Vibrant lively store that has clothing for a variety of sports and exercising. I love their gym and crossfit clothing - I can't comment on their football, tennis or golf items as I don't do any of those. Items are a bit pricey but they are quality. It's a good place to browse too.
The place is huge, had wonderful layout. Surely u will love visiting this Nike. The location also is another factor very obvious very huge. I had the chance to explore all the shop with a lot to discover and see. It s well done shop. In general the city is nice. This Nike also have a section to design your own shoe. With a large variety of options. It s worth to stop by and take a look at their wide variety of sporting clothes and shoes.
Bought a basketball jersey and a pair of air max vapors this place has a extensive selection of stock and they are on the ball with good customer service. I will happily shop here again.

Being the #flagship store for #Nike you would expect the #customer service to be at it's #best. However, this is the fourth time I have been at this store and the second time I've found the #service to be lacking. Some of the staff are #helpful so I don't want to tarnish all the staff with the same brush, but the service should be the same regardless. So go in with your fingers crossed and hope for the best!

There is always employes ready to help at every part og the store. You can literally pay for your items everywhere in the store, so no queue time.
Haven't been here in yrs complete makeover impressive nice clothing not that keen on the trainers selection couldn't find the trainers I was after but found something else instead
Black Friday is not a good time to visit the flagship store! But on the other hand it is a good chance to buy things from the new collection at an acceptable price! By acceptable by understanding much lower than in Romania at discounting!

It looks great but a simple job of exchanging a top took over an hour. Needs more changing rooms and counters - I don't want to spend my time unneccessarily in a queue. I get that they want it to be spacious but that shouldn't be at the expense of key services. They have the staff and the space - use it.
It's a great store, but you need to be patient when wanting to try shoes. It's not unusual to wait 10-15 minutes for a size to arrive, if it arrives and you don't have to ask again.
I always shop for shoes here, but I have been put off it in the last year. I am all for employees having a nice time at work, especially since these guys are on their feet all day, but to listen to a group moan out customers, or how they can't wait to get off, can be a little off-putting.
Recently I went in to get a new pair of shoes, I a couple of different pairs to try and asked for the sizd I knew I needed. One pair arrived after about 5 minutes, but when the other arrived another 5 minutes after that, it was not the size I asked for. Having waited for over 10 minutes already this is inconvenient, but this kind of mistake happens, but when I asked to have the size changed because it was the wrong one, the employee, who had otherwise been very friendly, got annoyed with me and told me how inconvenient I was being. When I finally got the correct size, I didn't find the pair comfortable so I decided to buy another pair I had already tried. Again the employee was very rude because he had gone through so much trouble getting me the right size.
I am really disappointed with he service and I am seriously considering not coming back.
Cool place, especially for people into sports! Prices are very high though.

I was hoping to have found some good deals on shoes and clothing but there was none, from the entrance till the exit there wasn't a moment without feeling like a gang member of some sort. It is more of a fashion statement than comfort, performance and sportsmanship once Nike was.
Friendly staff and very helpful. However surprised to see they did not have a goalkeeper Jersey. Good environment inside
Not as exciting as the similar flagship store in San Fransisco. Not as many products as you would hope for, this is more a brand building exercise.
I love this place. Its like a museum. I visit as many times as I can whether I buy or not.

Biggest nike shop i've ever been to. I had fun and the customer service was really good. Lots of produces to choose from. If you're looking for the newest nike products, check it out.
Nice shop however spoilt it with music that could burst your eardrums, i am a big fan of music but not music that loud. The shop is also very warm inside and i was struggling to survive with the combination of the heat an the music. I was really excited to go to the shop but i was thoroughly disappointed with my experience today. Once i was out the store i had a terrible headache. Also the staff could be somewhat more welcoming.
Great service from an Aussie with a shark tattoo who helped get just-released shoes for my son that we couldn't find elsewhere.
If you need a European soccer jersey - this is a place to go to. My son was so excited to get a "Team England" official jersey customized with a specific player's name. When we go back to London, I am sure we will stop by again. ( I really want one also now) :)

Biggest Nike showroom in town. You have everything you need at a nike showroom. Most of thr staff are friendly and good. Some are quite rude.
Great brand store. 4 stories of Nike gear, wide collection and well organised per sports type. Besides sports and lifestyle gear the building is also a strong brand store of the Nike world, including highlights like a complete overview and description of the Air Jordan collection over the past years.
It is essential if you want to see the true figure of Nike !!

I've been to Niketown NY and LA. This should be called Helltown. The employment of whoever is managing the place must be reviewed. Many employees are doing nothing, chatting, and some we witness playing around with a ball. On the other hand, women shoe section is chaotic with only 2 employees who are pushing away customers because they are overwhelmed! The place is like an episode of "The Office" but with sneakers
Beautiful in the immensity of products it offers and for the sympathy of most of the shop assistants who emphasize any purchase you want to make.
If you like streetwear it is definitely a place where it is worth stopping for just half an hour.
Big Nike store. Can be found all sports stuff. We bought here fan t-shirt and printed my sohn name and number.
Waited 15 minutes for some football boots, then they discovered the wrong size was inside... waited another 15 minutes for the next size up which never arrived as I was fed up of waiting! I was in the queue the whole time as there was one till working in the entire store, there was still four people in front of me when I left! Will never shop at this store again.

Unmanaged. Proofing, big names hardly care about customer services. We/those are stupid still die to have just for name when easily, can get better quality with less prices which does the same.
