Lots of friendliness, availability. If a cobweb is found in a 5-star hotel, bath towels will only be changed if they are on the floor

-Breakfast for 30 euros is very expensive!
-Glass door in the bathroom was not set correctly, so that every time it was opened and closed it scraped the floor panels loudly
-1 lamp in the bedroom could not be switched off completely (if it was switched off, the light did
dimmed, but it didn't go off)

Very clean and in a great location!

We went to try the restaurant, especially one of their "Ous" and it was simply spectacular. 100% recommended (a little expensive ... but great!)

First thank the effort to be open.
And then a lot of effort to have the facilities clean, safe, with protections. Great breakfast, we missed the buffet for safety.
And most importantly, its very attentive staff very above that we were comfortable and safe.

Unjustly lowered rating at the hotel, everything is gorgeous in it, a stunning room with a huge terrace, cleanliness, excellent Housekeeping, everything you need, lots of compliments in the form of chocolates and cookies before bedtime dreams, a good varied breakfast, everything you need. Excellent location, near a lot of cafes, convenience store. On the roof is a super bar with a panoramic view. One of the few hotels where the bathroom is located separately from the main room, looking for just such, and not with a shower in the center of the room. Due to the double doors, excellent insulation. They immediately responded to requests, with a forgotten map in the room, they brought a map in the middle of the night in the middle of the night. Also quickly responded to some requests to bring something in the room. All light white clean Hotel without the smell of antiquity.)

ELEVEN Bcn on the roof of this hotel is a terrace with great views. From above you can see all of Barcelona. It has a lot of space and there is also a good atmosphere. The excellent treatment of staff.

Very nice for drinks at the terrace, with IR lamps for heat. Service is a little slow and it's not fantastic value for money but still definitely recommend the place.

The views from this hotel are stunning. In a very convenient location in Barcelona very close to Rambla Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona. Price per room quite high per night, around 250 Euros. The hotel is nothing special but good if you want to stay in the centre of Barcelona.

I love Barcelona and this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Public transport is right in front of the door, and even the beach can be reached in a few minutes by train.
The staff is very attentive and accommodating.
