Abolish that tablet promotion. It's a crappy thing with 1gb ram. You can't do anything with that nowadays .. I think everyone quickly throws them in the bin. Loi offers a discount on a notebook from Asus. I think that's better than giving everyone a worthless tablet .. That saves a lot of E-Waste.

Have already taken several courses and are always helped well. Courses are clear and contact with teachers is pleasant

Not bad but could certainly be better. The contact with the teacher is very limited. If you also get a teacher who does not explain, you often do not know where you stand. There are also regular errors in the curriculum, which can sometimes be very unclear. This is therefore also difficult to communicate to your teacher. All in all, the theory can be done well, but an interactive question system for the curriculum would also be allowed in 2019.

The online learning environment works very well for me. I love that every lesson brings new words, new characters and new grammar. The practice exercises also work very well.
However, occasionally I don't know exactly what is correct due to a spelling mistake. I then have to use other translation programs to figure out exactly how to write something in Pinyin.

(PDB) By far the cheapest, but the material is accordingly. It is poorly worked out and some things are not explained until the practice exercises. The homework assignments are too difficult, or the material is too basic. However, it is quickly checked, with an explanation. Still, I don't recommend NHA.

Do not start VWO chemistry! Many unnecessary lessons that do not correspond to the CE. Substance is unclear. VWO biology is in line with CE.

I follow the havo subjects mathematics B, biology, Dutch and geography at nha. The lessons are well structured, but often they are far too long: 28 pages or more in mathematics, for example.
I have two teachers who are very nice and give me useful tips and additions. Unfortunately, the other two teachers put less effort into it and never give me feedback, while their site says: "Our teachers guide you during your studies! They assess the exercises you make while studying the full exam material. ''. Unfortunately, I hardly get any guidance from the two teachers I talked about, they simply check my answers.
When I contacted customer service about this, I was not treated kindly and no understanding was shown.

In my busy life as a mother of 2 young children and work I can also do my training. I take the moments when I can and if I do not succeed I feel no pressure that it should. You can determine your own time. I am also very motivated to continue following the lessons. Sometimes I miss the direct contact with my teacher. Questions you want to ask right away and want answers. I am going to continue with full to the end line.

Started with the Romanian beginners course at NHA. Receive a well-cared for curriculum. Homework sent weekly and checked back. MP3 player is easy to operate. Tablet unfortunately not yet received. Satisfied so far.

The subject matter is very detailed and well defined, making learning easy and fun. It is very educational, lots of tips and good guidance. When I submit homework, I often receive my grade within a few hours.

Training is satisfying until now. Homework is quickly checked. However, it is tough. By that I mean that you just have to read it more often. If you don't understand after 1 or 2 times, read a lesson 3 times. A disadvantage is that study with supervision means that you can only communicate with the teacher by submitting homework assignments.

I think it's a very nice method to learn. I can work at my own pace and do not have to worry about a deadline. Furthermore, I find it ideal that I can view / hand in the curriculum both digitally and on paper. I also like it very much that a lecturer with practical experience checks my homework assignments, I often have 1 or 2 days back with feedback. Bad handling of customers first need a course in invoices.
No invoice, no reminder, but a collection agency.
And then also an invoice with the wrong name when you finally have it

I regularly read / make assignments or exercises, where the text and layout do not match what I see / read on office 365. E.g. With Publisher 9.4 I CANNOT download the templates shown in the book, which causes me to get stuck. (neither do other templates)
I also find the teacher's response somewhat impersonal and very business-like. Bit of a feeling that the fact that I am a real beginner and have to start from 0 is not taken into account.

I take a Polish course myself, where I really feel like it, very good material, indeed a small spelling mistake here and there but I know what they mean, it is usually 1 letter that was typed incorrectly or something .... The teacher who checks my homework helps me a lot and always answers my questions well .... I give 4 stars instead of 5 because those spelling mistakes are a pity and because I once asked a question at your customer service where I would be called back, but what has not happened subsequently .... hence 4 stars ....: D

I thought it was very special that all my lessons were rated with a 10, even if I had answered a multiple choice question: none of these answers. I did not receive any feedback.
Furthermore, the countless spelling errors just hurt my eyes. The chapter '4 pillars of ...' was followed by 'pillar 1 ... pillar 2 ...' Every lesson really contained terrible spelling mistakes.

Top quality !! I started training criminal law .... I am very satisfied so far. You will be motivated, the teacher is easily accessible, quick response to practice tests and homework plus the best thing I think about NHA is clear way of doing and learning. Idd tablet is very old and you have very little wear on it, but it doesn't stop me from continuing with my training in a motivated way .... They recently had problems with accessibility by telephone (customer service). Neatly received an apology email that was generally sent to everyone. The people at customer service are very personal, helpful and friendly! So also very nice .... In short, very happy !!

