Rude and unattentive staff. As always. They just wanna look cool.
Beautiful store ... 4 floors of Ronaldo advertising and I'm really not a fan
an amazing shop with nothing in it , probably the worst staff. More concerned with the time and their appearance, don't bother calling as an idiot will answer and tell you they have what you want in stock......useless!
It is spacious and easy to see, and the assortment is good. The clerk's response is also good.
This place is amazing! It breathes sports and awesomeness! You even can get your jersey printed whole you wait! This is just 4 levels of inspiring Nike greatness. If this won't get you into sport of some work out nothing will. They have everything from football to skateboard. And the staff is happily helping you. Highly recommend going there. Just do it!
Interesting atmosphere, extortionate princess. don't be a cog in the capitalist machine people!!!!
The stuff ( two men ) in football suction not friendly at all, bad attitude will never visit this branch anymore
Terrible experience this time round. No one approached me at the store even when I was looking very lost! I also made a purchase online which I came into store to make an exchange for, after consulting their team I realised the exchange wasnt necessary. I proceeded to a till to ask for a bag to carry my box back and even with proof of purchase from Nike online they refused to give me a bag?! I even offered to pay but apparently that was against store policy?! I think Nike need to look at that again because it doesn't make sense to me. All in all a very poor experience today compared to their normal standards.
Nice place. Really expensive. I have been here before more then 10 years ago and the environment was much better. I don't like how they made it.
Anyway if you have time go and have a look around you won't regret it :)
Great selection of any sports apparel you might want!
Superb store located in a beautiful street! Must see in London
Great range but expensive as fark.. loud too but a cool vibe.
When I didn't know which running shoes were the adequate for me, they did a running test and checked the way I step so the I got recommended a few types of shoes to choose from. It was great!
Very rude staff, not a pleasent experience and it casts a shadow on the brand.
Immense Nike store
Inside DJ and music
Divided on three floors.
Very cool shop with two inhouse DJ's! 4 stories of sporting goods.
Great selection of everything Nike. Definitely needs more pro active staff, they seem to just stand around and talk to each other.
A great Nike store! For fans there is to indulge! You can make yourself a custom shirt and lots of floors to visit
Very very very limited selection of basketball sneakers for kids.
I loooooovvvvveeee Nike I have had Nike shoes for years now, but when I went to the shop, THEY DIDNT HAVE YEEZEEZ, or CR7 Adidas!!!!!! I don t think I will go back, i need them kicks
Nike Town needs something it bit more specail to attract it customers.. Prices are a bit high too and the quality its not that great.. Sorry its an honest opinion.
Huge store. You can find almost anything Nike makes here.
A bit depressing really. So many different products and so many high prices. At one point I was asked by a member of staff if everything was alright, but he didn't actually look at me at any point as he was engrossed in his mobile phone.
Store is good but customer service is worst specially on thrid floor in Jordan Shoe section. Response towards the customers is late As i asked for Air Jordan1 new in size9 and i took half an hour to get it from backstore. Really disappointed as Employee show Attitute and Arrogance towards me which made me more annoy.
Great variety of clothing and trainers but lousy service. Wanted to buy a pair of trainers but the three employees were more bothered about the conversation that they were having rather than asking if we needed any help. I had to go ask one of them about a certain product to which he gave me the answer then walked back to the other two to continue conversing. Also to point out that we were the only ones in the shoe area! For this reason we didn't buy the trainers and went to Adidas instead where their service was far superior. Sort it out Nike!
Everything you need from Nike is all here. Cool place!
Really great if this is your footwear of choice, wish there was a bigger SB section though
Located right out of Oxford Circus station exit 1, this Nike store has many of the latest collections you can get in the UK. The downside is that its too crowded and popular items get sold out quickly.
it's not a sporting store, it's clothing with some small collections of running stuff. expect loud music and quite good choices.
Terrible service. Spent 15 mins trying to find staff, when I did it took another 10-15 to get her to go look for huraches in my size. 10mins later she comes back saying they're out of 10s in black. So I ask what colours they do have in 10. More
Well it's Nike Town... A little disappointed that they don't have all the trainer's as they should do...
Do not order online I didn't receive my item it took 3 weeks of waiting for them to tell me I'm not going to receive my item and that they will refund me so upsetting
Absolutely great store massive collection of all great brands all of sports wear
The staff absolutely love chatting... amongst themselves.
BRILLIANT
MY SONS 14TH BIRTHDAY GREAT
The slickest retail experience in London. Also try NikeID
I have been to Nike town on 3 occasions and every time the customer service is terrible, the staff are so rude. I was buying football boots for my 13 year old son who needs boots every 4 or 5 months as his feet are growing. We ended up just walking out after driving 2 1/2 hours to visit Nike town and purchased online. A note to the store manager please send your staff on a customer service course they are the worst I have come across I thought Sports Direct was bad but your staff are on another level for rudeness.
There was a very wide range of articles. It is spread over 4 floors and is located in the center of London. There are also city-adapted T-shirts with a beautiful London print. The selection covered sportswear for young and old of each sex. There was also a live DJ who makes the atmosphere of the store very modern and atmospheric. All in all, it is a very large and extensive Nike store which is also referred to as Nike Town here.
Huge and crowded. Loud as well, but good selection of Nike gear. Whatever you need. We were served by amazing guy - Wojtek. Extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to help and lovely to chat with.
One of the best Nike Towns I've been to. For Jordan shoe launches, they get a huge amount of stock. There was no line and a lot of inventory for the recent Space Jam launch by the time I got there around 2PM on launch day.
Bout the new vms from here well I bought 3 pairs but who is counting. Love Nike!
Fix the customer service experience please. Also, stock wise... What's happened to you guys. Even if you didn't have it, and I understand there's a website, you used to have a team commited to finding that are item. Why get rid of something that supports your brand.
The staff took long time to bring the shoes for my kid
It's massive needs at least a hour to see everything
Get World's most fresh stuff here at first. Honestly saw some different stuff all over the store. Awesome!
Absolutely horrendous experience with one of the managers from first floor who by the way would not give me his name because he knew he was out of line! Bought a pair of Nike air trainers in January 2019 so a month ago for my husband. The More
The environment was blasting, with a dj pump it but the staff were ghosted...
DJ at the entrance of the store provides an immediate sense of individuality, which is only built upon by the layout of the building.
Clothing selections are rotated every couple of weeks which keeps it looking fresh and new.
At the centre of the store, there is also the option to custom design the clothing right in front of you which is very unique, of course.
Overall shopping around here feels like more of a fun experience than just an average clothes shop.
My favourite store all about Nike a must for runners
The store is just huge. I even found a beautiful US football radius!
The Worst shop i have ever been to. There is nothing in there. Selling the same as everyone else. You are better off going the market. There is no choice of sneakers or colours.. Just Dont Do It:-(
Helpful staff I thought the dj thing was a bit over the top but it is on Oxford Street
Loud & unnecessarily dark. But well spaced out. They didn't what I was looking for, which is annoying if it's supposed to be a flagship store.
Great vibe throughout. Although Staff who served me was more interested in a girls bum walking past and chatting to his collegues about it then actually serving me when i was buying a very expensive pair of trainers though. Bad customer service and i think he was a manager as he told a staff member off for slouching in the same breath. But other than that a really cool shop with decks and a dj. Just focus on the customer in hand next time hey.
Excellent service and reasonable prices. Good place to shop nike!
