Very comfortable and super well located. The staff is very friendly, even when I saw them dealing with some rude guests. Always greeting you, helping with suggestions, and of course with a smile! The room was not as good as I expected (the decor is all "white" so you see all the problems: scratches, broken parts, etc.), but perfectly adequate. Most importantly, this location in Eixample is much better than other more tourist areas. Very easy to walk or take the subway anywhere. I loved the bar and the rooftop pool. The service was also very warm. Nice music. Beautiful views. Prices ... well, you're paying for the view;) Moltes gracies to vosaltres!

Great hotel in a convenient location that is a bit touristy but still has local flavor. The rooms have been recently updated and the rooftop pool and bar is a great way to spend a hot afternoon in Barcelona
Very good central location. Ideal for wandering out for food and close to La Rambla.(Great Tapas bar on the corner of the block after turning left as you leave the hotel lobby).
Excellent views from the bar/pool area on the 11th floor. Pool bar only serves snacks. Not too many sun loungers which created some competition if you wanted to sun bathe.
We had a superior room. It was a nice size, with everything required for our 5 day stay including variety of teas and Nespresso coffee pods/ machine. Bathroom had a great shower and lovely towels. Great air con. to cool off after a day sightseeing. Would certainly look to stay here again.
Great hotel conveniently located with great access to the rambla. Service at front desk and guest relations was great. The rooms are modern and nicely equipped.
Fabulous hotel where every detail is taken care of. Nice and well distributed rooms. A staff of 10 that makes you feel at all times as if you were in your own home. On the terrace Eleven you feel like a cloud where the views are spectacular and well accompanied by tasty cocktails. And in the restaurant area (breakfast place, varied buffet) and Tablafina restaurant at lunch and dinner, with rich dishes and prepared with love. Without a doubt for location and service it is worth repeating. Once again thanks for the hospitality.
Excellent view from its terrace in which there is a pool and a bar that is very nice to have a drink, the rooms are very clean, although a little small, the service very complete and above all very good location being in the ramblas very close to Plaza Catalonia. I would stay again.
The service was amazing, they have a really nice view from the rooftop bar and the room I stayed. The house keeping starts around 9am and they seem to come back every hour too. Make sure to put the sign out if you want to sleep in
The personnel of this hotel harassed me for taking a picture from a public place from across the street. I wonder why the employees are so frustrated and why this hotel tolerates or encourages such behaviour. In 2018 it's just ridiculous to think you're protecting anything with large windows and harassing a someone with camera and a 35mm lens from across the street.
I've taken ~ a hundred thousand street photos and this is the second time in my life when I've seen such a shameful behaviour, the other time it was in a former communist country about 10 years ago. When I told the employee I'm calling the police he forgot all his English and headed back - so he did knew he was wrong.
5 euros for a beer rod watered down and poorly thrown but that if 45 CL in a very cute wide glass of IKEA ... I know the exact amount because the waitress very kindly explained how happy we were that we had not ordered the bottle beer that was still more expensive and only had 33 cl.
I travel a lot for work, which gives me enough knowledge to appreciate the good, and this hotel is, I was already staying when it was a 4 star and now it is a 5 star. Fantastic all the equipment of this hotel. On two occasions I had a problem, where they have been able to solve quickly and in the best of ways, excellently I would say, even inviting me to "something" for the inconvenience caused, always make you feel at home. I will continue going to this hotel without a doubt. Congratulations!
Stayed here for 5 nights while on vacation. Hotel is wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located to shopping, food, and transportation. Best part ever, the bar and pool on the 11th floor. By far the best part of my vacation.
Great hotel, great room with extra living room and 2 TVs, very attentive room caretakers in the evening again and ask if you need new slippers ... had full board and were with all three meals extremely satisfied.

Comfortable rooms/beds, helpful staff, air conditioning, and the breakfast spread is TO DIE FOR. They even had almond and oat milk for the coffee / cereal, an entire gluten-free section, and fresh (delicious) real-fruit smoothies.

Very good hotel Reformed 2 years ago, and without a doubt for me the best, in the whole center of Barcelona, without being in Ramblas or Pl. Catalunya, where it is a non stop of people 24 hours a day.