The "free" tablet that you get from NHA comes from the year of use and is an affront to everyone's intelligence. Unusable and can go straight to the trash. I started a nice medical terminology course. NHA is friendly to you, also by the teacher.

I don't really understand the negative comments. It is a home study. If you want extensive feedback etc, you should go to a regular school. I am very satisfied with my course, the teaching material looks neat and clear. My homework is quickly checked and if necessary provided with comments / help. I had a question about shipping and was answered nicely. I am very satisfied and I enjoy studying again after years of not studying. Thank you NHA!

training is a bit disappointing. Especially the way the e.e.a is told and explained. Regularly do not agree with each other. Is for example in lesson 16 a 20 meters high and with a glossary up to 16 meters high. I often encounter such differences. The calculation is also strange. When submitting the 15 questions module test, each incorrect answer is 1 point, so with 3 errors a 7 (3 out of 15 = 20% so should be 8). Finish the training but motivation is less and less by the above.

Three stars. Content is well put together. Sometimes the questions don't make sense. Sometimes some typos in the text. On balance, this study helps me a lot.

Very dissatisfied....
Some subjects came in parts through the mail, and there was a 1.5 month period per chapter, they could have indicated this in advance.
I never received the invoices, I had to e-mail them afterwards to receive a reminder that they had sent me several requests (not by mail or mail). Also I can't even start the training because the login code doesn't work, password reset and that code doesn't work either. Anyway this company keeps calling and calling you so that you become a customer, but once you are a customer, they are not always friendly via email and will only email you back after 3 weeks with still no clear help.

Apart from that misunderstanding with those invoices, I just feel very sorry that I still can't get in through the site and that nothing is done anymore.

I have purchased the Digital Filming and Video Editing training and got a neat folder and have already found several teaching packages. What's also great is that you can start online immediately with the lessons. In the new year I am going to work on this training, because it's nice to know more about digital filming and video editing. I have already completed the first lessons and homework with a 10. So that means that the teaching material is clear and easy to understand.

Unfortunately, the training is no longer suitable for me because I will not be able to work in this industry due to physical circumstances. But they don't want to do anything about it and don't care about it. My cancellation and delivery of the latest teaching materials have crossed each other and because of that I have bad luck and I have to pay for everything.

If you can study elsewhere, I recommend it and ignore NHA. Once chosen LOI, bummed I didn't choose them now.

Have been working on my study for about 6 weeks now
Get a good response back. Information so far is fine. Sometimes just google for any other information such as user manual for my own bike (follow bicycle repair course) but that makes it more and more interesting.

On April 13 I received a return label via mail. Then sent on April 17 registered for the original date and still get a reminder at home, otherwise you will not get in touch with them .. but you will send reminders. Do you never look at the reviews or something? No one is satisfied !!!

I have almost finished the Web Design course and I am generally very pleased with the course and the NHA. For me, 3 things count: customer service (how am I helped), teaching materials (is that clear) and teachers (are they professional and helpful).

The customer service of the NHA is top. I receive excellent help. The teaching material is 90% clear, 10% sometimes almost unreadable, that is a minus point and a bit outdated. But otherwise of good quality and well-arranged in two beautiful ring binders. The digital learning environment is clear. There is still room for improvement, but over-all it works well.

I had three teachers for this course, due to circumstances. What strikes me is that there are no objective criteria for assessing homework. For 1 assignment I received a 5 from one teacher and a 9 from the other. But they are all very helpful and competent.

I certainly do not regret having taken the course and I recommend it to everyone. For less than 150 euros (with homework supervision) for 40 lessons, of which you can do 1 each time you score 5 or lower, this is a bargain.

Because I am very enthusiastic about the NHA, I am going to do two follow-up courses: Search Engine Marketing and WordPress. I'm already excited! I would have preferred 4 1/2 stars of 4 is too little but 5 is just not. Maybe for the next course.

Have been in contact with NHA several times in recent weeks regarding various matters. I have found the following things; Not all documents can be printed in the media library and downloads, so that you can add them to the course material, I had to submit a request for this. Also, not all exam information is available, I cannot find out what the testing method and permitted aids are in the Basic Knowledge of Entrepreneurship section. The ways to get in touch are also poor, I tried various means (Whatapp, Messenger), but got no response or a fairly late response. I think there are still some points for improvement for NHA.

