Nightmare service as staff just talked to themself and didn't try to help and ask if I needed help. Very loud music and not very helpful staff

Wow. A prime example of a company riding on the wave of their brand. Very poor customer service and I was dismissed by the manager when I raised issues with him in passing.

One of the coolest shops on Oxford Street. Go check it out! The shop is huge. It can easy take an hour to look around.

Atmosphere is great, staff are lively, store layout is very open. Kind of like a gallery showcasing their products.

Great store, nothing wrong with their customer service in my experience.

This is one of the best sports shops in the UK in my opinion, it has every type of sport clothing you need; football, basketball, tracksuits and trainers. There is nothing bad about this shop, I really liked it and its one of the shops I almost visit every time.

This store offers huge range of all kinds of clothes and shoes.
I was looking for a specific t-shirt in M size, they didn't have any in the store but were really kind and brought me one from the storage.

Good selection of shoes for BBall but they are quite expensive. More options and deals can be found online

I've been there for three four times, the staff weren't friendly and helpful, very bad costumer service. I won't consider visiting that place again.

Many floors are fun. There is everything from Jordan to acg. There is also a london logo, and I bought it for a souvenir.

Best place to buy Nike. Friendly staff and 2 amazing DJ's playing live hits whilst you shop. Simply amazing store!

Staff didn t know about their products. Specifically, shorts with shirt loop wasn t known. We found one (with the staff member) that is pricey, decided not to get it because of that. On my way out, found another one that is affordable. Fitting rooms on one end were closed, the others took 15 minutes waiting time and they were still occupied. I would have bought that shorts, but I put it down and left.

As a big fan of nike this place lives up to expectations!

Huge store! Staff is helpful

Very disappointed, I went for specific item, have checked online is the item in stock and it was. I got there spoke with one of the staff he make me wait 20 mins just to come and tell me "sorry out of stock" . I'm pretty sure that they have better stock system.

If you want a Nike item in London Nike Tiown is the right place. Eye to prices, though ...

It's a sports shop, solely all Nike. If you want other brands shop else where. The place is very clean, smart, great displays and all the latest colours, designs for all those who love NIke. Plenty of staff with great knowledge to help you get the perfect fit and offer advise for all your questions. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

More focused and sportswear & fitness clothing then trainers but still has good options, has a nikeid section so you can create your own trainers and football boots.

I do like the Nike Shop, but it's gone downhill from when I used to go years ago. Products are limited and like the fact the floor had a DJ.

It's what you expect. If you're in to Nike gear then this place will be heaven. Four storeys of Nike merchandise form trainers to football boots to workout clothes.

An awful cacophony of noise assaults you the moment you enter, so load staff can't hear your requests.

Spacious with lots of choices and variety. A lot of the people who work there have no product knowledge or have no interest in customer service. From the outside it seems like a social club. The changing rooms need updating, Its a great place to shop if youre into nike gear obviously.

One of the worst store stuff I have ever seen.
That lady I asked for a shoe size, just looked at me and answered in a conceited loud voice: "I have a customer" - She just stood in front of the customer, waiting while he laced up his shoe!!!
At least she could say, please wait a moment. But definately in a friendly way.
I just went off her and asked the next guy. At least he was saying, yes will get you youre size, but it took about 10 minutes until I got 1 pair. This is also ways too long. Definately a nice store but incapable and impolite stuff!!

Great store, colourful, helpful staff and amazing energy!!! Especially the women's floor!! I would definitely recommend everyone I know, even my nan to niketown :'D

I haven't photographed anything but it's a must-see hot spot for Nike mania. DJing by floor is also very pleasant.

Poor customer service,today 21/02/19 one of the ladys in fitting rooms was so rude and had an attitude.I forgot to ask her name unfortunately!

From the best stores of Nike, I bought the Nike Air Force, which by the way in London are cheaper than in Spain, like about 20 cheaper.

Niketown cannot be missed when you go to oxford street. even if you are not a fan of nike, the experience and the decor is so amazing its worth a visit. its a huge store with different zones, customizing your shoe has never been so easy. football fans definitely need to take a look and check out the items only available in london! and of course on oxford street there is tons to see

There are all but numbers and models for women not quite, you have more men's sizes, but we did find some "going out of the underground"

Was surprised by the 7 floors and how many products they actually do. Was amazed by the live DJ in the entrance.
