NH Hotel Group Review

I went for work, to take photographs. The attention is very improvable.

The terrace with incredible views of the city and the very attentive and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, rooms are fine, good breakfast and restaurant. Bar on top floor gives great views, some of the lower floors are a bit noisy, traffic and unloading of trucks at 2am...

Super well renovated. Rooms very well equipped. Modern style. I love the screens / pictures on the walls. Isolation of the noise from the city: good.

Very good service minded staff across reception, security to restaurant. The room is decent, the pillow are available for different size. Excellent nespresso coffee machine and bottle water in room.

Beautiful views from the terrace with pool included !!! The best views of Barcelona: La Sagrada Familia, Barceloneta, Montjuic and the road of the waters included !!!

Firstly, the receptionist was not accommodating with snobbish attitude.

Secondly, No dental kit provided! For a 5 star hotel i would expect to have at least dental kit (ie toothbrush and toothpaste) ready in the toilet. As usual, when i head to the counter to ask for the toothbrush was given an attitude.

Thirdly, No housekeeping! Disappointing especially coming back after a long day of hiking and expects the room to be neat and tidy. When I head to the reception to tell them about it, they did not admit their mistake and claimed that the "No disturb" sign was hanging on the door knob which we literally did not touch it and the sign was in the room all along. Had to head out for an hour just to let them clean my room.

My advise: Don't bother to book for NH as this will be my last (other country NH as well). Stayed in 2 other 5 star hotels in Barcelona which is way better in service and cheaper.

Very elegant hotel, located in Central Barcelona, granting easy access to several sightseeing places. Comfortable bed and accommodation, fully served with amenities. Rich and varied breakfast Services.

Quite central and recently renovated. The price a little expensive.

We went to have a cocktail on the terrace of the Eleven and from being delicious, the treatment of the waiters team was excellent, very attentive and correct. As it should be, a TOP place in Barcelona to close a week and enjoy ambient music and good cocktail recipes.

The flavor of the grilled meat was bad, my partner's was with lemon sauce was good

Still here in Barcelona but just checked out. Had a fantastic 3 night stay with the wife. Very good hotel. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. They treat you like Royalty. The front door staff was very professional. As soon as they saw us coming they went straight to open the door.. They do not judge you and would definitely use again.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also cleaner was very good.

Outdated, smelly and not particularly attractive to start with (see photos). Definitely not even remotely a five star - been in much much better 4 star. Even the breakfast is not worthy

Hotel with a modern design, wn the center of Barcelona, next to a very good restaurant. The rooms I do not know because I went to a professional event, but the service was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at the hotel.

The NH hotel has a great location in Barcelona.

The quality of service from the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff and more specifically the breakfast staff is incredible.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom large and functional, the restaurant large bright and clean, the bar with an incredible view and the swimming pool is pretty (a bit small), it offers a beautiful paronymic view of Barcelona.

BREAKFAST is delicious, it's a delight. Thanks to the team for the service, it was a real pleasure.

The POOL is beautiful, pleasant to cool off. It's a shame that there aren't more places.

The BEDROOM is neat, clean and tastefully decorated.

A state-of-the-art and service-oriented hotel in a prime location!

IT IS A HOTEL FULL OF CHARITY, DOWNTOWN TO THE CITY COUNTRY, THE EMPLOYEES ARE MAGNIFICENT, IN ALL THE SERVICES. THE TERRACE IS SPLENDID WHERE TO CONTEMPLATE THE WHOLE CITY, THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, THE MAGISTRAL FOOD, I PUT YOU A 10 TO EVERYTHING.

Brilliant stay with great service. The staff were all welcoming and joyful! They were happy for us to be taking pictures of their hotel and mixing drinks too, very pleasant stay!

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the location is amazing, we arrived early and our room wasn't ready. We were given to option to upgrade for 50 to a room with a balcony, we took the option and it was well worth it, we had a little outdoor garden with fake grass overlooking the busy street below. The room itself was very modern and clean.

There were some friends who came to visit me last bridge and were delighted. I chose it for them and I guessed right

In general a nice hotel. Awesome location. But the rooms getting a bit older. They could use a makeover.

We visited the roof top for a drink. The view is spectacular! Stuff is very nice and polite. We really liked our time there. Menu is a little bit expensive but is something expected.

Justice was the best concierge/bell boy we have had in many years and deserves to be front of house.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my mother and grandmother. The hotel is in the heart of the city, at top of the main street called La Rambla. Our room was huge with comfortable beds and amazing view! At the top of hotel there is a swimming pool and a rooftop bar with perfect cocktails!

During our four day visit I found this
a lovely hotel in a great location and with an extremely friendly, helpful staff.

In spite of this, the air conditioning on our floor did not work. Also, the bathroom sink drain was completely plugged, the refrigerator was broken and the coffee maker did not work. With so many disappointments in one visit, I will stay elsewhere next visit. There are excellent alternatives nearby.

Spectacular view from the roof top pool and bar! Nice service team all around the hotel, super clean and helpful! Great service at the bar, good food and drinks! With the location being in between everything and walking distance to every major sight, I will definitely stay there again visiting Barcelona!

I had a peaceful stay. Half-hour service at the reception but nothing that prevents you from enjoying the visit.

There is a bit of tranquility, there is a lot of sound in the morning.

Top hotel in Barcelona. Located in a very central location. Very nice panoramic views. Pool and full gym.

The decoration of the hotel is superb, especially the reception. It is also well placed, close to taxis and on a large street with lots of restaurants and shops.
The staff are very pleasant and very responsive.
Regarding the breakfast offered by the hotel, there are many choices and good quality.
The cocktails at the roof top bar are fantastic!
There are several employees who speak French that helps a lot
Only small downside, some finishes in the room that we had but greatly forgotten by the view we had on the top floor.

5 star hotel. Excellent location on the boulevard of Ramla, Catalonia. 5 minutes walk from Piazza Catalunya. excellent service. A huge buffet at breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice from various fruits.
Spacious room overlooking the avenue with kettle and coffee maker. Accessibility to people with disabilities.

NH hotel is amazing it's right in the city centre and is 5* quality the rooms are spacious, there is an amazing rooftop bar with an amazing view. The drinks are really good and the showers are amazing in the room I stayed. Also it's not far from coffee shops if that's your thing.

Emblematic hotel in the center of Barcelona. Nicely decorated. The entrance is spectacular, wide, with stairs that rise in a curve and an interactive mural that occupies the entire wall, where images and animations that call for calm are projected. Lights very well chosen. Service very well. It offers its customers daily press and drinks, goodies ...

Location is excellent with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are very helpful and courteous. View from rooftop bar is breathtaking!

Wonderful experience. Could not try pool (off season-Oct). Good ambiance, variety of food (breakfast inclusive). Enjoyed the stay.

If you want to feel the spirit of Catalonia, you definitely need to come here for Catalonia Day. On September 11, people gather on the square, hold patriotic actions and demand independence. They yell and jump so that the metro station, which is spread below, is shaking

Lovely hotel, the top floor swimming pool is amazing with an incredible view. The staff are very friendly as well. The only issue is that the WiFi isn't great.
