Very prejudgemental before your even seen as a patient, very disappointed.

I don't have a lot of experience with therapy or counseling and I've only had 2 sessions at New Passages, but the staff has been extremely nice and helpful and Abra makes our sessions comfortable and conversational.

We came to this group bc my child's therapist transferred there. After a few visits, they assigned her a new therapist without consulting us. I never received an update from the new therapist and was never consulted for the weeky appointments they made without my knowledge. Would definitely not recommend if you are a parent looking for a place for your child to get support and care. Extremely poor experience.

Husband was referred to see Jane for a specific issue and for marital counseling. He was seeing her for at least 6 months. Not only did my husband's symptoms get significantly worse, but in the end we found out she was not qualified and did not have the credentials to help him. Which explains why he got worse. And in 6 months she never once brought me in for a session. She said she didn't feel it necessary. Huh? But he told you he needed help with his marriage?? This lady is dangerous and ill-equipped for the issues of this generation. Perhaps other counselors are better.