What is less is that you cannot ask questions directly to your teacher. if you include a question with your homework, it is always about the previous chapter. This is very unfortunate.
Maybe create an extra button on your page to submit questions instead of just a button to send homework.

Very educational! I have followed the course with great pleasure and the teacher is top-notch.

I started with the pedicure training 2 months ago. The guidance and clarity about the paths to be followed are superb! In the few questions I had, NHA responded quickly and clearly. I recommend NHA for the home studies!

Never start an NHA course.
If you do not like the course and you send it back,
they say you're late. And you still have to pay.
They say, if you pay the first tuition fee + enrollment fee, we will send you the course + the promised tablet back. I paid nicely on the agreed date (25-09-2018), but to this day I have not received anything from NHA. After almost half a year (almost a year after payment), I received another one today threatening mail Direct Debit bureau Wesselsz .or me, but as almost 400 down leggen.Nu want my conclusion within 24 hours if you have not received training, but have to pay the first tuition + registration fee, you do not need to pay more. That's correct, right? NHA has not done what they have promised, so I will not do that anymore. Save all your correspondence that you have had with NHA as evidence. Sooner or later you will need it. NHA miss-leading tactics if you do not decide immediate, they will call you with a so-called extended period for review. But they do this by phone and not in writing. So, when you think you have additional 2 weeks to decide they sent invoice without date and there is no extended review and you are stuck with the bill. Don t trust them they are only interested in earning money not in quality en service.

they promise a free tablet with your training, but after calling three times afterwards, they always promise to send it, but after weeks after the promise still nothing was received.
very bad customer service, want to collect invoices but deliver nothing.

UPDATE: after all the startup problems it seemed to go well for a while, but nothing could be further from the truth.

I followed the Calligraphy course. I enjoyed the processing of the curriculum. I thought it was a nice combination of practice and theory. I thought it was a pity that the pen you needed most was missing in the pen set that came with it, so I had to buy it myself.
It is nice that your work is checked by a teacher, although I went through the course so quickly that I could no longer apply the tips I received because I was already working on the next script. I found sending work to be checked very cumbersome and became quite expensive due to all those stamps. Sending digitally was a good alternative. I would like to have taken the exam immediately after completing the study. Unfortunately, this exam is only taken once a year in October, if there are enough candidates. So we have to wait and see if it still works this year and then read through the material in advance, because it will of course have subsided by then.
All in all a few points for improvement, but above all a good education that has given me the necessary relaxing hours.

I started a sketchup course about 2 years ago. What a disaster! If only I had never started it. First of all, I already received outdated teaching materials and not suitable for mac users. Then I ran into a question in lesson 8. I asked the question to my teacher twice with an answer that I had already explained to have done. All lessons had now been closed with a 10 by the teacher, so I had nowhere to put my question as you can only do that when you hand in your homework. Then called twice. First time they told me to send the question to their email address. To which I only received an answer after 2x that I was not allowed to e-mail there. So called again and then I got someone on the phone who had little knowledge of everything. Now no answer to my question and one point head on. NEVER a course from the NHA for me!

Last time I take a course here. First things go wrong when sending the invoice. Then there are screenshots for the graphic designer course with Windows xp, they also speak about windows xp or 7, says what about the date of the course. However, 1 big flaw! The tablet is not there after 5 weeks! This while I paid the full amount immediately and I am now on 1/3 of the training.

I am very satisfied with this course.
Why ?
NHA has compiled clear and comprehensive course material. All relevant components of automotive technology are covered in this course frequently and in detail.
I am convinced that my acquired knowledge is more than sufficient to get a job at the ANWB.

You can follow your studies at your own pace and do not feel guilty if you do nothing for a weekend.

A big joke is this company.
Debt collection agency engaged while I have never had training here, they have proof that a package has been delivered and so they are in my right that I have training in my name. This is how they earn their money. It is impossible to contact us or it will be put down, they will not send you any email, they will not do anything or they will send it on to the collection agency.

You have to pay extra for guidance but there is no guidance. According to the NHA (after email contact) guidance means that your homework is checked. So it is of no use to you. So don't fall for it!

BAD SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Nha in recent weeks.

After I had requested information about a course, I was called by a cheerful lady with a nice story. The promise was that I could try the training and return it for free within 14 days.

I was interested accepted the offer. The training turned out not to be what I expected, so I wanted to return the training. Nowhere to find a freepost number and with PostNL it was still payable. Then Nha emailed that the costs were 9.00 and if I could get it back. This is more about the principle than about the money of course.

The response was short and to the point "NO", there would have been a freepost number in the package (wasn't it). Emailed 2 more times but I was completely ignored.

