Rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast service is varied and the staff is friendly, there's a bar where you can sit and chat or get some work done and even a rooftop swimming pool.
But best of all - the in room coffee corner features a nespresso automatic espresso machine. The capsule selection in the room is fine, with two popular espresso flavours and one decaf, but you can bring your own!
The housekeepers very noisy when. They clean next room they wake me up.

Wasn't really convincing. The location is central. The house itself is quite out of date. Breakfast 30. Closet in the bathroom. Very, very slow free wifi. There was also no bathrobe in the booked room category. I expect a lot more flair and better and more modern equipment from a 5-star hotel.
Nice hotel and friendly service but pool area tiny and only 8 beds, all guarded militantly all day by sunbathers preventing anyone wanting a quick dip from any access realistically.
Definitely, Spanish 5-star hotels are far from our hotels in France and from all points of view! I felt like I was in a hostel ..

I didn't stay, I just enjoyed the rooftop bar. I tend to be reluctant to go to hotel bars because of its high price, but when the money spent is worth saying. A terrace very well set, with spectacular views of the city. So far the normal thing in Barcelona, but the treatment received by the staff was excellent to the point that we were advised and customized as much as possible our cocktails achieving spectacular flavors. I will come back and recommend it without a doubt.

The facilities are very comfortable; and very good location. But the rooms, small (and we have the one on the private terrace), but the terrace was not discreet at all, since everyone sees you.

The location is excellent, the rooms very large and bright and the views from the rooftop magnificent. It is always very crowded and that makes the attention is not that of a 5 star hotel and that you have to wait for queues.

We loved this hotel so much we came back for our last night in Spain. The location is absolutely prime, close to a train stop, various restaurants, and in walking distance of lots of sites. Hotel, including rooms, is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is amazing, and has so many options for all. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and always friendly; they really made it feel like home for the time we were there.

In the middle of Barcelona. Apart from hotel, it also functions as a restaurant for weddings, baptisms or communions
Although the location is ideal for visiting the city, the structure comes in need of severe maintenance as well as the common areas. Nice spot on the terrace on the last floor, even tho a lack of a proper SPA aside of the rooftop pool is a seatback of the whole stay experience.

We made some requests before staying here and my wife mentioned I had a birthday whilst staying. All requests were granted and we even got a little birthday suprise. Our room is immaculate and being on the 10th floor, has an almost panoramic view of southern Barcelona, all the way to the Mediterranean. Absolutely beautiful!

Pleasant hotel, well located and in accordance with the photos presented on the site. Positive points to highlight: the bedding is splendid, modern decoration and design, and especially close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: The pool is just too small, the lack of space is felt, not very ideal for families with children .. despite the beautiful panoramic view it can offer. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, the bed is well made and the towels replaced, but nothing more, indeed no swept floors. Problem of smell which goes up in the bathroom. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, despite the beautiful view in the heart of the city, we can hear all the traffic, not to mention the noisy people in the hallway and the famous slamming doors. .. The staff is very careful, even a little too much: It can happen that the cleaning ladies knock 2 to 3 times a day to offer bath towels, but nothing too bad! Finally, we had booked without half board given the price of the service much too high compared to what the city of Barcelona can offer, we did not regret our choice at all, it made us discover a little more the city!
However the stay was very pleasant, not disappointed at all. The good location of the hotel is a determining point. Perfect for spending a weekend or 8 to 10 days.

Decent for the price/quality ratio you would expect more. Obviously the place is clean and slick but you can two single beds in a very expensive room I would expect at least a decent queen sized bed. Also 250 / night with no breakfast is kind of a joke.
Rooftop bar is great and bartender seems quite good. Had a vert good old fashion which is not easy to come by.
Overall i am unsure about price/quality value of the place.

I do not understand why it was given more than two stars, clean very low almost nil the attention of the staff is relative, because everything you ask they say yes but they do not meet example: one day they did not clean the room even though I asked for it 3 times. The lab was lying, the bathroom door made noise like it would fall, etc. Etc.etc the food is good the beds are stone
