Have been in contact with NHA several times in recent weeks regarding various matters. I have found the following things; Not all documents can be printed in the media library and downloads, so that you can add them to the course material, I had to submit a request for this. Also, not all exam information is available, I cannot find out what the testing method and permitted aids are in the Basic Knowledge of Entrepreneurship section. The ways to get in touch are also poor, I tried various means (Whatapp, Messenger), but got no response or a fairly late response. I think there are still some points for improvement for NHA.
