BAD SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Nha in recent weeks.

After I had requested information about a course, I was called by a cheerful lady with a nice story. The promise was that I could try the training and return it for free within 14 days.

I was interested accepted the offer. The training turned out not to be what I expected, so I wanted to return the training. Nowhere to find a freepost number and with PostNL it was still payable. Then Nha emailed that the costs were 9.00 and if I could get it back. This is more about the principle than about the money of course.

The response was short and to the point "NO", there would have been a freepost number in the package (wasn't it). Emailed 2 more times but I was completely ignored.

It's a shame, you don't do business like that! I will not come back here.
