4 star hotel but managed with carelessness. I have been to hotels of this chain both in Italy and abroad and this is definitely the worst. Starting with the carelessness in allocating the rooms (there are three of us, the largest room is given to the single occupant). A bad smell stagnates in our room, taking a shower floods the bathroom, the blackout curtain is partially detached from the guide, the air conditioning system is noisy, the towel warmer in the bathroom is rusty. The temperature is set at 24 degrees (!?!).
A wall hanger is missing, so the coat has to hang in the closet, small and uncomfortable.
The WiFi network has not worked for two days, if you need internet you can go to the other NH a few blocks away !!!
On the other hand, the bed is comfortable, the area well served and the breakfast full of everything.
Frankly, I will not go back.
