Great restaurant with fair prices. Amazing rooftop you should see!

Luxury in the center of Barcelona. Magnificent location and five-star service

Hotel worth its 5 stars.
In the very center of the city. Close to the popular pedestrian street.

- nicely arranged, clean, neat rooms

- POOL ... on the roof ... with a beautiful view of Barcelona and deckchairs for relaxing or sunbathing
- on the roof also a BAR and cozy places to spend a nice evening with friends or family sipping drinks served by the bartenders.

Great hotel overall in Barcelona. I would have given it 5 stars if one of the waitresses at the hotel restaurant had not been rude about my having coffee in the breakfast area.

Very good service, beautiful facilities, excellent breakfast but the location is great only if you go to Barcelona to do shopping, young people who come with intentions to go out at night is convenient something closer to the "clubs" or clubs.

On the terrace of the 11th floor you will probably see the best views from the center of Barcelona of the city! the prices are expensive, but they are justified, it is worth going up on a special occasion!

Lovely hotel, slightly let down by leak in the room on arrival but hotel changed rooms very quickly. Great location, breakfast service is confusing as no one asked us if we want hot food.

Staff was friendly and wanted to make the experience the best. Guest services was very helpful in setting up tours. Breakfast buffet was extensive with cooked to order eggs and over 50 items. Pool is not heated. Bar on the rooftop offers amazing views of the city.

A wonderful hotel. It meets everything expected of a hotel in this category and goes beyond. The staff is really attentive to facilitate the client's stay, with a very familiar treatment. The unbeatable location, a unique building and architecture, a good interior design, a terrace with 360 views from the heart of Barcelona ... and the best cocktails you can imagine. Highly recommended for a TOP experience in Barcelona.

Great in rroom facilities and a very modern, contemporary setting. Ideally located in the centre of the city.

Bad welcoming by the receptionists. Initially they said that we couldn't do the check-in, as the person that booked the rooms for us had to send a credit card authorization... But that person is based in the West coast in the US, so it was 4am for her and a Saturday. The company where we work made the booking for five persons, and we have a travel and events coordinator who takes care of our company travelings. It was a nonsense and bad behaviour at a "five" star hotel!

Very good location. Breakfast and rooms were very good.

Before a 3 star hotel, Xl rooms are before medium, the cleaning staff are very noisy and have the room doors recklessly open all day long even at 5 o'clock tomorrow.
Breakfast was very good, room was clean, towels quite old.

The hotel is located in the middle of Rambla Street, and next to it everything is clean and tidy with a coffee machine, but the room is very small

We received an upgrade to this hotel, and were happily impressed. The room was quiet and luxurious. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely. And the pool and bar on the 11th floor were amazing, we spent a lot of time up there. Fabulous hotel.

Just back from a wonderful weekend staying at this fab hotel. Booked a triple room for a girls weekend break. Beds so comfortable, rooftop pool and bar amazing. Wonderful breakfast and great staff. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

The lobby is very tidy and the service is good. I had a lobby chair, but it would have been possible to have it as a company event.

Excellent attention. The hotel rooms are incredibly equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. From a coffee maker to bathrobes and slippers, everything is perfectly placed in detail so that nothing is missing. The minimalist decoration gives a futuristic look to the rooms. There is room service with a varied menu. It also has a nice terrace with pool on the top floor so you can sunbathe if you come in summer. The rooms have a very nice view of the surroundings of the center and it is located in an excellent location quite close or to the most popular and famous places of the city. Without a doubt, in love with this hotel and its facilities

It is a super nice urban hotel. Super friendly staff. The price is a bit high but the quality is also high. The amazing suite. Average breakfast although coffee is not very good.

The hotel is situated near from plaza catalunya. It has a lot of public transport and taxis near. I go only to the 11th floor to have a drink with some friends. We order coctails. The staf was very polite. Only one bad thing, the bathroom was out of service.

Only reason to not give full rating is the bad sewage smell.

We did not stay here, but on two days once a night and once ate lunch. The food was delicious, and the staff very friendly.

The staff is super friendly (starting with the multilingual and very nice receptionist Cristian) and attentive;
Room with great bed and bathroom big enough and clean.

The view from the ELEVEN BCN roof terrace with pool is sensational.

The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

I would give it three stars only for the location and the toilet. Everything else is way below expectations for a 280$ a night. Friendly doorman/security

Rafael was extremely accommodating towards me and my girlfriend during our stay. He upgraded our room when some of the amenities we thought we were receiving weren't available and he was very helpful with all of our questions. There's also a great roof top bar that's well worth checking out as the sun goes down.

For my work I go to different hotels and they always attend me very professionally. Breakfast is varied and the person at the door managing access to it is very pleasant and willing to help. I recommend staying here for both service and location in the city: The hotel is in the city center and near the main monuments. Communications are unbeatable ... Taxi, subway and train to the airport less than five minutes from the door.

Hotel near the Plaza Catalunya. A little outside the old town so quiet. The small rooftop pool on the 11th floor is nice, has a nice view of Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia but difficult to get a sunbed during the day. No need to take the breakfast option, the pace of Barcelona invites little to get up early

This places is beautiful, you can almost see the whole city from here.

Their bar and terrace is on the eleventh floor, the prices are medium-fair, employees are very nice and the place is very clean.

I would defined recommend it for a chill afternoon.

We went to the hotel for a family celebration in one of its rooms, specifically the Valencia Room.
Excellent service from the waiters, but lousy food.
The cream of "bolets" was super strong in flavor, nothing to envy to those of a supermarket jar.
The sauce that accompanied the beef fillet, more than a smoked one, was a re burnt.
The truth is that both my husband and I were quite disappointed by the food.

Location is in the heart of down town! Very nice lobby. Rooms are average sized, not very big but satisfactory.
