I have almost finished the Web Design course and I am generally very pleased with the course and the NHA. For me, 3 things count: customer service (how am I helped), teaching materials (is that clear) and teachers (are they professional and helpful).

The customer service of the NHA is top. I receive excellent help. The teaching material is 90% clear, 10% sometimes almost unreadable, that is a minus point and a bit outdated. But otherwise of good quality and well-arranged in two beautiful ring binders. The digital learning environment is clear. There is still room for improvement, but over-all it works well.

I had three teachers for this course, due to circumstances. What strikes me is that there are no objective criteria for assessing homework. For 1 assignment I received a 5 from one teacher and a 9 from the other. But they are all very helpful and competent.

I certainly do not regret having taken the course and I recommend it to everyone. For less than 150 euros (with homework supervision) for 40 lessons, of which you can do 1 each time you score 5 or lower, this is a bargain.

Because I am very enthusiastic about the NHA, I am going to do two follow-up courses: Search Engine Marketing and WordPress. I'm already excited! I would have preferred 4 1/2 stars of 4 is too little but 5 is just not. Maybe for the next course.