Pretty standard issue Barcelona hotel. Nice and all but feels like the press molded "Spain hotel" that doesn't age well which you find all over the country.

One of the best places to have an excellent cocktail. You are able to order the winners of the best cocktails of the last years. Additionally the view is stunning.
This is what is required of a hotel to be given 5 stars in Spain according to the CEHAT (Consideracion Espanola de Hoteles y Alimientos Turisticos): 5 STAR - Double room 17 m2 minimum, single room 10 m2 minimum, bathroom (bath and shower) 5 m2 minimum, telephone in room, central heating, air conditioning in room, lift, bar, safety deposit box in room.
Now for paying Euros 850 a night (higher prices due to the presence of the Mobile World Congress), this hotel, in terms of service, which is not considered in the 5-star classification, does not deserve 5-stars. Here are some reasons why: 1. Central heating -- cannot be changed to increase the level of heat in the room. 2. Bathroom does not have bathtub in the room. Amenities such as toothbrush and cue tips not readily available in the room. You have to ask staff every time you want them. 3. Towels are extremely old and are so hard when wiping that they scratch the skin. Toilet paper quality is really bad 4. Room service is extremely limited and not very well cooked. We ordered the chicken last night and it came red inside and uncooked (will post picture). A 5-star hotel should at least have a list of wines and cocktails available. This has none and only when asking the staff can tell you if they have anything available. 5. Staff does not say hello to guests every time they enter the hotel 6. The restaurant behind the lobby looks really shabby and unwelcoming.
My favorite part of the hotel is the location. Very close to Plaza Catalunya. The rest will make me avoid the hotel at a later date.
One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Super luxurious room, a great breakfast and a great location - right in the centre of the city - a few 100 metres away from La Rambla. Catching a hop-on-hop-off bus & getting cabs is quite easy. It's located in a very safe neighborhood.
I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, i had a wonderful time, excellent location just few meters from everything you need in the city center. Very very friendly staff and they offer an extraordinarily service.. the breakfast buffet is an outstanding plus they offer a variety of cooking.. highly recommended..
The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room and amenities were impeccable and the pool on the roof with a view over the city of Barcelona was amazing. The gym is decent, although it would be much better if it had windows. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, and although it's generally fantastic I'd prefer to have the omelette readily available than having to order it.
Sensational location, behind Passeig de Gracia and a few meters from Plaza Catalunya, around meters, shopping and busy streets. Same standard as any NH, I mean very cool, new and large room, modern decor and very clean. Would be without problems again. Only thing that pissed me off a bit is the check-in being only at 3 pm, I find it too late and in my case it got in the way.
Modern hotel, well located and with private garage. Spacious room, well equipped and comfortable. 11th floor bar with spectacular views of the city, however prices also at the height of the place. Full buffet breakfast that can also satisfy people with food intolerances. Smiling staff and endorsement. Place to recommend.
Good location, enough room the only bad thing is that when the garbage dump arrived it was dirty (from the previous guest) and when reporting it they tell me tomorrow they clean it ......
First of all the guy that makes this place put a smile on your face, is for sure Justice at front desk ... he offers to help with everything lol really amazing dude. He goes the extra mile weet time.
Check in was very good and fast Rooms are fine but not very spacious with some issue with their aircon-we has 6 nights during winter & we couldn t sleep for two nights due to this.On top of that it makes a noise once it comes on
The wifi is not 4 nor 5 star Bathroom and linen very good Bar section also good Very well located as you are close to the best Tapas spot on the corner and also close to the best italian restaurant called Macchina (do yourself a favour and don t skip this spot )
O yes - it would have helped if they fitted double glazed windows as the noise early mornings coming from the rubble removal guys is a bit much
Hotel of very high quality, the staff and smiling and listening, the rate corresponds to the category. Bar and restaurant did not disappoint. The negatives, the pool which is a little small, and the number of deckchairs a little limited by lack of space, then the cleaning lady took a bath towel belonging to us, which was almost the same color, and weirdly which could never be recovered, a pity to finish this trip on this kind of misadventure.