It's a shame, you don't do business like that! I will not come back here.

Do not offer a solution! Registered for Security Guard training. These cannot start due to circumstances. Full costs have been paid but cannot be restarted. Also do not receive any more of these training costs back, not even a part. IT training is very outdated. Basic IT? You get questions about word that is not right .. Teachers who do not respond if you ask something .. That has decided me to stop after 1 day !! I follow various management courses. The courses are clear and well-organized.

Super bad! Customer service not helpful at all. Can now start paying for a year because after 1 forgotten payment they have forwarded it to the collection agency. Not wanting to think along at all, and helpful. Never get started here.

Worthless. We have ordered 2 courses, professional photographer and Dutch for foreigners. Both are really not good. Here we received a tablet and a watch, these are also worthless. They clearly come from China and work for no meter.

The photography course is so incredibly old, everywhere there is old information that nowhere makes sense anymore. In addition, the teacher can only take photos of benches for windows, apparently, those are the only types of photos on his website. The photos are just not good. In addition, the teacher is quite lazy, if the photos are not all on 1 word document, he will send it back. I don't pay 50 euros a month for nothing, so he can put a bit of work into checking it. It is not always easy to follow a course and work full time, on my phone it is a lot harder to put everything in 1 document if it is for him to open a few documents.

I also have little good to say about the Dutch course. The only thing they have given in English is a word list. The rest of the course is completely in Dutch, so someone will never learn. My partner cannot just pick up a Dutch book and understand what it says purely by reading a few words on the word list. Dutch is more than learning words.

We both learned nothing from our course and I will certainly not recommend the NHA. Far too expensive for worthless information.

I am working on Mathematics A, what is striking are the many spelling mistakes in each lesson, which makes the explanation incorrect and confusing. Reported several times to NHA, but they say that spelling mistakes are part of it. The material is also quite well put together, but very brief explanation. Homework is quickly checked, I do miss a good explanation.
All in all, I wouldn't choose NHA anymore.

User-friendly course, very satisfied so far!

Started with the BKB course, with the help of the teacher. Unfortunately, you cannot speak to the teacher between times. You can only ask questions if you hand in your homework.
If you want to submit Chapter 1, you must already complete Chapter 2 to be able to ask questions. Not very handy and I don't call this help. You can see that we enjoy your studies, but you have to address them "personally" to discuss something. It would be much more convenient if there is a forum, or if you can see which chapter the student is in.
The tablet you get for free is a flop, this device is not doing what it promises on the site.
Why 3 stars anyway? The people you get on the phone are helpful and nice!

I have completed my course and returned the materials on time. Only very sorry that I have to warn NHA to refund my tuition.

If there was a lower possibility as 1 star then I would have assigned it.
To start with something positive: the customer service employees try to help within the limited possibilities they have! A compensation of 70 has been paid for the problems (this goes straight to my employer so as a student this is of no use to you of course.)

Why this is a more than lousy trainer in any case of online training. (no experience with MBO training on location).

First of all, the training was put online indiscriminately after completion. You learn to read over hundreds of spelling mistakes quickly, but sometimes you have to look three times before you know exactly what the intention is.
2. Assignments described very unclear.
3. You have 2 question moments of 500 characters per assignment, so including dots and spaces. You often get a meaningless / insufficient answer from the teacher, so you immediately use both question moments.
4. Assignments that are not working. Within certain modules you cannot open homework assignments because there are errors in the programming.
5. After completing several modules it appears that there are 2x the same course in my overview, so about days / weeks of work made twice for nothing. This will be removed casually after indicating this without further mention.
6. For an assignment where you have to submit multiple files combined in a zip file, it is not possible to submit a zip file.
7. Often takes 3-4 days before you receive an answer to a question if you cannot continue with something. (programming error, spelling error, or just missing files.)
8. The arrangement of books does not correspond to the arrangement on the student plaza.
9. Delivery of the books incomplete: Some books are missing, some books have been received twice. (These books are also 3-6 years old.)
10. 1 of the first completed modules once completed was not displayed as completed. In connection with all kinds of other points for which I already had to contact me, I thought I should report this so that I did not have to wait for this later when completing the training. You guessed it. The 3rd line support had to '' have a look at this ''. So it took another week.

There are more than enough incidents to list. why this is of course worthless. But I'll stick with it for now. If you would like more information, please contact us.

How can you learn dutch if the WHOLE material is in dutch- and you call customer service telling them at least some documentation should be in English- they a acknowledge that a lot of people call to complain about that but that they will do nothing about it and that you should know a bit of dutch to get started... SCANDALOUS
