I have already had to take several exams at the Association and have nothing negative to report. The website clearly states what exactly will be tested and which aids you can bring with you or which aids you will be awarded during the exam. Mock exams provide a good picture of the expected exam (in terms of difficulty and question / score). At the locations (in this case Eindhoven, formerly in 's-Hertogenbosch) I always receive a warm welcome and during the exam I believe that more than enough precautions are taken to make the exam run as smoothly as possible for the candidates. Now I am almost finished with my third study (all exams taken by the Association) and I strongly advise people to take the exams there.
Very bad company. Only wants to make money and does not think about the candidate. 1 in 2 people fail an exam, but there are only 2 to 3 moments per week of 1 hour to view your exam. This is far too little. As a result, I can only view my test after an average of 3 weeks, so that I can only take my test later. My first test was on July 14 and now we are already 2 months further and I am still working on it, purely because it is arranged in such a way that there is no place. I have never seen such a poorly arranged organization.
Also that you are not allowed to take notes because of the corona makes no sense! You just make things up to the disadvantage of the candidates. Who sets these rules? And above all an objection which costs another 150 euros. Nobody objects to such a price. How do you get to this cost center?
The pass rates are half which shows that the material deviates a lot from the exam. Ultimately, you will end up with more students who drop out than you have obtained degrees.

This organization rents exam locations in the Netherlands to have people take exams by various institutes where people can follow studies. My wife follows a study with pleasure and dedication and had to take an exam in a location in Voorburg at Koningin Julianalaan. The location manager behaved so vulgarly that my wife (woman in her 40s!) Ran away crying. The reason: During the study, she was told by her teacher (teaching institute) that salary tables would be provided during the exam. When she noticed that she had not received it, she asked for clarification. Rather than explaining something quietly, she was treated to great dismay in a way that a dog in a rubbish dump does not want to be treated yet. Please note that she only asked for clarity with regard to salary tables that, according to her teacher, would be provided during the exam. When she came home, I (as a wife) called the exam location purely asking if a complaint can be submitted. I heard a deep sigh and I was told in a very vulgar way that my wife would have already been told this and was also told that my call will have negative consequences for my wife! Furthermore, there were threats to report and conversations would be recorded. (VERY BEAUTIFUL!) From the location manager of this exam agency selected by this body, I received no answer and with many detours eventually got hold of this organization. Neatly submitted a complaint and also asked about the intimidation of the exam agency "selected" by this institution. and after waiting WEEKS, we receive a response stating that apparently all protocols and requirements of this institution have been met. But ...... as compensation they cheerfully offer that my wife can get a voucher for a free exam. This because of her exam fear and the "circumstances". Of course, they also report that "the test location and supervisor were discussed with ****, who, as the responsible organization, include this signal in their quality policy. Naturally, the Association also keeps an eye on whether test locations stand out negatively because of complaints. In short, your complaint about the treatment is certainly taken seriously. " How does this exist?
I have asked them whether harassment also falls within the outline of their protocol and the requirements set, and I am curious if they will need weeks to answer this. The location manager threatened to report to the Police (I called the Police but they know nothing!) I myself wish to report intimidation and threats against the location manager of the "selected" exam agency, should I be able to record conversations.
Dear people, super that you want to continue to develop yourself and super that employers certainly promote and pay for this. But better first investigate how it all works because there is quite a bit of cover in the wheat. You take a lesson at company A, for example LOI, this organization as company B, takes care of the exams, hires locations at company C and because a teacher of company A apparently does not know how it actually works, company C does not know that such things like "pay tables will be awarded to you during the exam" are said, which means that there is a lack of clarity just before your exam. Apparently, a lot has to stick to the bow if you as an exam organization hire exam rooms for a habit with people who (not all of course) lack communication skills. Also funny when you call the "headquarters" of this exam location, you get a namesake in the car. Crazy for words this. So watch out is my advice.
