Recently, they have started a program that you can get life long free Laces & Free inlays (sole inside). Have oyu ever heard of any company doing that? 5. They will respond in person, via email very quickly.
It only shows the incredible dedication to perfect shoes these people have.
And if you want to save money: buy these shoes, they will outlast any other shoe by 2-3 times. So on a per year basis, they are dirt cheap.

Nothing is to much for these guys and if you don't like your size don't hasitade to go back and change them in your size the are the best customer service you can imagine.

On Boxing Day I bought a pair of shoes and a sweater at the ETQ Store in Amsterdam. The case looks great, they play good music and the clothing is stylish.
Appearances are deceiving, because after purchasing a sweater (with a hefty price tag of 160) he was already damaged after a wash (hand wash program, no dryer). The sweater was full of small fills, it reminded me of a cheap fleece sweater from the sailor who was worn under the armpits of a fanatic Nordic Walker.
The staff's advice was to pull a razor over the sweater. After a playful attempt to give my sweater a shave (which had no effect) went back to the store to get a story. I was asked to leave the sweater in the store and the manager would look at it.
After a week I was called back by an employee who informed me that they do not provide a washing guarantee. Doesn't seem like an answer that you should think about for a week. Maybe they had just enough time to hire a corporate lawyer and adjust their terms and conditions.
After a number of telephone attempts to reach the store manager who listens to the name Edgar, and apparently is not often found in the workplace. I was promised that he will be in the store the next day and that I can talk to me.
In good spirits, I come to the store that day with the idea that this story can finally be solved. After a search through the store looking for Edgar, I was told that our dear gentleman took a day off last minute. He left as a dry turd that you don't have to wipe.
At the last minute I also find out that the sweater I had bought was 70% off and was therefore only worth 48. ETQ was not even able to return the discount amount to me.
We are now almost 2 months further on and ETQ has still not come up with a solution.
My advice: never buy an item at ETQ, unless you like hopeless discussions with a couple of saddle horns just out of puberty.

Addition 4-6-2018: Sympathetic that ETQ tries to contact you to restore things. The point remains for me that this should not be necessary for shoes in this price range, especially after a few months of wearing. I am quite lazy, which means that I do not feel like getting refunds or contacting the seller about repairing a faulty product. That's why I buy something more expensive, because I immediately expect quality.
I will continue to buy the shoes, despite the greatly varying quality. I have shoes that - almost after a year - still look almost like new. And shoes that have been worn less than 10 times look like they are years old.
I have very good experiences with the model Low 5 and Low 2. Eyes still like new after almost a year. Worse experiences with the Low 4 and Vortex Vapor.

Nice shoes, but the quality is really not good enough for the price they ask for these shoes.
I only buy them in the sale (50%), then I still think it is a reasonable buy. Although in my opinion the quality is still worse than for example nike air max, which are about the same price level as ETQ with a 50% discount. Anyway, at ETQ there is a bit of exclusivity again.
In the summer of 2017 ordered a number of pairs of shoes for sale, of which 2 pairs are already broken. Not even a year has passed, and I'm certainly not getting up every day. I have already had the age of playing football on the street, etc., so it is not handled wildly.
A shame, because the new collection looks attractive again. But paying 250-280 euros for shoes that only last a few months in normal use is just a bit too far for me.

Very good quality shoes, brand is subtle and not in-your-face as with many other luxury brands. I also disagree with Willem. It is your own responsibility to take care of sensitive materials.
I have two pairs of etq trainers! Unbelievable quality, very comfy and look amazing! Also had them a while and my laces wore quite a bit, so I emailed etq Amsterdam and a guy called Wilco responded to my emails and sent me a new pair of laces for each of my trainers for free!! Great service yet again! I will be buying many more etq trainers in the future! Highly recommend!!
The 160 sweater comes from the hand wash as my beard is the morning after a clean shave. Stubble everywhere. Staff advice is: Shave your shirt after every wash.
The pair of shoes of 180 comes after a week of walking with a cheerfully curled loop from the noses of both shoes. I could swear I didn't sign up for scout.
Seemed decent at first wear, but after trying them around the house the flap of stitching inside the heel started coming loose and now these are completely unbearable to wear. You can see the shadow caused by the groove in the photo. Haven't even worn them out of the house yet, very disappointed.
Already 5th pair. Always top service. Extra laces requested after 1 year. Just delivered free of charge. If you take care of shoes like any leather, they will remain as new. You just see that it is quality. Always fit perfectly. My us size is 9 and this is perfect with them. I read some negative reviews here. Fear that people sometimes have to look into their own bosom.

Can you give yourself completely. The look of the shop was cool but I can also order the sneakers online. The only other than the in-house sneakers were perfumes by Margiela.
I bought etq shoes tvw 240 euros I have had them less than a month and they are already completely discolored. Originally they were midnight blue and now they are a dirty green swamp color .. I find this very regrettable and bad. I was very happy with the purchase until they got so ugly. Apparently you would be advised to buy a spray from the suede store but that was never told to me so that's not my fault either ...
240 euros would be worth these shoes. However, after wearing them 3 times, they already look like the one below. Dramatic. Customer service also below par.
