Whatever the telephone number dialed (058 ..., 022 ...) for a request for information or assistance, this company is completely unreachable.As for their technical assistance by internet, a payment of CHF 39.95 is required before any entry into the matter, without having the certainty of obtaining an answer that could possibly allow to solve any material problem. These are excellent reasons to turn to other brands for future computer hardware purchases.
