the first time she's seen me. If you must shop here, my only advice is to have lots of patience.

I love coming down spending money on there new range of clothing but the new lay out they are doing is making have to find the right sizes and the staff at the trainer bit are stupid to busy playing about joking around with each other.

The store and product selection is good. The first impression as you enter the store is great. It looks cool with live DJ and great vibe but bad service let s it down terribly. Was looking for trainers for my son. Was given incorrect information regarding the location but when finally got down to the section and asked for staff to get the size I was bounced from 1 colleague to other. After being passed on the 4th guy I lost my cool only to be told he can t help it. The staff seemed rude and seemed to have an attitude problem. Contrast this with service at JD Sports which is equally busy and chaotic but the staff are friendly and eager to help.

Recently visited this HUGE store when my cousin from Australia visited. Considering Nike were successful in securing one of the highly-coveted four corners at Oxford St, I had an expectation of what to see there. I have to say that the expectation was met, and exceeded a bit!

On the ground floor, there was a massive display of NFL paraphernalia and with permission from the clerks at the store, I was able to take photos of my cousin doing some silly poses with the NFL models.

The biggest drawback of the place will have to be the prices. I mean, I know Nike is up to a certain standard, but boy, expect to pay at least twice the amount you can get online.

Still, if you are ever shopping around the area, Nike Town is worth a visit.

Easily accessible via Oxford St station on the Central Line.

Every time I go here the staff are chatting to each other. I was after running shoes, and after a long waiting they handed me a box and walked away. Every follow up question I had seemed like an interruption to them.
Real running shops spend easily 15 minutes per customer making sure the angle of the shoes are right. This is not a sports store, it's a fashion store with bad service.

Absolute maximum prices, without the service to match. Incredible store but most staff (except the nice bloke in the jersey print shop) were downright rude. I don't expect sparkling service all the time, but the contempt from these people was palpable..
