It was a good experience on the mens side; however, the women section was terrible. The person who was attending us left us and didn't come back. I don't want to say he is racist but he seemed that way as he left us to attend another person whilst we were waiting. I have never ever written a review on any store before, but this was unacceptable in any means.

Bigger then I could have anticipated, but I did wish there where more exclusives. I m spoiled with NYCs nikelab and Nike culture. Did cop a Nike London shirt which had me super hype, wish the hoodie came in a women s variant as men s always fits strange or too large.

They have a Nike ID corner on the ground floor in the back. When you finish customizing you pay at the store in which it takes 4 weeks which can be delivered to an address or picked up at the store. Despite the other low ratings, I was impressed with the store and overheard a young lady give a technical brief on starter running shoes to a customer. I'll be back to try the Nike ID.

I am a big Nike fan, love the clothing but never really got the concept of the NikeTown store. Their product range online is vast and I can never seem to find anything I like in-store. It's like somebody picked up some random products and put them on the shelves. Their tennis department used to be nice, now it's just a corner on the second floor... On a positive side, they do great random sales and the vibe is always great with live DJs and events.

I actually found the DJ music way too loud and annoying. I couldn't even hear myself think. I walked into a store not a club? Even some of the staff were busy dancing to the tunes more than focusing on the customers.

The store is huge. Was it the fourth floor? That was it. There are a lot of people. And it was so fresh that DJ was playing music. I also play basketball on the first floor. I bought one-on-one men, but it did not seem cheap.

If it helps you, my review :) Always such a vibrant store with activities, music, performances on the ground floor. The store is big but always looks tidy. The place to go for any fan of sport when visiting London. Such a wide range of articles for football, basketball, running, rugby mainly.

Very fashionable and trendy clothing store that appeals to many, many Streetewear while remaining very lifestyle, well presented store, sellers and sellers very friendly and of good advice, perfect for dressing these children, for a day of shopping with friends or with their little one friend or her boyfriend, perfect for gifts, returns and possible exchanges, expensive price but no more then reduction up to -70%, nothing else to say except that I highly recommend it and especially to sneakers addict.

Probably one of the better brand stores for Nike in the world the only huge problem I have with this door and it has been the same for years is the attitude of the staff is not customer friendly. One of the interview techniques they must use in this shop to employ people is how aloof they can be. I can't believe Nike have never picked up on this in the rest of their stores around the world the staff are super friendly even New York :-).

Not enough staff .I gave staff 3 options of trainers and they didn't have a size 6 in any of them .the only guy serving had his time taken by a lone customer so I had to wait 15 minutes to find out their flagship store didn't have my size

This is the world's largest Nike store so you can be sure that you'll find anything and everything NIKE here. The first three floors are for men and have sections divided by sport. The fourth (top) floor has women's collection. The range of stuff they have here is worth a visit if you're looking to do any kind of physical activity.

Nike has become a disgrace

Nike has become a disgrace
Nike use to be amazing i use to collect there trainers but all of a sudden there prices went up so no problem but the quality went down, jordan brand itself has gone to worse as you get glue marks and the leather feels horrible and they last you less then 6 months. I bought my first huaraches and they lasted me 2 years and latest one I bought has only lasted 2 weeks and its ripping from the front already and i do admin so i dont walk alot and when i do walk they make noise. What a disgrace this company has become.

If you like Nike, this is the place to be for all your sportswear, from a pair of socks to a tracksuit. You can even customise and order your trainers with your favourite colours.

Unfortunately, timeframes are too long. Furthermore, the store can be busy at times, which impacts user experience and ultimately customer satisfaction. Hence, there is a lot of room for improvement in the customer service area.

It is still worth visiting, even if you do not buy from them; there is a lot to discover with some entertainment, like live music performance: good fun!

Super cool store with live djs and great choices and displays. Great customer service. This place shows the reasons why retail stores will always succeed if they are cool, experiential, and a pleasure to walk into.

Oh the horror... surely the very epicentre of mindless consumerism. Fascinating how Nike have made the leap from sports into fashion brand so sport serves as a platform for selling their designer kit.

Although sport is referenced throughout the store I doubt much of the end product is then used in competitive sport.

Success in sport requires discipline and effort not fancy clothing..

My son got some nice trainers here though and he seems delighted.
